Ambience was nice. Love the slight boutique touch to it.

I love the room. So majestic and luxurious. Staff are polite. There was this young eurasian guy working as a waiter. He was super polite. When we ordered Egg Benedict for breakfast. He politely informed us that they menu contain Pork. Very thoughtly of him. Please send my regards to him. I didn't catch his name but overheard Julian if I'm don't hear wrongly.

Great French inspired hotel room! Loved the decor, free mini bar, and the wonderful toiletries! The location is wonderful it is right next to hawker food section. Everyone was very friendly too! Held our bags for the day while we toured the city until our very late flight out.

Helpful staffs, convince location, lovely room with everything needed. Just the food from room services was a bit disappointed. Apart from this, highly recommend to stay at so Sofitel.

so hommy, so entertaiment. I think overall very good, may be sofitel can give more like room space more spacious, shuttle bus.

Amazing! My room is amazing! There is one iPad which controls the curtain,lights, and tv! The lights are beautiful, rooms are cold, and the only thing when I stay there is the view I got alley view so its a junk. The reception is nice, fancy, welcome drink is really exclusive!

Fantastic! We arrived really early and as could be expected, the room was not ready and it was way before check in time. However, the staff were amazing in trying to organise the room for us.
The experience was wonderful altogether.
The amenities are beyond reproach, but special mention to the staff, especially So Nazar, Tyson, Ismail, Jeffrey, Arnel and Faizal.
They made us feel, and our stay altogether, so much better.
Will definitely come back!

Great hotel with wonderful design considerations throughout. The rooms are run from an iPad including all entertainment, lights, aircon, even do not disturb and clean my room indicators. Nothing has been missed in planning this hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The Customer Service Staff was exceptional and greeted every guest with the utmost courtesy.

A standout was Si Ying ,she handled all of our concerns in a very professional manner and nothing was a problem.

The same could not be said about the resturant staff ,at each breakfast it was a major task to order a cup of tea,and when it was ordered ,it took an eternaty to be served

The staff were helpful from the start - I arrived very early and my rooms was already available ready - the room was very nice and a decent size

Tried their breakfast buffet after hearing great reviews from online recommendations. Was mildly disappointed by the variety and quality. Sure the cooked foods were considered varied but is plainly adequate.
The cereal bar is pretty standard and the bread bar was also ordinary.
At the end of the day, the foods are honestly quite cheap, only expensive stuff are perhaps smoked fish (salmon, tuna) and honey.

The stay at Sofitel was excellent! The layout and design of the hotel was chic and contemporary. It is indeed a designer hotel. The room was spacious with unique His and Hers toiletries. Bath tub was huge and clean. The room is fully controlled via the iPad which is really cool. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of local taste to western style. It is a really 'sofisticated' hotel and I've truely enjoyed my stay.

Staying in the so cosy suite was very fitting for a sneaky weekend away, the room had everything we needed, comfortable bedding, swanky technology etc.
The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was limited but enough...
The location is awesome being close to the mrt and having the food markets literally on the doorstep.

I took a taxi from the airport but I could not get to the driver because I was not informed.
Anyway, the hotel is small at the front, but the rooms are very nice with high ceilings. We have stayed at Fullerton, but this one is comfortable as room. Bathtub and shower are separated, water pressure of shower is also good.
Accessories and a little decoration are cute.
In addition, I am glad that soft drinks and sweets in the room are free.
Also, it was also helpful that the staff at the front desk were not single-handed.

Off the bat, Sofitel has a decor and design style that presumably appeals to francophiles. It s interesting nonetheless. Their So Cosy room has great amenities and a high ceiling. Their large windows look towards the inside of the hotel, which gives you about a walkway s width to the opposite side and interestingly, looks into the walkway of the other wing. So the combination of this view and the absolutely tiny room; I officially rename it So Claustrophobic . Of course, tastes and preferences are subjective but the real issue to have a service attendant help himself into my room with me inside after the bell wasn t answered. I spoke to the manager and his reply to it was: this is normal hotel practice unless the Do Not Disturb sign/light is switched on . I had expected more from a five star hotel. Adieu.

