A sample of excellent hospitality!
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels we stayed during our time in Dubai as a family! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff at midnight and we were upgraded to a family suite with over 70 sqm. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant crew specially very flexible and the entire restaurant crew and supervisor deserves a special thanks. Regarding the pool crew we appreciated the serious way of the pool watch concerning kids and adults. We had two great time here, which obviously also added up to the experience at all.
