From the point of view the location is beautiful; But the beauty of the place distorted the staff: in the check that there is no speed in the procedures; the employee called Haneen is uncooperative and glorified in answering any questions; The interior fridge is out of order. You can imagine from 2 pm until 9 pm and all the calls made from the room did not work. Except after going down and looking for the manager, and after urging, the room was changed, especially since I had his manners and needed a refrigerator. I was a guest at this fantastic location for a lucky 3-months on a company job. During my entire stay, the staff was exceptionally professional and catered to our every need which included outside-of-hotel activities and liaisons.
The location is magnificent with a spectacular view of Cairo and the pyramids on the background. A multitude of exquisite restaurants abound in the island and all within a conservative walk if you want to venture to the opposite side on foot; although I would recommend a cab.
All in all, the hotel is great but the staff made it fantastic.