Our experience was wonderful. The staff were amazing. Special mention of Sally, she was always so very pleasant, personal, welcoming and helpful. All of the staff were very very courteous, polite and lovely.
The rooms were so beautiful and luxurious. We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, the bed, the linen and especially the pillows were something we've not had anywhere before. It was spotless. plenty of drinks in the fridge were complimentary. We would highly recommend your hotel, and i already have to people i know who go to Singapore frequently. On our day of checkout, we had a late flight, and they allowed as to have a room to have a shower in the late afternoon, for which we were very grateful. i cant speak highly enough of this hotel. All of the staff at reception were very helpful. Everyone helped with directions, one girl even printed out some directions for us. Made our short stay in Singapore very memorable! Thank you again!!

Feel relaxed and comfortable when stay here. A very beautiful boutique hotel and a classy hotel also. My most favorite hotel in Singapore until now. Will come back soon.

Amazing place to chill, especially during happy hours

Just visited the lobby and had some chocolate truffles. They were tasty!

Check in receptionist very helpful and even deliver me coffee to smoking area when I waiting for my room
Room is very cozy and feel like home.

Luxory Hotel with great staff and great service, located nearby the oldest food court in Singapore. Perfect place to stay.

The Slight Downer...
- Unfortunately, I had to inform the hotel staff multiple times I was booking through the "Unlock Singapore" promotion, which included dinner at the restaurant. At check-in, the staff made no mention of it. Approached the front desk to confirm, to which it took a while for them to understand what I had booked, despite it all being in the system. So front desk confirmed it and helped me make a reservation at the Xperience Restaurant. Upon going to the restaurant at dinner time, the staff had no clue, there was no reservation recorded, and it took them a while to go through the whole process of verifying with the system again.
- On top of that, while the dinner tasted good, I felt that the dinner service was rather slow, despite the restaurant being at half capacity.

Would I stay there again? Most definitely. But I probably won't have dinner at the restaurant next time.

The hotel is pretty nice and cozy. The staffs are VERY friendly and extremely helpful. The room was neat and the ipad control is just fancy. The free mini bar is icing on the cake which makes it special. The location is also impeccable.

Shame on you Sofitel ! Booked and paid full amount 1 year in advance, Had to cancel booking due to poor health and 10 months notice. Would not refund any or part of the money paid. However they would rebook the room out and make more money. "COMPANY GREED AT IT'S BEST"

Friendly helpful staff , close to 3 MRT stations , a Truly 5 star hotel !

The bedroom was and bathroom facilities were very good.

The staff were amazing and always very considerate, friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the concierges as they were all very helpful and remembered my name (which is very impressive!).

I had dinner in the restaurant on a few evenings and I was very impressed with Arin.
Arin was always very friendly, considerate and professional and I enjoyed the opportunity to talk to her when she was not looking after the other guests - Arin is a real gem!

I was very impressed with the food, especially the dinners which certainly had the French touch - my compliments to the chefs!

The location was great as it was within easy walking distance from the hotel to the office blocks.

Overall a very good experience and the SO is certainly worthy of many more visits in the future!!

Enjoyed our 5 night stay very much. Away from the crowds yet in walking distances to attractions like Gardens on the Bay and Super Trees and China Town etc. Across the road is the nightly market where you can always get a quick and very reasonable meal.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a boutique hotel style which is quiet and has a good breakfast and beautifully presented lunches and dinners. There is also a lovely roof top pool.

We were unaware the hotel had a club on the rooftop that was so loud and noisy it kept us awake. You should concentrate more on keeping your house guests happy rather than attract the young wannabies that just want to smoke and drink and look cool.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room, whilst smaller than I was expecting, was very relaxing. Loved the Portland classical music app in the room so I could listen to lovely music. Location is great.

My only two negative comments are (and this is really nit picking):
- Cleaning staff may be too attentive as they kept replacing my towels everyday, despite hanging them on the hook with the hanging card asking them not to be replaced'
- The signature scent of the hotel is too strong. Subtle is nice, but it hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby and into the gym.

