We were 9 days at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai. At check-in was found that we had reserved only one apartment and not as desired 2 apartment. That was a mistake of the travel agent. No matter ... after a long back and forth we got the 2nd room. Because of the drives we were offered for free upgrade to a larger apartment. Great gesture of the hotel :-)

Staff -> Great, always very friendly
Restaurant -> great

If Dubai then definitely the Sofitel The Palm Hotel :-)
