The Moroccan restaurant is everything excellent, from service to vacationing and reception. Once crazy, thanks from Mirna. Worthy of the visit. Thanks to the entire crew of the island, but the prices are exaggerated. The price of the waterpipe 320 on the Nile is very exaggerated. Please reconsider.

My experience in Sofitel was great during my stay from 3/6/2019. The main restaurant was great food wise and service wise. The hosting was excellent and very friendly from the side of Miss Hayam and Mr. Kamel. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Cairo to book in Sofitel and definetely recommend it to all Egyptians.

I have booked and paid the reservation via a travel agency, and they asked me to pay again at checkin. I refused of course and they were supposed to let me know if there was an issue. After 4 nights, at the checkout they are asking for me to pay again. I was about to miss my flight so I prepaid whatever they wanted me to do.

Also the room was below my expectations, furnitures are rather dated.

Found a used tooth brush in the bathroom (which nicely joined mine in the glass the day after). Sheets were perforated (most likely due to cigarettes) and dressing wasn t closing properly and therefor I had the pleasure to enjoy dressings light during the night.

Most of the time when you happen to cross someone from the hotel they get don t say a word and you better move out of their way.

I lost my bracelet there and didn t get much help, beside a 10s phone call.

A little bit more focus on the client would be awesome.
