Brilliant holiday in an amazing part of the world, topped off by staying in a top class hotel.
Service from the hotel staff was the best I've had. They couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend hotel to anyone.

Customer waiting areas were not air conditioned, creating lot of discomfort!

What a beautiful place with an amazing team on staff. Quite literally once of the best places I have stayed in Dubai and the service is second to none. Treated my mum to a few nights here in the prestige suite - access to Compimentary club lounge, it was everything we hoped for and more.
Great location, amazing view, excellent facilities & restaurants. Lots of beautiful hotels on The Palm, I think the team here make a significant difference!
Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Certainly a great place for a family holiday.
I changed the rating to 4stars following a poor checkout experience.

Best place to stay in Dubai as a tourist and near to Atlantis

Unbelievably beautiful hotel. Clean, friendly and bloody great value for money. Wonderful location. Only spent 3 days here on a short stop over on way to the Orangutans sanctuary in Borneo, but will get back to this beautiful hotel next year for a longer stay. If you have been to Dubai before, or like me coming back after 30 years, it is a wonderful city. So much to see and do from the new stuff to what I remember all those years ago, the old Dubai.
This hotel is 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful hotel in a prime location on the outer frond of The Palm in Dubai.

We were able to get a very good deal for a few nights stay and I can happily report that the staff, rooms, food, beaches and facilities are all top notch.

Fantastic! I would definitely visit again.

From the reviews, I was expecting soo much more from this hotel. My husband and I stayed here during our last leg of our honeymoon, and could not be more disappointed.

First of all, I expected it to be much more romantic, quiet, and relaxing. If I wanted to be surrounded by screaming children 24/7, I would have stayed at Atlantis. Seriously, every single party was a family with children. There was nothing relaxing or quiet about this place.

The full board was a complete rip off. We had 3-5 items off of each restaurants menu to choose from that were under the full-board category (why not offer the full menu?? We ve paid for full board, not 1/4 of a menu to choose from...) Also, at the end of meals, we were CHARGED for water. So I m paying all this money for full board but water isn t included in that?

We had access to the premiere lounge, which definitely helped. However, every staff member was completely overwhelmed. At all times. They were all very kind but no doubt over-worked. When you are at a 5 star hotel, you ask for things and are served well. It got to the point I felt guilty asking for things because I could see how busy they were....NOT how a 5 star stay should feel.

There was no luxe or leisure to our stay, every staff member seemed to have WAY too much on their plate to provide the service a 5 star hotel requires. I am shocked this is a 5 star resort. Very sad at how much money we have paid for this stay.

OH, and to top it all off, we got bed bugs. I literally couldn t be more disappointed, the Sofitel was a huge letdown for us.

Very good hotel, hygiene measures were at the rendezvous during the first week of March, in no case did we feel in danger within the hotel notwithstanding the pandemic, customer satisfaction is the first concerns of the staff, strongly the resumption of the tourist activity to visit again this haven of peace.

Me and my friends stayed for 3D2N during Eid. As expected, the hotel was fully booked but despite the crowd, Manager Mickho assisted us efficiently upon check in. Also, the other staff Rio has been very helpful with our luggages and even told us the available amenities of the hotel. He also assistwd us during our checkout and the level of service remains superb! We had an enjoyable stay and rest assured that we will definitely come back.

nice grounds, comfortable modern room, but disgusting food and service spoil the experience. you can only dine in one restaurant, which must be booked in advance, about 70 euros per person for a dinner without alcohol, despite the fact that the quality of the dishes is below average ... breakfast consists of a choice of eggs or eggs. the products are also of poor quality, on the third day I no longer want to have breakfast. plus: each table / sunbed has a button to call the waiter. minus: you have to wait 1-1.5 hours to place an order and about the same to receive it. what is the point of these buttons is not clear.

Nice hotel, largely on the level of the best Sofitel. Very good welcome and small chocolates with the Accor Gold card, no upgrade by cons. The hotel is at the end of the palm tree so it takes 10 minutes by taxi to reach the marina or the metro. The beach bar is nice for a drink at night. The restaurant / bar prices are high as in all the hotel.

