Pathetic Internet connection & random bandwidth fluctuations.Poor maintenance ,casual attitude of service staff & poor after sales services.Have given the complaint for the technician to come in an have a look at the problem by 11:00am it's 6:00pm an technician is a no show.Even followed up with there so called customer care by 3:00pm.Still no one has come to office.An our major work happens on internet.I would like to urge all those who are considering to use there broadband service for primary business line take a qualified decision.An the staff on call just says they are sorry for discomfort but don't try to resolve the root cause of the problem.Hope this helps someone make the right purchase decision.
