HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOM...

HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are very incompetent in their job. Had to cancel my daughter's surgery being that it took two months to pre approve 6 things on a piece of paper. I then spoke to the manager Noel which said that he would get in contact with me the next business day which never happened. Then after calling on several occasions, finally getting in contact with him he told me he couldn't find my number. Pretty horrible excuse when all my info is in there system. After that conversation he then told me that he would call me with in 48 hours. I am on day 4, left him a message and still no call back. They then sent the paper work to the specialist office and are not paying for the things that should be covered. I felt like every time I spoke to someone, they were reading the same excuse off a prompt. Everyone with my employer has nothing but bad things to say about Solstice. It is apparent why they have 1 star for a review and most good dental groups no longer take them.

Well , while at work discussing how many other bad experieces there are with other employees. We all came to a agreement that we are fed up and are going to speak to our HR department in regards to get a different dental insurance. I decided to pull up the reviews and read them out loud at our discussion. When I get to the reviews I can't help but notice how every review has a response that is similar. I also like how 5 months ago that Andres would be contacting me in regards to the thousands of dollars I dished out. It has been 5 months from that response and have not received any phone call.
