Went in for a recall service. Quoted 1.5 hours to 2 hour wait with a complementary car wash. Ended up waiting 3 hours to receive my car back. I understand they may have been busy. But in between that time my service advisor made no contact or follow up with the delay. When I finally got a hold of advisor she told me they were just washing my car. This was to buy more time. I was sitting in showroom the whole time. Furthermore the car was received unwashed and even came with a bonus dirty rag from the maintenance left on the passenger seat. This was unnoticed till I arrived home as the advisor had placed the service paperwork on the passenger seat covering the cloth. Overall not a big deal, but honestly wouldn t waste my time going back in June when I m purchasing my new car. We pay a premium for these cars and the service aspect is lacking. On a side note, facial coverings are required to enter premises and staff are not enforcing this policy. Some people are speaking to advisors without facial coverings and nobody is saying anything. I understand customer service but public health should be more important. Visit was Saturday 9th May 11am.
