One of the best family hotel in town .. great facilities and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel. Great customer service. Room service is quick and efficient, staff is super friendly, food quality is ok. Cleaning service is awesome, they do a service at night too. Tried to book an appointment with the spa but they were all booked for the days I stayed unfortunately. Other than that everything was awesome!

This hotel is stunning can't fault it. Was an amazing experience start to finish. Lovely restaurants, food and service are excellent.

Very nice family hotel with a nice pool and very nice private beach. The staff very friendly and attentive. The food is very good in restaurants and buffet.
The Sofitel is located on the Palm about 30 minutes from Dubai Mall.

The most beautiful of all Sofitel, magnificent view and setting, friendly and excellent staff; Everything is perfect in this beautiful hotel. Only problem a bit far from the center of Dubai.

Never have I been to any hotel that is so clean, so many restaurants of different food types. The 1 bed apartment are huge, the staff can not do enough for you. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Will be coming back 100% I would like you to know we had such a great time we will be back in 6 weeks, I have been dealing with Samanta Soobrayen and I have never had help like it before. I already want to book again for 2021.

Very stylish place to stay, long beach line, tasty food and great staff. In cons I may add not stable complimentary wi-fi in a room (but super-stable on a beach) and a construction site near by spoiling the view to the west.

Attentive front desk, great interiors, management is closely involved in operations. Refreshing!

Great, it is hard to find because it is in the palm island

Below expectations for such a high standard brand. Although the personnel was very professional and friendly some basic details were disappointing such as no water taps offered at the Gym, paper stickers hand written sticked on the phones in the rooms, bad organization at the crowded breakfast, and finally mistake in the invoice where one room was invoiced twice .... the location is fantastic but some improvements have to be done !

Let's just say this, in the ranking of the best hotels I visited this one is in first place along with the Abu Dhabi Jumeirah. The structure is huge and is located on the palm. Very luxurious overall and every detail is as it should be, from the very kind staff to the ultra spacious and elegant rooms, despite being Polynesian style. Let's say that the price is in the luxury range, but if you happen to try it is really nice.

Not as good as expected. Very big hotel lacking of charm. Buffet restaurant is terrible, really bad experience. Other restaurants are very nice.

Cannot fault Sofitel the palm. Have returned many times to this hotel, which totally lives up to its brand. Rooms are spacious and facilities available are top class. Breakfast was brilliant with a good choice. Would always recommend.

Best iftaar experience especially their barbeque night

Fabulous, the prices for the place and the most fantastic service. I liked the picturesque designs and the wood inside the hotel design.

My Husband and I stayed here for a week in Feb 2016. Our stay was very pleasant, we were upgraded to the palm view upon booking our package holiday with Emirates, which was brilliant! The room was lovely, we had no complaints! The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

Just be aware that if you are on a half board package drinks are not included! ( Emirates fail to tell you this when you book, we couldn't see it anywhere so just assumed soft drinks would be included or at least water- our fault for not asking them before booking I guess! Half board included breakfast and lunch or dinner only. You are provided with half board restaurant vouchers upon arrival, so be sure to carry these with you when you go out for dinner, otherwise you will have to go back to your room to get it!

You are provided with the same house water in your rooms, but are not allowed to take this to dinner in any of the restaurants. We thought the prices were far too high even for a bottle of house water and a can of soda. Just be prepared if you are thinking of drinking, especially alcoholic drinks!

If you are thinking of getting a taxi from the hotel....we suggest you wait for the cream taxis, we didn't have to wait more than 10 mins really, and there is a free shuttle daily to Atlantis Hotel, Emirates and Dubai Mall. The concierge and hotel staff will offer the hotels taxi ( Black cab) which is standard rate of 100dirhams however you can get to Dubai mall for anywhere between 65-75dirhams with the normal taxi so it's worth just waiting a few mins.

The beach was lovely, the water was quite cold but I suppose for this time of year it would be. Some people did brave it! The pools however were nice and warm. There were plenty of activities to do on the beach.....water sports- which we thought again were very pricey, but there are other activities like table tennis, volley ball, football and bowls which were free. It's great for kids as they supplied badminton rackets, tennis balls, swing bat and ball and there was a small area to play basket ball.

Overall great place to stay it was a 5 min car journey to the Atlantis hotel, where you can visit the aquarium and there is a water park- (all at a cost of course), but plenty to do.

It's good place to live & really good view of beach

I have stayed in 7 hotels in Dubai and the best so far is this. Beautiful beach, exquisite gym, friendly staff, spacious rooms and what have you...

Great! Was there for 10 days and I liked it very much. The whole area is big and very clean. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the room service to the pool / beach service, which are always smiling and super accommodating and helpful. Room very clean, great and balcony / terrace is great for relaxing in the evening. Would go back again and again! I look forward to the next visit.

Very nice hotel. Drinks very expensive. But you get free water in the room and can reorder (free of charge). It is far from the center and the malls. But there are good shuttle connections.

A lovely hotel on the Palm. All staff were so helpful and curteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Good beach with bars. The hotel is someway from downtown Dubai and although there is a complimentary bus a couple of times a day one has to use a taxi. The only downside.

Wonderful place! And the location, and the service, and the staff. In terms of security, the virus is beyond praise. A great place to relax with children.

I didn't use the accommodation but that's why I used the beach which I think is the top beach in Dubai ... so beautiful and clean, with friendly staff, just perfect

Lack of choices in terms of food when you are on half board
Pillows way in too soft in the room
Guests were allowed in the restaurant without wearing a mask(staff didn't say anything) enough after I pointed it out
Not enough hand sanitizers in the hotel(eg. by the lift)

Beautiful themed hotel with outstanding service and Facilities. I usually use the hotel gym and beach&pool facilities during the weekend since they are part of a club membership i have (privilege).

Very nice hotel for vacationing with children. Very nice staff, quiet area on the palm. Gladly again! Could be a little cleaner, especially in the bathroom. Special thanks to the basement Waqas and Jaga from Service in the lobby,
