Not happy at all. Called up today to cancel my con...

Not happy at all. Called up today to cancel my contract (signed yesterday) to be told I have to wait for the sales consultant to approve the cancellation. I am within my 10 day cooling off period, me (the consumer) am advising of my wish to cancel, just cancel the contract. The sales consultant has no say in it. Obviously a ploy to try and keep the customer hanging past the 10 day mark so I can t cancel.