We went to see KP's art pieces. Artist was Kasia Pawlak. Beautiful art work but only 2 pieces. Hotel is next to Lau Pasat eatery so very confenient for local food hunters. The hotel is cozy and staff friendly.

Going back here again. Was an amazing stay in the heart of Singapore. Loved the entire trip

Lovely place. Situated very near to Marina Bay. A little expensive but worth the money. Staff was really helpful and co-operative. Would surely love to visit again.

Our stay with So Sofitel Singapore was great. We enjoyed almost every minute we spent there. There was an incident on our last day when our room key wouldnt work. We went to the from desk and they fixed it for us or so we thought. Went back to the room and it still wasnt working. This happened 3 times before we finally got into our room and hurridly got our cases ready to head to the airport for our flight. The staff there were delightful especially the young guy with the coloured hair working downstairs. Thank you for making our Singapore stay so enjoyable. Jan Jessup

I usually do not give 10 ratings but Everything about SO was great, from the staff at check in after a long day to late check out at 3pm.
Staff were all attentive and friendly. Palo in the restaurant was exceptional.
The room was fun and very functional and comfortable.

The rooftop bar had a nice laid back vibe, nestled among towering CBD skyscrapers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby restrooms were locked which was frustrating, although staff obligingly unlocked it for our use.

The bar does pretty decent service. But generally too cool for great service.

5 star hotel in central Singapore. It is less than 1.5km to Marina Bay and a 10 minute walk to Chinatown. Very good breakfast and friendly helpful staff

Convenient location. Staff was warm and friendly and greeted us throughout our stay. Very new and advanced hotel with high-tech tablet which is able to control equipment (ie. lightings, curtains, television and air-conditioning system) at the hotel room itself.

Very trendy and luxury hotel. Electronics in the room are fully automated and controlled via in room ipad. Beautiful lobby and wonderful scent as you enter the hotel. Decor has also been designed/influenced by Karl Largerfeld. Exceptionally pleasant stay.

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast! One of the best I ever had. I had an excellent stay here. Recommended.

This hotel is amazing. So beautiful. The way they have tied the old French Colonial in with modern is perfect. The staff were well trained and very friendly. The location was perfect for me to get to lots of places in any direction, and the rooftop pool was just lovely.

A perfect piece of Singapore's heritage blended with it's modern culture. Highly recommended.

Yes its ok but not really getting what you pay for when you really look into the details of the room finishings and many things around the hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel for a stayover. Service could be better at front desk and rooftop bar as the staff seems a bit cope with some situations (special requests, ...).

Was there last week for 4 days with my wife who was there on business trip. Weekdays were fine but Saturday hosted party with lots of noisy and drunk people screaming and music so loud that i couldn't enjoy the place. Avoid on week ends.

Hotel very well placed with a very nice staff including French trainees. Ground meal part of the ground very nice. Room very pretty but poorly arranged to be a copy of a Parisian Haussman apartment. Superb general decoration.

A honeymoon trip that was made extra special by the warm hospitality shown to us. Only thing that could've been improved was some of the concierge recommendations, but nonetheless a great trip! Thank you

Nice location bc Lau Pa Sat foodcort is opposite the hotel.
MRT 5 Min. walk.
MB and the Gardens perfectly close for a evening walk.
Helix Bridge also very close.
Chinatown with Subway or also a 10 Min. walk close.
The Hotel Stuff is very friendly.
The Cleaning service is excellent! (The care about the Accor Regulations: -> not using plastic bags for each bin or refillable Shampoo dispenser...)
Interior depends on the taste ... Our Room the SO URBAN ROOM was very nice. The bed was so comfortable and soft!
The building is a old one and i guess they got some problems with the plumbing because you may hear other rooms while they using the flush or shower.
Rooftopbar + Pool. (Not heated) very nice!
The Gym was enough for a 4 day trip.
We booked w/o breakfast (but looked nice)
Would book this Accor Hotel again :)

Originally I was really happy to stay here but the toilet seat not fitting correctly has been most unsatisfactory; otherwise to be fair, it has been quite pleasant so far.

It was a bad odor in the room, like sewer, also the shower leaks to the outside. When the hand soap bar finished I did not get a new one.
