A hotel with the best views of Cairo, and the hotel has Al-Kababji restaurant, one of the best grilled restaurants in Cairo, and the restaurant has a wonderful view
But the walls of the rooms are made of gypsum board and are not soundproofing, and you understand the rest
This is in addition to the poor furniture in the rooms
And the high price that is incomparable to the service

The reception is very gorgeous and the service by the staff is immortal and immortal

The hotel is beautiful .. my reservation was two rooms via booking and in the entrance it was changed to a sweet two rooms with a slight price difference..who is wrong with the hotel only entry and exit from it crowded because it is located on the island..the bed is comfortable..the breakfast is good small place only

The front desk staff are very friendly and make the check in experience a breeze! But the overall customer service - wait staff, room service - were sooooo slow and unresponsive that it made me frustrated throughout my entire stay!!!

The rooms are clean but basic, and the view of the Nile makes up for the overall shortcomings in the hotel itself.

The Infinity pool is super relaxing, but the bar staff are unfamiliar with alcoholic beverages so expect to get cold, refrigerated red wine!

Overall, I d still come back because the location is so central and close to anything you d want to visit (the pyramids, museums, the Greek Campus)...Just be prepared to eat at surrounding restaurants for great food and snacks.

I hate this hotel with all my life. This is THE WORST hotel experience I ve ever had, it s the biggest disappointment to be here on my honeymoon. They have a casino you can t play at, because it only takes USD, and after withdrawing thousands of pounds to play there, only to find out there is no way to exchange the currency ANYWHERE in the hotel. Not at the casino, not in an ATM, not at the desk. The casino receptionist was rude and scoffed when she read that our passports were American. I guess they just don t want American playing there. Additionally, they ve been telling me for days they would get tampons at the hotel boutique, but it s just typical run-around. The first day they didn t even have pads. So I started my period at this hotel and there was nothing to be done but provide me a tissue box after several phone calls and over an hour wait. I don t recommend this hotel to any American, or especially anyone planning to bring an American woman. It s not ideal.

Its just the second day . I would like to express my happiness and confortable with the whole staff especially the resturant staff by the breakfast .
First the welcoming is amazing , everybody comes to welcome you as they know you for a longtime . Mr.Magdi and Hayam , the smile cant leave their face .
The Buffet is amazing , in fact its the best as i am travelling alot so i know what is the best

- Breakfast is a 3.5 (good selection but not great quality with some foods),
- Customer service is 5,
- Concierge is a 3.5 (poor English depending on who is at the desk at the time and because of this not informative of the local area and things to do but friendly and willing),
- Limousine services is a 3.5 (low class cars with a price 4 times higher than local.taxis)
- Food (Restaurants) 4 out of 5, a number of restaurants on site including a Moroccan by the Nile, an Indian with a Nile facing terrace. The food is good quality, the mango falouda from the manipuri restaurant is the best I've ever eaten. There are plenty of tables right next to the Nile which adds great value.
