The hotel is very nice and the view is more than wonderful , The Public Relations Officer Hiam was very nice and took care of the hotel guests all and the waiter mohammed was very energetic and had a nice breakfast.

The hotel is distinguished by its direct views of the Nile, unlike other outdoor sessions on the Nile, very beautiful, its Moroccan restaurants, Lamadlin and Kababji are wonderful
Reception staff are generally respectful of morals
But the hotel has old furniture, and the rooms are not clean. Cups and spoons are dirty once and room services. If you ask them for everything that is impossible, they care. Normal, I look and return the cups and their dirt as they are. They just clean surface cleaning, cello towels and look!
The lack of privacy in the private balcony pushed more because of it, but unfortunately we cannot rest in it
