I requested information about my dental coverage and copays, the representative was knowledgeable not only about dental procedures but also about coverage instructed me to get a predetermination be sent to my insurance provider so I get to know what my actual coverage and copays will be.

Mike in your customer svc dept. He did do a GREAT SERVICE to me yesterday. He educated the dentist on my co pays. The end result was I got a refund and all is well.

I was so satisfied with everyone I spoke with they were all so helpful and professional. Damian gave me my quote and went over the benefits and answered all of my questions. I also spoke with Emmanuel and he was very prompt and helpful and emailed all the information I requested in a timely manner. Very happy with your company.

Costumer service representatives are extremely well-trained and friendly. I have spoken with at least 3 representatives in the past few weeks while setting up my new account and each one was able to answer of my questions thoroughly and quickly. They all also went out of their way to make sure that I was using my benefits and resources to their fullest potential. I greatly appreciated their services.

forced to give 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. Coverage is terrible and customer service matches the coverage. We had financial difficulty after enrolling in this insurance through a state marketplace. Every other insurance company allows a grace period of at least 30 days for premium payments. Not solstice! We were late with a payment due to financial distress, we called to pay the premium once we were able and were told that the coverage was cancelled before it even began. No contact was attempted (phone, email, letter) to alert us that they were cancelling our policy. However, they have not forgotten to send invoices for premium payments EVERY MONTH for the billing periods after the date they cancelled us.

Provided an authorization code to my dental office for a $5000 surgery. After I had the surgery they stuck me with the bill and said "our agent made a mistake and shouldn't have given you that authorization, but we don't consider that a guarantee so you'll need to pay out of pocket." Solstice is absolutely horrible and I will never waste my money on them again.

Just discovered this entity trying to set up a dentist appointment covered under my health insurance plan. The phone communication was excellent and the speed and accuracy of the emailed providers very good.

This is my third year with Solstice! I went first...

This is my third year with Solstice! I went first to my dentist to be sure they would accept Solstice, and I was told there are two plans that Solstice has. My dentist only accepts one. This plan is affordable but not cheap. Well worth the cost. I receive two cleanings and x-rays pr year for no cost. I also get about $1,000 worth of work done on my teeth along with a corresponding copay. Last year I had a crown put on and my copay was less than half of the regular cost. My husband (who does not have insurance) paid a much larger fee for his crown.
I am very happy with my plan and will continue to renew my plan for the foreseeable future.

I want to acknoledge Michele Lacroix for the outstanding customer service she had provided me with, at the end of my day being a busy father of 2, my last call was to solstice, and as fried and tired as I was, she just make my day with being so patience and understanding, taking care of my every need.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable, sympathetic to my cause and helped me solve my issue. I highly recommend Solstice to all of my friends and anyone reading this review. They are always helpful and the young lady today was a blessing!!!

I have not found one dentist from their so called participating providers list in my area, who will accept this plan. This is a scam! NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR FOR SOLSTICE ;-(
BTW: Nick Edwards, who gave it five stars works there, so this is s conflict of interest for that sole fool.

I had a very good experience, talking with the representative in assisting me to find a very affordable dental coverage for myself and my family. They were extremely helpful in explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions thoroughly.

Both my wife and I are now able to afford getting the braces our daughter desperately needs. Thanks Solstice for your help and your low affordable rates are great.

Had an awesome experience on the phone handling my dental procedures with reception who gave me the surrounding area list of dental doctors in place to take care of me'.. I've been working with Solstice now going on 3 months and I'm happy with what we have going on... Awaiting a seat with a Doctor I have chosen.. The final two stars depends on my waiting room and chair experience.. And also how the office handles business..

Absolutely the most inefficient and horrible service ever experienced! They deserve negative stars.Takes 1/2 year for them to pay claims, if they pay. They should go to jail for false claims of providing benefits as well as have to pay out for the time lost by clients and administrators for their horrible system.

First time calling in with a question on an invoice that I already paid. Service was great. They saw that I was all paid up and went over that my account showed a zero balance. Rep was polite and overall experience was good.

Wow! Can't believe all these negative reviews. My husband and I have not had any difficulties using this plan. The plan saved us big time when my husband had a dental problem which required some extensive dental work. We were able to see 4 different dentists for x-rays and consultation at no charge. Each dentist had a different way of diagnosing the problem and a different remedy. We were able to find a dentist we felt comfortable with and save money. We also had two free cleanings each during the year which more than paid for the membership. Also I was told I needed to replace a crown and a filling by two different dentists while the other two found no such issues. It really pays to be able to shop around and find a dentist you can trust.

Wow, what a joke. It's true, the 5-star reviewer Nick Edwards is a Solstice employee. I purchased a plan through the marketplace, never got my card, and every dentist listed in my area said they were no longer accepting Solstice. True, Solstice is the most affordable dental coverage around, but like they say you get what you pay for.

I haven't had an opportunity to use any of the benefits of my dental plan yet but as far as their member services go they are extremely helpful and efficient. Keshia answered my call right away and within 4 minutes I had paid my first months premium, set up autopay, was emailed a list of providers in my area, and got help setting up my online account with solstice.

HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOM...

HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are very incompetent in their job. Had to cancel my daughter's surgery being that it took two months to pre approve 6 things on a piece of paper. I then spoke to the manager Noel which said that he would get in contact with me the next business day which never happened. Then after calling on several occasions, finally getting in contact with him he told me he couldn't find my number. Pretty horrible excuse when all my info is in there system. After that conversation he then told me that he would call me with in 48 hours. I am on day 4, left him a message and still no call back. They then sent the paper work to the specialist office and are not paying for the things that should be covered. I felt like every time I spoke to someone, they were reading the same excuse off a prompt. Everyone with my employer has nothing but bad things to say about Solstice. It is apparent why they have 1 star for a review and most good dental groups no longer take them.

Well , while at work discussing how many other bad experieces there are with other employees. We all came to a agreement that we are fed up and are going to speak to our HR department in regards to get a different dental insurance. I decided to pull up the reviews and read them out loud at our discussion. When I get to the reviews I can't help but notice how every review has a response that is similar. I also like how 5 months ago that Andres would be contacting me in regards to the thousands of dollars I dished out. It has been 5 months from that response and have not received any phone call.

The customer service representative that I encountered went above and beyond!!! She was very professional. My concerns were addressed. The customer service representative was able to answer my questions and concerns and a very pleasant and professional manner. I even hung up the phone with a smile on my face
