Excellent restaurant at Kebabgy and great choice of food, their bread and shisha is wonderful with a nice view on the nile.
Their stuff including Mrs. Hayam and Amal and Mr. Tamer and Fahed and Mahmood were top elite in their hospitality!

The location is Nile and the atmosphere is cool and everything is luxurious and helpful .

Liked this place at first but realized that they have very sneaky pricing tactics and discriminate against Western tourists. We had our menu changed 2 days after check-in with triple the prices as before. No one mentioned a thing about the new prices.... i dont care about the money but the principle of the matter. They should let us know if prices are more than doubling instead of sneakly switching our menu inside our room and not mentioning a thing. I confronted management about this but got shut down by an arrogant manager. They told me a tall tale about the government increasing prices and therefore they needed to update the menu prices.... sounded like a bunch of bs. Nice resort but sneaky management

The Moroccan restaurant is ques, the food is sweet and the service is beautiful. And the names and the laches are not short

Casa Maya is a restaurant located inside the hotel expressly, sweet and upscale tricks and eating varied tricks that satisfy all tastes and staples tricks direct customer tricks and frankly this is the most important thing that attracts my attention in any restaurant I give them 9 of 10 but its simple problem is that grilling is not attractive

The restaurant is Kababji, the lunch is excellent, the music is very beautiful, the service is excellent, its sitting on the Nile, and the sun is beautiful. I like to thank all workers, especially the names for the reception and Nasser for the service.

Food in the many restaurants good. Service bad, if you do not speak Arabic or come from Arab states, you will hardly be noticed and must call the service. Cleanliness in the room for a 5 * hotel not particularly.

Staying in this hotel was amazing experience starting with the room service to take breakfast in case mia which have a person name shif salah who give me speachial amazing prepared breakfast after we came late thanks to him don't miss fool salah also captain Ahmad he respected person and very helpful .alsooo the Nile view OMG.
Every one her friendly and you will feel like home but different with luxury service .special thankful too sweetheart hayam.i will extent my stay to take all of fun.
