Thank you so much to Lydia for the perfect hair services.. I was so nervous to get my hair done after a long time , but thanks to Lydia.. she made me so comfortable and provided the best wash cut and blowdry services.. I am absolutely in love with my hair. she is a wonderful person! Highly recommended

Hairstylist unfortunately didn t listen to what I wanted. Seemed like she wanted to get it done as quickly as possible. My old highlights don t even blend in so it looks off when I put my hair up. On the plus side they where friendly and understanding when I had to leave to take care of my daughter. I ll be looking elsewhere for a new stylist.

I have high expectations and I am never disappointed with Aquilibrium. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

I was greeted warmly and offered a coffee. My hair stylist discussed what I wanted to do and I asked if my bob could be made curly. She went ahead and explained how that could be done & did it. SHe explained the products I would need to repeat the process. It looked good! So now I can wear my hair straight & curly!! She did not charge me extra for the style which probably took more time.When I went to pay, I was advised I had credits that I could apply to the cost which I would have forgotten about. Since then, I have had reminders of my approaching appointment which is helpful. All of the staff are professional and very engaging. I love going to Aquilibrium. I get an excellent cut.

Yesterday i took hair cut and it was my first time there. They are so nice people and treated me nicely. Michael was my hair stylist. She is so nice . They are professionally trained. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Consultation with Kate went great and i was really looking forward to booking with her to get my hair done foe "Colour to Conquer Cancer". I emailed them twice to make an apt, got one reply back saying that they couldn't book the day that i wanted and then asked me for alternative days. I replied again with alternatives and never heard back. Too bad..as i really like the salon and Kate was so sweet. On Thursday I called Tonyc at Oshawa Center and got an apt for the following Saturday!

I always have a great experience at Aquilibrium. Mark is an amazing stylist, and I love what he does with my hair. I absolutely recommend this place!

I have to say this place is the best!! I did a complete makeover on my hair and Kate was so helpful and listened to what i wanted to do and did a GREAT job.. next was Lisa and she did a fantastic job on the color. The whole experience was easy, and relaxing.. I highly recommend this place..
I look forward to returning.. :)

Awesome place. I hadnt had a hair cut in a while and was nervous about letting anyone go crazy on it. The stylist worked with me and made sure I was comfortable all the way through. And they massage your head when they wash it. Super relaxing.

Horrible. Make sure if you do go don't go to a newbie to save a few dollers not worth it

The front staff are extremely rude and could use some training in customer service. Bumped my daughter's appointment then blamed her for a scheduling mixup. Overpriced and not worth it.

I love the vibe of this place. Staff are friendly and helpful :) I love that they dress up for Halloween too! They are pricey but so worth it :)

I had a very positive experience at the salon. My colourist/stylist, JP took me at the appointed time and made sure I was comfortable before starting my colour. I observed that all the staff looked and acted in a professional manner. When it was time to wash the my hair, it was also an enjoyable experience. JP then did the cut and style to my satisfaction. I look forward to my next appointment.

I won t recommend this salon, was so disappointed looking at my hair after a cut .. not going there again.

Love having my hair done here! The employees are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I dont trust anyone else with my hair !

I went there today to get highlights by Heidi it was utter disappointment i paid 156$ for getting back home with dark hair. Before the hair color she said i can achieve the pic i showed her but after the hair wash she started getting annoyed when i questioned her. She said she s too busy. Busy doing what wasting others money and time? Seriously I m sad hopefully tomorrow the manager will get me an expertises to make my hair do.

First time here. They treated me well. Its a very nice salon. They even give you drinks. Late fixed my terrible hair colour. Jess cut my hair amazing.

I have been getting my hair done in Toronto all my life and at one place with the same person for over 7 years!! I moved to north Oshawa and I needed to find someplace closer, but I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair. I tried a few places out here and hated the job they did. I continued trekking downtown to get my hair done right! Then I noticed good reviews about Aquilibrium so decided to try it out. I've been twice so far and have not been disappointed :) The prices are also fair which is great.

I had an appt last saturday(Mar.23) with Melissa to do a full honey blonde ombre, and I am so happy I did! It took almost 4 hours from start to finish, but she did an absolutely wonderful job! I 100% recommend this salon! All of the girls were very courteous and attentive, great job ladies!

Great cut by Angel. The salon is higher end offering many services. All precautions taken to follow Covid-19 guidelines.

My stylist was Alex. During the consultation, she explained all the options I had based on the final result that I wanted, and also the process that it would include. All the staff was welcoming. I was offered a coffee while waiting, and offered a refill during process. Very clean place.

Absolutely my favorite hair salon! If you have ever had a bad experience, please try this place out before swearing off salons. They are professional, clean, and kind. They do not intimidate you and treat everyone equally. Coffee and Tea is offered if you are having a longer service and they have iPads to keep you happy while you wait. Everyone is talented and if you are unhappy with your service, they go above and beyond to make it right! I had Daniella for my colour and she did a great job getting me to the hair I wanted! I really reccomend this place. 5 starts!

I get my hair done by Kate and she always does an amazing job. She is friendly and professional and she always makes sure I am fully happy with the cut before she lets me go. I have curly hair and have had some very bad curly hair cuts but I absolutely trust Kate with my curls!

Great place for guys or girls. They seem up to date on all hair styles and they attempt to teach you how to duplicate what they did so you can do it yourself. So far always a great haircut. At first I thought this was just a woman's hair salon but I found out that each hairdresser is required to take courses to improve their craft and some of those courses are in men's cuts and styles. Excellent work here. I also often get a free coffee which is a bonus.

