We had a very nice and relaxing holiday for two. It was just the place for our honeymoon.

Top notch service. Good selection of amenities, activities, food and bevs all eithin the resort. Staff were top class and made sure holiday was well worth the trip. Hope to visit again.

Amazing experience. The manager was following up and checking on us . Everything was perfect. Have a great kids club and pool. Family friendly. Many restaurants and delicious food. Good for family holidays

It is considered one of the best and most luxurious resorts in Dubai

A great hotel, the apartments are very nice and spacious. Beautiful bathroom with central bathtub. Bedding clean, staff very welcoming and courteous. The only things we did not like were the waiting time for breakfast and the ban on strollers in the shuttles to the shopping center forcing us to take a taxi.

Rooms are beautiful , amazing services , they do overcharge on the turn down service so be careful just say no coz they tricked me into it and i thought it was free. Otherwise it was a great stay

One of, if not the best, hotels we have been to. The choice of food is wide enough to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. The service from the staff is of the highest standard. Something on for everyone to occupy your time but also quiet if you just want to relax. We will definitely be back.

Dinner buffet has an extensive selection of food.Enjoyed thoroghly.Outdoor sheesha lounge serves delicious finger food with sheesha.

Aside from check in taking us 25minutes before being seen to this is a very good hotel with very friendly staff.

One of the best hotel on crescent road palm Jumeirah.

The rooms spacious good. Service good.. good facilities .
But the staff are trying very hard to keep up. I am taking out one star ( management take note)as they are so so understaffed.

Fantastic value and the pools and beaches are amazing. The service at the Maui Bar was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Jaseer who looked after us the whole day.

Florent was amazing and really looked after me and my family during our stay.

Everything corresponded to a 5 star luxury hotel, the rooms were large and well equipped.

What does not fit is the sometimes very harsh treatment of the service staff. Something nicer would be much more pleasant.

The hotel was truly five stars. The rooms are very clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was I'd say the best I had. Pools and grounds were also very nice.

Just the journey to this top hotel is an experience. The welcome is great, rooms and suites large and beautifully decorated. The grounds are impressive, the food in the different restaurants very good. Only the wines are understandably like everywhere in an Arab country, very very expensive. Unfortunately.

Great getaway, nice to have a German-speaking person at the front desk makes the whole thing more local. It was just wonderful. From the room to the very very friendly staff. Think of Dubai every day and the great hotel. THANK YOU to Mr. Schneider.

100% mass processing! Not for people who are looking for a little relaxation. Breakfast is like feeding animals (a huge mess!). The prices for drinks are even higher than in Dubai (e.g. a large beer costs EUR 15). Those who like to be in a hustle and bustle all day are well served here. We will not be back ...

I really enjoyed the time there. I had a suite, big enough and beautiful. I have all wishes fulfilled. And the food was delicious. I'll be back:)

Very luxery treatment at the Sofitel, nice appartment with lots of space. All the staff takes very good care and makes it a 5 star experience, espacially housekeeping is treating you like a king and queen.

We would like to distinguish the work of the waitress Lucia in the restaurant the World Eatery on the territory of the hotel. The service was amazing thanks to her! Extremely warm and pleasant. Also, the food was delicious.

Elegant .. almost everyone likes but very reluctant to challenge the promotion of artists in the East. Especially when we talk about authentic carw art, it was also displayed in such a location, 2 days, when it was a toll paid. It can be more. Still ... is the country with many pretensions .. yes?

We were 9 days at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai. At check-in was found that we had reserved only one apartment and not as desired 2 apartment. That was a mistake of the travel agent. No matter ... after a long back and forth we got the 2nd room. Because of the drives we were offered for free upgrade to a larger apartment. Great gesture of the hotel :-)
