I like some things but overall, the place smells like cigarettes everywhere you go. I hate that. The food is marginal at best. Breakfast is the best thing. Lunch in the lounge is average at best even for bar food. But the place is riuned by the cigarette smoking.
Always have enjoyed staying here! Rooms are clean and staff great!

Always clean and very friendly staff. This time we left with more than we brought. I like that very much.
Overall this Casino is pretty great. I won money so that's always a plus. The players club desk could be a tad faster. The bathrooms were clean and I loved the Pepsi Spire Machine.
Casino was very smoky, there is a non smoking section which is pointless, the entire place smells of smoke ! Went for a show, the auditorium was clean, enjoyed a great show.
So smokey... has nobody let them know that it's illegal to smoke inside anymore? (Former smoker) ick!
Went to Dinner at the Ascends Bar food was very cold, been their twice bad both times. Will not go back.
Fun place if you're a gambler. Highly suggest the Ascend club in back of casino. Night club atmosphere.
I like visiting casinos, but I don't like smelling like a pack of cigarettes when I leave there.
They hospitality was not good.... The entrance was so sloppy with chairs everywhere.... And my card was incorrect and you head to take a piece of paper to have lunch instead of it being on your card??? Lousy atmosphere!!! No one in our group barely won anything!!! I will not go back here again!!!!
Buffet on Friday night had prime rib and shrimp, was pretty good. Very juicy and tender and good serving size. Casino is hit or miss, just like any casino, you win some and lose some. Last night was awful, but I've done good there was well...its rare, but possible.
22 years, I've never won beyond 20-30 dollars. This casino sucks.
Way too much smoke. Ventilation system needs to be updated. But still great venue for shows.
Didn't care for the smoke, which was strong even in non- smoking areas. Staff were polite. Rooms were clean and had small fridge, which was great. Did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.
A lot of game choices and the VC slots seem to be a little easier win on them
We look forward to our upcoming trip. We have stayed in the past. We always have a great time.
One small issue, adding on packages and they charged the card multiple times, g/f called they are correcting.
Will post a follow up after our trip, overall this is a wonderful place to stay.
I loved the casino the slots place across the road not so much but I did play a long time for 100 bucks.

Nice facilities but if you don t smoke I d advise going elsewhere. It used to be there was a small smoking area and the whole casino didn t stink but they ve changed it and now there is a small non smoking area all the way in the back so you have to pass all the way through the rest of the casino
If the casino is able to enhance the hotel, then their should be more payouts to the patrons that frequent it people will stop coming.
Lovely place. Great set up and the concert space was greatly spaced out. Only negative was the smell of smoke.
Huge location. Smoking allowed on main floor. We went for a NYE party. It was alright...limited bar, the DJ was similar to that of a high school dance lol. Security however was excellent. Very helpful and watchful allowing for things to run smoothly.
we live this place, but this time the pool area was a disaster with cups all over, towel on the ground everywhere, outdoor hot tub had kids jumping in it throwing smoq in it, water temperature was cool not even hot, it should be supervised when there are to many kids like this or someone cleaving up. there was no one at desk when we left or I was going to complain about this.
We had a very good time at the casino. Not over night guests

The only thing that would make me consider not rating this a five star, would be the people pushing beer carts around. They are extremely loud, and have no consideration for the patrons. My ears literally got screamed in at least 4 times.
Hotel, casino and resturant was extremely clean. The slot machines were beyond generous my entire stay and I noticed many other other patrons were continously winning as well!!! Keep soaring high Soaring Eagle your doing a great job :)
Always pretty busy, but the buffet and Legends have great food.
The Joan Jett concert was amazing! I really like how the concerts are set up.
The casino is always pleasent and the staff is nice, food is great, and even thought you can smoke in it the ventilation is great

The air quality at the Soaring Eagle Casino is horrible. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. The Casino makes you feel like your walking through an ash tray, when you get home your clothing stinks from cigarette smoke.
It s sad the Casino does not respect it customers and employees enough to make the Soaring Eagle Casino Smoke Free!
I can t imagine how many employees and customers have gotten sick from the overwhelming cigarette smoke at this casino.
After a late lunch in the Cafe, food was good of course. We did a little gaming. Non Smoking Area was under construction and machines had been moved all over the place. Had a very hard time finding pur favorite machines.
Best casino to go to when you want to do more then gamble! Or if you want to do just that it has a amazing variety of machines and games to play!
Spent some time with my daughters on an over night. Had a wonderful time. Food was great and can't wait to do it again.

The gift shop had some lovely things. We had a good time. A had a couple machines that gave some play but for the most part the slots were money in and money gone. I don't have to walk out rich but I like to have a few machines that let me sit there for a while without feeding it like a fat man at a buffet.
Clean room, great employees, buffet wasn't the best. Didn't try the other food courts. Everyone raved slice pizza.
I appreciate them and all the hard work they put into creating such an amazing time for any age. Prices on out door alcohol should not be over $6 a drink and bottle water $1. Beach balls are awesome!!! Stop popping them! Live, laugh, and love always!
Fun, but the day that I visited was very very busy and not very many machines were open. Besides that I enjoy this casino the best out of any other Casino I visited in Michigan
it is a nice place for adults to let there kids play at the waterpark part of the reserve and have the casino down the road a little ways. The actual casino has a very nice entrence with marbal flooring and great restrants
It's a nice casino but looses 2 stars because it's way too smokey in there. They need better ventilation to keep the smoke levels down.
The food in the sit down cafe was the worst food ever. The fish was nasty. It tasted like cardboard and looked like it too. It wasn't even busy and it took our server 15 min to come to our table. And I had to ask 3 times for condiments. Makes me wonder about other restaurants in this casino.
Overall it was great the water park eas great the food was great the rooms where ok but it was nice the ony complaint was the lack of people watching their children

there complimentary coffee tasted like water and it will have u going to bathroom before u even finish cup,and this will be a #2 emergency! and Legends diner will have u do the same with there breakfast menu at there restaurant! other wise the casino and main entrance is a very beautiful establishment and the people are help ful.But having 20 to 40 security guards eye hawking you all night cause im not from here is quite annoying! and this was Thursday night,there was more SECURITY guards than people ,didnt really understand that?
Outdoor concerts are always a great place to hang out and do a little gambling after!

Nice place to hang out for awhile. Good beer specials on Mondays and Wednesdays. Usually just hang out at the bar while my wife plays bingo or slots.
Had a wonderful night out of town pool was great gambling was great drinking at the bar hanging out with friends all the great time you give it 5 stars for sure
