Rio who picked up us was so amiable. The service was superb!

At this moment, next to the premises, heavy construction is being done and this is not relaxing while chilling at the pool. Great morning buffet though!

We selected the Sofitel at the Palm for a family long weekend staycation. This is my second time at the property and we had an amazing experience previously. Unfortunately, this stay was completely the opposite , with unfriendly staff, mess ups on our lunches and dinners which were served after hours of waiting and reminding the staff..
We had the housekeeping staff making us wait for over half an hour to clean up the room for a broken glass..
Our spa therapist not turning up for half an hour and only when we went inquiring, were we informed that she didnt turn up for work...
Added to this, the general attitue of the team was far from hospitable.. Definitely a never to return property if they dont improve their service levels!

Probably one of the most luxurious and best services in Dubai ... come and enjoy here also....

Stayed at the villa which is built like a home I would love to actually own and live in. A bit far from the rest of Dubai, but it's an enclave one can reset in. Beautiful SPA.

We were 9 days at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai. At check-in was found that we had reserved only one apartment and not as desired 2 apartment. That was a mistake of the travel agent. No matter ... after a long back and forth we got the 2nd room. Because of the drives we were offered for free upgrade to a larger apartment. Great gesture of the hotel :-)

Amazing resort. Super clean and Very friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. Only issue was the photographers who harras you and are pushy for sales.

Clean surroundings, accessible and staffs are hospitable.

Loved our stay here. Exceptional service from the staff, especially Pranita at Maui. Big shout to Derek for organising all the pool activities and watching the kids.

We just returned from our 3rd stay at Sofitel the Palm and once again cannot fault a thing.

My wife, our 4 children and her mother spent 3 weeks in 2 club beach front suites ( room 5203 & 5204 ) which were on the top floor. The rooms are large, clean and have beautiful views over the palm.

The resort has imaculate gardens, lovely pools and an excellent beach, we spent majority of our time at the kids pool, activities pool and the beach.

The restaurants are very hard to fault, we had breakfast at Manava each day and have to commend Chef Dhanveer on his personal service, the food was excellent and anything any of us wanted was no trouble.
We ate dinner on a number of occasions at Porterhouse, I have written previously regarding Porterhouse, it is consistently still in my opinion the best steak restaurant in Dubai, the food, service and atmosphere is 7 stars, our waiter Sebastian is a legend.

Our children spend many hours at the kids club, they love it there, the staff are great and genuinely care about the kids, sally & Victoria are super stars, after kids club we would grab an ice cream from Gelati ice cream shop, Caroline (Go Kenya) was adored by our boys.

Overall from the porters, Dona, Ado, Martin to the lifeguards, Roshan, Alex, Menaka, Natanya, to the Chefs, Dhanveer, Chanden, the waiters, Sebastian, Mike at Maui beach bar to front of house Mohammed, Nasir and all the Concierge team, you are genuinely made to feel like family and we will continue to stay at Sofitel the palm, it is an incredible resort with beautiful staff and excellent facilities.
Thank you once again for another perfect family holiday, see you next July.

My partner and I visited on Valentine s Day.
and I can promise you it was the highlight of my whole Dubai trip.

The staff is so friendly!
We were welcomed with open arms, and we asked if we could check out late and they extended our check out which was AMAZING.

The morning buffet is a must try! They have a variety of everything.
From Indian to English.
I m was so impressed

And I have to add this hotel is the best hotel to stay at with kids!!!
They have limitless activities.
And even the buffet offer meals that children would love to have!

This hotel was absolutely a dream.
If I could live here forever I would.

Service on the beach is excellant. The manager in charge of the beach reastaurant is very customer focus and does his utter best to ensure that his customers are happy.

This resort is quite literally an oasis in the dry desert heat.
All the facilities and amenities you could possibly need and want on a vacation, including a 24hr mini mart! Palm surrounded pools and a private beach.
Attentive staff, hidden most of the time, but when needed seem to magically appear within the blink of an eye.
The accommodation was spectacular. We had a beach suite and it exceeded all expectations.
If you're looking for a place to relax, find your zen, yet has quick and easy access to Dubai's sites, shopping and entertainment, I'd highly recommend making a booking.

amazing resort with great facilities. I used to book in this hotel every time I visit Dubai. However, recently the staff who are working at the reception area were not helpful as they used to be.

if you planning to stay in this hotel then make sure that the weather is ok. I don't recommend it in summer. they have kids club with lots of activities indoor and outdoor. There are different areas with swimming pools. the best one for the kids the one has slides.

I would recommend to book the room with the breakfast. the breakfast area is spectacular and the food options is a lot.

beach side is very clean and they have water play area with extra charge for adults and children.

All the staff at the hotel have been fantastic and willing to go the extra mile each time we spoke with anyone. From the concierge helping me to store my bags when I arrived, the check-in staff that assisted getting our room ready when I arrived very early, to the staff that assisted with booking our excursion, all fantastic. Highly recommended wonderful hotel with perfect service. Great staff and amazing junior suite. So relaxed and peaceful. Just perfect.

Resort was great, room service is a bit delayed. We forgot 2 items, and left the country. However, we are very upset about the service we received as two different representative claimed that they could not find the item, and third time when we called back, they finally claimed that they found it; BUT there will be shipping charges of 250 AED. We immediately got very upset. We had to call so many times for it and finally they found it now there is a surcharge? That's just ridiculous. My boyfriend and I we are frequent travellers, this is really the first time experiencing this situation. It would be great if they can double check before they notify us. That also goes towards other guests if it happens.

Sofitel the Palm is a fantastic experience. Extremely family friendly and a real resort experience.

More hotel club than the other sofitels that I could experience. Noisy at night because music and work day and night (building a large building next door). Small pool compared to the number of guests. Beach without interest. Cheap and expensive restaurants

I stayed here for 3 nights. The property was amazing and the staff were attentive and very professional. I would love to come back again!!!

Stunning! After 14hrs journey from Toronto, we were greeted with big smile from everyone woks at the resort, cold fresh orange juice and checked in early :). The apartment are fantastic, modern and the views couldn t get better. We where a family with 2 kids ( 5 yrs, 3yrs) couldn t be happier we choose this resort, multiple swimming pools, kids club, and shisha place for the grown ups :).

Excellent service from Arka in the main restaurant. Lovely meal.
