The WORST customer service I have ever experienced...

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced !! Jacqlyn Mohl in Service lied to me over & over and was extremely rude and incompetent. Steve, the Service Manager was completely clueless and lied to me as well. They told me to bring my car in to have the airbag recall work done. I drove an hour to the Torrance dealership only to be told when I got there that the parts were not in. So I drove an hour back home... They told me to come back the next day because they promised that the parts would be in... so I drove an hour again... only to be lied to again.. saying that the parts were not in and they had no idea when they would be in. I took 2 days off of work & spent 4 hours of my time & gas driving both days trusting the word of Jacqlyn & Steve. They lied to me both days and I'm disgusted how they could lie to my face and cause such inconvenience to me. I will never go back to that dealership !! I was going to upgrade my Mercedes Benz with a new Mercedes Benz... but now I will probably go to the BMW dealer instead !!!
