This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Don t be fooled by the photos. The rooms are outdated and not properly cleaned. When we checked into Our room The windows had hand prints on it. The floors weren t vacuumed. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains on it. The shower had mold around the bottom. We went to the hotel pool and the staff is not friendly I ordered a glass of wine and the glass was filthy. We had such a bad experience we had to check out the next day and we made the reservation for 4 days. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

In Kababji, the lunch service is excellent. The food is very good.

very disappointed with the service here specially the receptionists they were so not welcoming, didn t have a smile what so ever and were not helpful at all. This is so weird as this is an international 5 stars hotel that should have the best hospitality and service. I recommend introducing them to some sort of courses in how to deal with customers and how to be welcoming and helpful.
Not to forget the hotel has the best facilities, loved the atmosphere and the overall place is amazing from the view to the rooms and restaurants which are of so many varieties and tastes.

The restaurant is very good and the service is excellent.

As for the five-star service, the view and the hotel's location. Breakfast is also five stars and is very good.
As for the toilets, they are very old and do not have a bidet.
The room furniture is very old, worn out and needs to be renovated.

I was very happy especially the warm warm staff hiba doaa and habiba and the maestro Youssef.

From entering the place where the seating and tables are all sterile, honestly, the cleanliness of the service and their service forces you to return to the place again. Very hotel.. Needs new design and it will be the best in cairo... The staff members are very friendly... It needa a push as i said... The gym is old... Entrance is not that new... It needs a lot... Parking is very very small... You have to give them your car key...the hour is for 50 LE.. Maximum 250LE which is 5 hrs... So if yoy dunn want to pay alot go with a taxi and save your money... The location is perfect

Today in the Moroccan restaurant the welcomeing was excellent from The host shaimaa / the food is very tasty and delicious, and the sitting on the banks of the Nile is wonderful ,,,, I would like to talk about the ideal director ( Elias ) he was working to satisfy him all the time to be really happy that he is a friendly, fun and decent person to deal with the guest service from the heart ,,, really thank you Elias for making us love the place and I will always go to it and I will tell all my friends about this wonderful restaurant
