Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah Reviews

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. After traveling the world and staying at more than a hundred hotels I rate this at the top. The room was a good size, the bed large and comfortable, views looking straight down the Nile river and the Pyramids in the distance. Staff are very helpful, extremely accommodating and professional. This hotel made our stay in Cairo really enjoyable and i highly recommend staying here.

In Kababji at dinner, the sessions on the Nile were excellent, the service was prompt, and the reception was from Jacqueline Jameel Ketiheer, Bouchoucha and Moustafa, and the barbecue was much fresh and delicious.

The hotel is in a very wonderful location and the rooms overlook the Nile. Fabulous service. The spa is one of the finest spa places in Cairo.
I do not recommend staying in the hotel because the hotel has a big problem with the air conditioning. It only works on the fan and there is no cold. We ask for maintenance daily and sometimes twice a day, but there is no life for those who call all rooms in the same problem.
One of the excellent things in the hotel is the presence of a Moroccan, Italian, French and Egyptian restaurant, which allows you to have more options in eating
