A sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of the favorite hotels we stayed during our time in Dubai as a family! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff at midnight and we were upgraded to a family suite with over 70 sqm. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant crew specially very flexible and the entire restaurant crew and supervisor deserves a special thanks. Regarding the pool crew we appreciated the serious way of the pool watch concerning kids and adults. We had two great time here, which obviously also added up to the experience at all.

The location is incredible,the building is awesome,the decoration the bed the towels all are perfect but the personnel and the security behavior and also the hotel policies needs to be improved
This is my favorite 5 star hotel resort in Dubai. I've been there a couple of times during different seasons and always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are glamorous, the service is top, there is a variety of outlets for dinning or quick meals, the main restaurant is excellent. The main building has a distinctive Bali architecture, with prevalent stone and wood, in external and internal finishes. The swimming pool is large and designed with many island like recesses, the water is cooled in the summer season. While the sea water in the Arabian Golf can be really warm in the summer season, it is just pleasant in the remain of the year. Nice and long walks are possible in the white send of the hotel private beach. Comfort and luxury are the better fit words to define the place, all staff is kind and nice. I would enthusiastically recommend a visit and stay here to anyone who can afford the respectable bill in the end of the stay.
Very good hotel! The hotel is beautiful, clean and very nice. We have stayed in an apartment and we were very surprised of the size, design and how clean it was. In general I would always recommend the hotel to others.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great service, nice rooms. Cons: The sand on The Palm is very corse. Also if you look left and right from the beach you realise that you are bang in the middle of a building site! I would expect the hotel to be cheaper for the period of construction.
I loved this hotel, had my wedding there and stayed for a week, it's amazing, everything was perfect. The staff are great,especially our wedding coordinator Christine, she was so lovely and so good at what she does. The room was clean and very comfortable, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
Excellent customer service, especially from Sarah the Guest Relations Manager. Elegant hotel and rooms, the steak and porterhouse restaurant was amazing. Very rich breakfast as well and nice beaches.
It was overall an enjoyable stay. our room was pleasant and the bathroom very nice and laid out well enough. A little disappointing was the view of the sea as it was obscured by a large roof area of the building below that jutted out quite a way. Was not asked if would like to upgrade (for a cost) as may have considered this. Porterhouse Restaurant was most enjoyable in all aspects. Laguna though only open at night was an attractive setting. Buffet was not up to the standard of other resorts have visited. Choices were limited, first seating areas was basic and on an occasion we felt almost unwanted as there appeared to be a private party in operation but no-one had mentioned this in advance. Maui bar looked fine but food was basic and the drinks ridiculously expensive. Would consider coming again but need assurances that some uplift had occurred. Staff however, were delightful and professional and made us feel special.
Super Hotel, nice for the kids, good breakfast and food. We had a really big suite with all comforts. The executive lounge is really good but a little bit crowded in the evening. I found it annoying that sunbeds around the pool were reserved really early by... travelers. This is not 5star like. Sand on the Beach is not so nice. But hey, it on The Palm!
Stay was lovely. The only issue we had was that our room was not ready when we arrived which we thought it would be, which was our mistake but we had travelled all night with our 4 year old & it was our honeymoon so it would have been good to have somewhere to rest.
We had a nice weekend at Sofitel the palm, although on Friday the pool was very busy. our aim was to relax and enjoy the weekend with out friends and we managed to. I cannot complain about anything except for the 15 AED delivery charge for room service. I have never ever had such a charge for room service, and still it arrives after 40 minutes, although they say it will take 30 minutes. Getting the car from the hotel valet took 20 minutes, although i had called and requested they bring in the car. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Hassan at front desk.
Second time - not the last time!! Sofitel Dubai the Palm is the perfect combination of luxury hotel and beach resort. The Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. This time we tried the Steak house Restaurant for the first time and it was outstanding. The Steaks cooked to point, side orders like salad and fries fantastic quality. Another reason to return the next time in Dubai.
Obliged to put 5 stars for the staff. They offered us our dinner for our 10 years of marriage in an exceptional restaurant. I keep one of my best meal memories in a restaurant. The hotel is luxurious, super beautiful, very well decorated ... the rooms are spacious, the balcony is at the top, the bathroom is ideal for a good bath or rain shower ... Too bad the pool is small and the best seats are paying. Breakfast is a treat with a multitude of choices. During our stay it rained .. and in this case it is much less good to be in a hotel so luxurious when you do not have access to the beach or the pool. Staff at the top. A big thank you for the rose petals and the box of chocolates. The place is heavenly on the Palm of Dubai. It's to do!

