Haven't been in a while we decide to go on our week off of work.. They offered us two night's free.. Was very excited and well worth it.. Food always great . staff very friendly and helpful.
My favorite part was and always is the hot tub. My mini vaca away . Wanna give a big thanks to staff and employees.. Thanks

If you see a concert and have general admission tickets be sure to bring a blanket, and cushion to sit on.

I had a great time. Have not visited the place coz I was on vacation. It will be nice if they let the people win once in awhile. Nice place , relaxing and lots of fun.

Slots are tight since the remodel. They have very bad slit attendants unless your a senior citizen i would t go to this place they actually cater to ripping off our elderly family members so they are broke stuck on a fixed income of coarse you would prey on them

Under the current circumstances, management and staff does an excellent job. It was our 46th Anniversary today and we haven't gotten out much since the virus locked us down. We had a good time and appreciate you all in keeping everyone as safe as possible... Thanks

The room was nice and clean. Casino floor lay out was roomy.

The rooms are spacious and most offer excellent views. Guess services is awesome, but don't expect coffee.

Went here for our honeymoon, what an awful experience! There was a group of teenagers staying next door and they were screaming and banging on their door in the hallway at 2 am, then went in their room and continued screaming and jumping around, called the front desk and called security and after security got ahold of them they walked by our door making threatening gestures, I called back to the front desk and the supervisor said she's have a talk with them. Then when trying to fall asleep there were a couple of drunk guys yelling and throwing up in the hallway... Was stressed out the entire time, woke up at 7 am from the sound of everyone leaving their rooms, room service came knocking on all the doors at 9am, the walls are so thin here you can here people's conversations through them, you can hear everyone around you toilet flush, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were so thick and hard that we couldn't use them. Paid over $300 a night for this room for our honeymoon and I'm very displeased with it! Will not ever be wasting our money again at this hotel!!

Out door venue was good but the place stinks like cigarettes inside and out

I have a serious issue with the discontinuance of the incentive program. As a frequent weekly visitor to the casino I use to receive $20.00 a week in players money. Then sadley, it was reduced to $10.00 a week. Now since my return to Michigan I find that there is no longer an incentive to visit Soaring Eagle Casino.

The Little River casino stills offers the incentive program in the amount of $30.00. Please take a note that you have lost a weekly visitor at your Casino and I assure you that word of mouth will also take other players from your casino.

Wait till all you can eat seafood buffet and enjoyed the crab as well as the dessert selection

Not a bad venue to load in, parking lot is only big enough for one day's worth of trucks at a time. Great catering!

Was fun, won a few Royal Matches. All good except the Anchor Restaurant. Quality counts.

Casino is reasonably priced, hotel rooms are nice everything is clean

The casino is always fun, rooms were clean. Pool & outdoor spa always relaxing during adult hours. If you haven't visited yet, it's a must.

I was at the resort for a driver's education conference. The facilities were gorgeous and the refreshments provided were delicious.

It was very fun being on the main floor gambling. I didn't win but it was still fun. The hotel lobby is also very great

We enjoyed the concert, traffic leaving was slow from the lot on the Easter side of the casino a turning lane at the corner would work better.

We ate dinner at Isabella's, our table was ready at the time we reservedit, the food was good and the server was friendly. After dinner we ventured out into the casino to try our luck and had no luck! Overall we enjoyed our night and will return in the future.

The concert venue was fun but I was expecting it to be an Amphitheater

Beware! I was unfairly targeted for not wearing a mask because I had it pulled down while having a drink that I purchased at the casino while people all around me didnt even have a mask in thier possession! The head of security Rory targeted me and even remembered me from 2 weeks prior then when I said I would file a complaint he laughed and said good luck because he was the end all be all for security. BEWARE!!

My main complaint about the venue is that there is a huge bottleneck as everyone is leaving, due to trying to fit a thousand people through one door. This feels like it's going to end in a stampede someday.

It's an alright place, as far as casino's go, I'm just not really into casinos and gambling doesn't really interest me in the slightest.

Didn't stay the night but went for 4-5 hours and lost 400 but had a great time

The Security is rude and if you find a dollar on there floor in quarters they will harassment to give it back. The blackjack dealers are really rude and they figure out ways to cheat people at the game there is nothing you can do about it. I lost $40 at the Blackjack tables only when I realized it was rigged when people will losing $100 of dollars in minutes, and I lost it in about 40 minutes. On there Social Media page they only show people winning $ to make people believe that anyone can win. That's not the case. These so called Indians (liberal lazy Jews love to steal money form old people).

I didn't like it didn't get to play the slots and win money.

A beautiful facility with some good food, entertainment, and a very nice atmosphere.

Staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was decent sized with a fridge and large king bed. The property could use some updating as it is getting a little older but everything was still in decent shape and clean. Beds were pretty comfy. Overall a very good stay!

We stayed in a king, smoking room. Rooms were clean and the service was good.

4 as a hotel because in all their rooms they implement these long pillows that refuse to be folded so giving us 2 terrible nights of spotty sleep. Other than that nuisance this place is the bomb. Good array of slots covering quite a large area, active tables and helpful floor personnel. Always have a mix of bad and good luck, so can't blame the game, know when to leave. Pillows suck! Front desk ppl agreed! Bring your own.

I liked this place. It was clean and i felt safe walking to and from my car.

Drinks are over priced. Concert hall needs another bar and or servers

Not happy, normally I get a free room when in slots tournament, but when I made my reservation for the tournament they had no free rooms. My tire blew out on the way here which put me in the a later tournament and then they kept stalling about what place I was in. So I eventually had to rest in my car where it was cold till it got light. My husband and I stay at the casino at least once a month or so and this was very disappointing.

what I went to see, I loved it, but where people were gambling and smoking, it was awful

It's a casino. It has decent room accommodations, the dining is not something I'd pay for, but since you're more likely to pay in comps, it makes sense for it to be too expensive for such middling quality.

Your staff are very helpful and friendly. I only wish your slot machines were more winner friendly. I am afraid I will not be able to come again for along time. You want people to come to your casino but your machines don't pay out enough to enjoy our time at your place of business.

Ok not for the drive outdated compared to firekeepers

We visited Soaring Eagle outdoor event venue for the Shinedown & Godsmack concert. We've been to this venue on numerous occasions. We always purchase VIP passes, which usually has an added benefit of separate drink tents and merchandise tents. This time, they only offered General Admission merch tent, so the lines were awful. Only complaint that I would have about this event.

The No Smoking section of the casino has no ash trays. That is it!! It stinks like cigarette smoke just as bad as everywhere else!! I don't want to breath that crap!! Or stink like it when I leave.

How do you make a nonsmoking section with no divider from the smokers????
