Customer service never pick up the calls. Everytime we need to go there .. shake them up and then they will send someone after 4 hrs

I have been using honesty net for more than 10 years now but there service seems to be very poor lately. I have also tried to lodge a complaint but no one is even bothered to pick up the phone or reply to their whatsapp message.
The internet goes on and off all the time and even after the complaint is there no response from their side.
I will be changing the network soon after the lockdown. It's my suggestion never to go for this company as a customer you will only suffer.

The service has deteriorated over last year. The speed has been poor, intermittent net connection, very unreliable. Nobody picks up the call at the service center.

I have been using the internet for the last 3 years is a Chagli service.
Worst Net provider in Kanjur Marg area. I have been using their service since a long time now. Day by Day the service is going down. The net connectivity is going down. Last week the net was down for 6days and I did try calling the customer care everyday and no response from their end. One of their engineer Krishnakant Sutar blocked my number as I was calling him to resolve the issue. Sandeep Shirke (Manager) did not keep his word by resolving the issue. I would not suggest any person to take Honesty connection.
Worst service. Highly not recommended. Very irresponsible staff & take too much time to resolve the issue. I am quitting this service. Deserve zero star.

06/05/2020 update, story continues :( when it works there will be no need to contact them, when there is prob(rarely happens) there would be no one to listen. All the good experiences go drain because of them being un responsive

Worst net service.. Slow speed internet and complaints are literally ignored even after registering complain by visiting their office, they say our engineers will come and look into the net issue but no one is bothered about the problems faced by their customers. When the data pack is about to expire they send their people at doors of their customers to collect payment well in advance.
Service is degrading day by day few years ago used to be the best but now frequently internet down and also their numbers are always busy for some reason so i am not able to contact them in case of any internet service failure. will not be renewing again in future.

Very poor and zero support, specially the behavior of medium level employees of this company with customers is worst.
During the year you may face the problem for 100-200 days.
They will force you to pay the renual amount then only they can give you 4-10 days extension. I am going to quit my all 5 plans as soon they expire. I was associated because of the behavior of few of their good employees, they are not with them now.

Hns provides very worst net service. 80% of the times there net is not working and every time i complain about that then they say we are sending our engineers n all blah blah but never ever the problem is solved.
Thirdclass service.last 10 days started new connection but no engineer for service.and staff was unresponsive..
Pathetic Internet connection & random bandwidth fluctuations.Poor maintenance ,casual attitude of service staff & poor after sales services.Have given the complaint for the technician to come in an have a look at the problem by 11:00am it's 6:00pm an technician is a no show.Even followed up with there so called customer care by 3:00pm.Still no one has come to office.An our major work happens on internet.I would like to urge all those who are considering to use there broadband service for primary business line take a qualified decision.An the staff on call just says they are sorry for discomfort but don't try to resolve the root cause of the problem.Hope this helps someone make the right purchase decision.

The customer care no. Only rings... There is only one lady for taking these calls, and if she is on leave no one else will answer... However before your package is about to expire, this lady magically reappears to remind on the recharge...

I am a four year old customer of Honesty Net. Now I have no complaints regarding the net. Also if there are any technical breakdowns they are corrected as soon as possible so I thank to Honesty net

It's been 3 months have purchased 10mbps unlimited connection for a year. Problem started from 10th day itself. Every weekend internet goes off from satday night to sunday evening. They keep their mobiles switched off. I am seriously fed up by their service. If you can't provide good seevice, your customer care representatives are keeping their phones switch off, why the hell are you doing business?

It's a worst kind of experience i face. Half of the time net was not working and when i going to call no one is picking up. Even they gave fake email id also. So when we going to send mail its show error. In a month so many times we have to call them about net service.
