It's been 3 months have purchased 10mbps unlimited connection for a year. Problem started from 10th day itself. Every weekend internet goes off from satday night to sunday evening. They keep their mobiles switched off. I am seriously fed up by their service. If you can't provide good seevice, your customer care representatives are keeping their phones switch off, why the hell are you doing business?
