A beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the city of Cairo. Excellent service and sophisticated treatment. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but need renovation. The swimming pool for the Ivy is consumed by the guests. In addition to the members who are not guests .. A comfortable hotel I would recommend

I visited this hotel to have a dinner at a Marocco restaurant and everything was great. A littlw bit expensive but we had a lice show that night from local artists. Ungorgettable experience.

The breakfast was varied and very tasty. I liked the way the places of food were arranged, so that the baked ones were in the hand and the fattened bread was in one hand and the breakfast was in the other, because of what was becoming contention. The workers in the place are very kind and respectful, without exception, especially Majdi and Sara, Marin and Hiam are all taste.

First of all I would like to talk about the first impression i made about the kebabgy restaurant , when i come i had a problem with the hostess she tell to me no place available i tell to her how come you don t have places for only two person really she is very poor hostess because she not tell to me can you wait until i get free table. Really very bad attitude , very bad hospitality,, I saw another lady she s her name shimaa she tell to me wait iwill give you any drink first because you fasting, after she give the drink she tell to me iam so sorry for this mistake, can you wait until i get free table , shimaa she is one of best lady and also the world most hotels she had perfect attitude , special hospitality , very helpfull , and friendly, i hope a lot like of her

Best location on nile in Cairo and outstanding hospitality

My visit to the Moroccan restaurant frankly above the excellent and there is an employee named Wafa treated very sophisticated and generous

Sofitel in Gezira is a great hotel at a beautiful location directly at the Nile bank. A great variety of restaurants and cuisines with an amazing terrace over the Nile. We were most delighted from the very high diversity of the breakfast buffet and especially of the extreme helpful and polite service of the whole personnel. Mohamed was always there with bright smile and useful tips as well as Hayam for our many questions on Kairo. Our personal insider tip after an intensive tour of the city is to let be pampered from the two afternoon waiters of the lounge "window on the Nile" with small Egyptian appetizers and well prepared drinks. We felt like at home and we will definitely come back to Cairo and it's Sofitel