Comfortable stay, in relation to the room this was just right. Sizeable, good balcony, nice, neat, clean. Hotel stay cost I thought was reasonable considering this is the palm. The cost of food/ drinks was extortionate, I understand they have and all inclusive drinks package which might be a good option, I think the breakfast buffet was an absolute ripoff. I used the spa - this was lovely, nice ambience, professional staff, good service although a bit expensive! I didn't think the beach was that great considering it was the palm, crowded in places, constant disturbances, and crows ?!? Overall good experience

Amazing hotel to visit. Spend your holiday with family.

Full of resort feeling. Unlike the next Atlantis, there is less people coming in and out. As it is French-based, there are less Asians. There are many children.

Twice there ..... twice thrilled ..... great pool ...... great gastronomy .... beautiful large and exclusive rooms ..... mega service.

Beautiful hotel with 5 stars service. Hotel staff were professional and attended to our every need. Rooms were also 5 stars for being very clean and having extra towels available. We were greeted with fruits, dates, and chocolates in our room when we arrived. The hotel also had drivers and taxis readily available to travel around the city.

At the end of a wonderful vacation in Dubai, we spent 3 days relaxing in this resort.
The always smiling staff and their courtesy left us with a fantastic memory.
Nice to walk in the alleys that connect the entire resort, but also take advantage of a ride with the dune buggy.
Rooms / apartments really comfortable and clean.

Staff is proff and supportive, food is amazing and too many choices, special thanks to Hazem and to all member staff for their prompt service

Awesome hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. Great ambiance, great views, private beach, 6 pools, water sports, lots of restaurants!

Construction began with the Palm Jumeirah island in June 2001 and the developers announced handover of the first residential units in 2006.[5]



The complexities of the construction were blamed, in part, for the extended delays to the completion of the project, the date of which was pushed back multiple times and was nearly two years late.

We stayed here for two days and they were beyond perfect!! The room was super nice, very clean (suitable during COVID) , the pool and beach and of course the service and the staff were excellent!!! Mike by the pool/ Maui restaurant was very nice, friendly and helpful. As well as William at the concierge was so friendly and helpful !! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Favorite spot for shisha on the very cozy terrace outside. Very well done cocktails and side nibbles always. The carpaccio here has been good for the last 5 years.

Absolute one off the best hotels on the Palm. Not too big. Lots of swimming Pools and a beach. Many beachchairs at the beach and Pool. Always available the whole day. Free towels as many as you want. Different restaurants at the complex. A fine breakfast and free internet available. Good and friendly staff. You need transport to go anywhere.

Amazing superb best place our room 8102 is huge - hotel staff are so helpful and friendly - Sandeep has been great ensuring our missing suitcase were transported to us as soon as they arrived. 3 kids were satisfied with the pools and amenities. Our 25th wedding anniversary is this month and this surprise is top of the world from my hubby. We have 5 days left and I plan to enjoy - still here but had to review. We are coming back in summer - this is the best place I have ever stayed xxxxxxxx

The staff are very caring and always smiling. We enjoyed the meals, the free shuttle, the magnificent view. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. Nothing to say except that the stay was too short

Overall I had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi signal in my room was extremely weak and barely worked. I had to leave my room to be able to use it properly. Also I asked for a wake-up call at check-in but I did not get one.

Delicious meal at Porterhouse Bar and Grill. Extraordinary service. Unforgettable Caesed salad prepared at your table.

Very wonderful experience I wish to return housing in this resort the most wonderful where is characterized by the spaciousness of the place and the abnormal exuberance by all that I saw this resort was wonderful breakfast delicious and varied swimming area wonderful places children attention to detail details staff is able and keen to explain most of the places and comprehensive booking of rooms and places Available in the resort I advise everyone to experience a resort really worth visiting and there are no negatives except the high price somewhat to us and all the workers of this wonderful place and a happy stay for all

It's was an amazing experience. The view is beautiful and the environment is clean. Our front desk representative Mohammad was very helpful.

Excellent meat restaurant and chill hookah bar by the pool.

Everything spacious. Food good. Soft drinks excluded in half board and very expensive. Plenty of drinking water in the rooms and at breakfast.

Nice room, breakfast buffet was very good, however too crowded at the time we were there (around Easter holiday)