I was here in December over Christmas and was very excited. Very nice hotel with private beach. The service is excellent and corresponds to the 5 *. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are done several times a day just right just great. The food was varied and tasty. The service on the beach is 1a . I felt very comfortable so I will visit again "Sofitel the palm"

One of the best hotels I have stayed this year the service was very good .staff were all professional and helpful. The layout of the complex is well organized and your next door to the Atlantis if you want to do a 1 day in the water parks it's just there.
Food and restaurant have been excellent I didn't have no issues but book all your reservations on the 1st day to avoid disappointment.
Wonderful stay with my husband and daughters. Half board package is good value and the rooms are very nice and spacious. Staff are fabulous, very welcoming and always happy to go the extra mile. Great hotel facilities with plenty of pools to choose from and excellent kids club (thank you Victoria!) Special mention also to Vivekan for looking after us in the beach suites
We stayed for 6 days in this hotel , we liked the gardens , the lovely smiles from all the staff and the two bedroom apartment was very clean, it contains about 5 different bathrooms, so it was very good

We were 9 days at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai. The stay was great, the rooms are large and very tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly. The food is varied and of the highest quality. The different restaurants are great and the menus are world class.
Quality interior of the room, corridors. Though the main buffet dining area is good in design, but lacks strong chefs, and overall policy of buffet is somewhat strange compared to movenpick jumeirah, ritz carlton jumeirah- there you can easily ask the cheffs in sushi sector to make sashimi for you straightaway, here it is not possible, though the chef at least tried to contact the kitchen before the answer came to be no. What is also important that for mineral sparkling water and water you need to pay extra in buffet in sofitel the palm, whereas those other two above-mentioned hotels treat that complimentary for your dinner buffet. The overall quality of food is twice as badly prepared as in movenpick and ritz- carlton where the cheffs seem to be more competent. The staff of waiters here also seem to be a bit overstressed and rushing to pick the empty plates while you are actually sitting and talking and chewing the last bits of this or another meal, that is annoying a little bit. While the staff of the hotel is perfect, 5 stars out of 5. The kitchen and food in buffet 3 stars out of 5. Thus the overall evaluation should be 4 stars, but the food experience is dissappointing for such a 5 star grand brand hotel and it is in my opinion just 3 stars out of 5.
Amazing hotel. Everybody is very friendly - especially to kids; The food is good and healthy (no standard buffet - but variety and healthy choices); It's very clean: pools, beach, rooms, restaurants, everywhere. It has a nice wellness & spa area but women and men are separated. We were very happy staying here.
I am a regular with the Accor group but Sofitel the palm Dubai was better than expected. I Checked in while on a business trip and got the full Resort holiday experience. AJ at the reception was especially helpful and made my check in very pleasant.
If you in for a business trip to Dubai for longer than 2 days. I highly recommend to stay here!
Very nice and clean area, staff very friendly and helpful, we booked an apartment for four people Apartments are really big enough for four people. Breakfast buffet with Huge selection. The only negative drink by the pool was totally overpriced.
Absolutely recommended. You can relax very well and if you want to experience the city feeling by a short taxi or shuttle ride. We had an excellent stay a week ago. Very good facility on the palm island. It is always very easy to get into the city by taxi. Your employee "Ado" receives a special thank you. He is instrumental in making the review that way. Just accommodating and always nice.
