Very bad service if broke connection after 6pm

I got to know that internet is not working at home suddenly 9:00pm.
We are facing lot of problems now.
We are unable to communicate anyone via internet.
I am not able to do my office work now..

And then I got a reply from your team that it can't be done/fixed till morning..

It is very pathetic and irresponsible service from hns...
I just stuck and can't reply to my office colleagues..

I don't have any words for such inconvenience when it is required very urgently.

Why such things are happening?
I would have gone to owner or any other escalator point of contact but then I don't have any information about anyone....

It is very very frustrating no sense services from HNS..

Please let me know if you can fix this issue within an hour