Always an enjoyable experience! Aquilibrium is hands down the best in the GTA for their talented and experienced stylists. They take pride in listening to the client and ensuring that you have a relaxing experience and most importantly walking out the door looking and feeling your best!

I've been a customer of John's for about 18 years. Love that he stays up to date with the latest cutting and colouring techniques, and keeps his staff there too. Heidi is a wizard with the colour, and I always get a perfect cut. Professional, friendly, and courteous.

I absolutely love this salon !! I normally get very anxious during haircuts and this is the first place I ve gone in years that I can actually relax when I get my hair cut and know they are going to do an amazing job! I recently chopped my hair from mid back to a very short pixie cut and the wonderful staff member did an outstanding job and I am in love with the new style ! Highly recommend for everyone and especially those who struggle getting their hair cut due to past experiences because they ensure that you get exactly what you want and what you need.

I had my hair done by Angel and dried and styled by Daniel and I can't say enough great this about these two professional, talented woman. I have had bad experience going to salons but thankful I found this place and saw for myself why they have great reviews, they are honest, informative and really know their stuff. I will definitely be going back to get my hair cut with Daniel. Would recommend this place to anyone who is scared to give salons another chance.

Went in a few months ago for a colour correction and left very happy with the results.
It was a very nice and relaxing experience. The service was wonderful. The pricing was fair and worth it. :)

I was referred to this Salon to fix a horrible blonde gone wrong which was done by 3, yes 3, inexperienced stylists. I was initially hoping to book with Alex as I have been told before she is great, she was booked til the new year and the friendly receptionist suggested I see Kate.

Kate did an AMAZING job on my hair. She brought me back to loving my hair again. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get beautiful colour. I will be going back to see her in 8 weeks and will have her cut my hair as well. If I could give her more than a 5* I would!

I've been going to this hair Solon for 4 years now and it's the best Solon by far. I even got my hair done here for my graduation. I'll never go to anywhere else. I just wouldn't trust them.

Front desk always helpful very accommodating . Great haircut and colour .It has a reward System you get points for the money you spend so although it may be a little pricier than some places your points build up and yuo end up geting a free haircut, couldn t be better . I m satisfied

I always look forward to Marks "best ever" head massage, followed up by a great cut that is easy to manage after. Consistently great in the over 10 years I have been visiting.

I am so sad to be moving 5 hrs away from aquilibrium after being a loyal customer for the last 9 years. But I m thinking I might come back regardless. They re that good! The scalp massage alone in the quiet shampoo room would be worth the road trip!

Had a perfect experience at Aquilibrium- It was about two weeks ago and I still absolutely love it. Heidi as my colourist and Rebecca as my stylist- both were so sweet and talented!!!

NEVER TO RETURN after a $250 balyage was completely gone before 3 weeks were over. Returned to discuss & was told matter-of-factly that yes, that colour only lasts 3 weeks. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS or provided any options or prices before I began. And that head massage people are speaking of? mine was less than 2 minutes while my stylist chatted with another stylist behind me. You can keep your over-priced vanity spot, thank you very much.

Kate J is a magician with colour. Over the years she's helped me get funky colours out of my hair, corrected my diy hair colour mess, given me fantastic bayalage and natural looking highlights. I always leave very very happy.

I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and nice. They always ensure my hair looks amazing!!

Although a little more expensive than your average haircut the service and skills of all staff members makes it well worth it. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like you are the only person in the salon.

I also have a home in the U.S. and they were more than accommodating with sending info to my American salon who is also a Davines salon. Can't say a bad word about them. I always look forward to my hair appointments and have been going to John for about 8 years - possibly longer! He is a wonderful hairstylist and always gives me a great cut. In all the years I have been going to the salon his attention to detail and service never waver. He has a great group of people working with him, he knows what is going on in the industry and makes sure that his staff are all up to speed.

I was seeing Hedi for a long while, say about a year and a bit. She was good at first and then I started to feel like I was an inconvenience and she didn t try to meet my goals saying pretty much it s impossible and I d have to doll up to have my hair that light. So I decided to go elsewhere and within two hair appointments I am one more appt away from what I wanted. I feel like I am no longer an inconvenience and a valuable customer. I have to say though the front desk representatives are always a pleasure.

Will never go back. 5 years ago I went there and was happy with my cut and style. Saw the same stylist every 6-8weeks for a while and each time I left there I was unhappy with either the way she cut my bangs or the entire style. Got fed up of it and stopped going for a while. Last year I thought, "if I pay a huge amount of money and get one of their top stylists to do my hair, it should be good." So 3 times this year I have been to someone who is supposed to be second from the top. Paid way too much money each time for something I did not ask for. I even showed a picture and although he said yeah, he can do that, I walked away with one of the worst cuts ever.
Do yourself a favour and save your money and go somewhere else. Their prices are way too high for similar talent you get at First Choice or the Wal Mart salon.

Amazing..does not feel like a salon...being pampered is the way you are treated here!...the best coloring I have ever had done to my hair!..Had my eyebrows waxed as well...the best experience ever!

I've been a faithful customer at Aqualibrium for over 10 years now! The vibrant atmosphere and quality service would be difficult to match! I have seen many stylists progress from novice to expert in a short span of time. The environment is up-beat yet comfortable. Kudos to John and his team of experts who are passionate about their talent which is evident in the high level of customer service they provide! Here's to another 15+ years!

I always love the cuts I get from Yola. Very pricey but you get what you pay for. If you want a quality hair cut, Aqualibrium is the place for you.

Was quoted $70.00 coming into the salon and was charged at the end $186.00. No justification. My hair was shaved June 29th and was only 2 inches long. Feel like I was ripped off.
