I haven't had an opportunity to use any of the benefits of my dental plan yet but as far as their member services go they are extremely helpful and efficient. Keshia answered my call right away and within 4 minutes I had paid my first months premium, set up autopay, was emailed a list of providers in my area, and got help setting up my online account with solstice.
