It has been a long time since I was as disappointe...

It has been a long time since I was as disappointed with any hotel as this one!

During my 3-day stay I had to go to reception 5 times because my room key no longer worked! A nightmare, especially at night! In addition, my room was located in the dependence of the hotel, so that I had to walk several minutes to and from the reception every time! When I repeated my complaint, I only got to hear: I'm sorry!

The whole hotel seems completely understaffed anyway. Although the hotel has at least 5 lifts, the reception was mostly only occupied by one employee, which always led to very long queues!

BTW: elevator! Although the travel button was pressed down, I was repeatedly 'kidnapped' by the elevator upwards.
Worse still, that the elevator doors trap passengers in the elevator door frame instead of jumping open again with little resistance as elsewhere!

Housekeeping doesn't have it on anyone. Day managed to clean my room before 4 p.m. In addition, my closed travel case was opened and ransacked in my absence! An absolute NO GO!

And even after these serious complaints, I kept hearing the obvious mantra of this hotel: 'Oh, we're sorry !?'
