Good rooms good food but slot machines are EXTREMELY TIGHT. Been there alot in the past but wont go there anymore to play never win anymore.

In 25 years of going there steadily. Never even a snall jackpot...25 years. The place just takes all the fun out attending when you go with a decent amount of money and lose in a shory of time. Im talking thousands if dollars overthe years. So....im done and you should be....it SUCKS

The casino puts on great shows, and has several options for food and drinks

What new slot machines they had were almost always completely full, apparently with individuals intent on playing only that machine. The food service was also painfully sluggish on bringing the food, which was lukewarm at best, and bill. As gambling and drinking are of course the main goal, we were not disappointed overall.

Aurora Buffett was excellent. The desserts were great.

I felt comfortable and confident walking in. The staff was very helpful to a first time gambler like myself, taking plenty of time to help me understand how to use the rewards program and any other questions, big and small. The game purveyor, Anthony, helped me along with another player to understand the rules quickly at a roulette table on Saturday, late morning. I will return soon for an overnight and some more time to spend getting to know my favorite games, and maybe playing some Leno while saddled up to the bar over video poker. Good times!

Went there for a large outdoor concert. The venue was amazing and the sound was great. The only issue I saw was drink lines seemed unorganized and took forever.

Nice casino, slots do actually pay. My kids loved it here

Great casino experience, easy to understand player's card features with transparency on offers, fun mix of slot machines. The deluxe rooms are worth the stay. Taking advantage of their packages can also save you if you plan to gamble.

Most of the restaurants have specials throughout the week. Just have to get the AP to see them.

My husband I go here every year for our anniversary, always have a wonderful experience. Everything is very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful food.

4 of us went and all left with money. Great food at aurora too. Will definitely be back. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful casino, very clean. Slot payout could be better. Fun place to take your family member for an 18th birthday. They can gamble here, unlike the Detroit casinos, because it's on tribal land.

Was there for a pool tournament and plan to revisit for a weekend soon. Very nice casino.

Gift shop is terrible now. Too hoity toity now and grossly overpriced. Machines are getting pretty pricey too.

Great place for a concert. Getting in and out was ridiculous. For as many years as there has been concerts and entertainment there, I can't believe it is such a cluster. I understand there are a lot of people, but to have to pass the road that the casino is on, get in the left lane to turn around, cut across 2 lanes of traffic is stupid. It is very dangerous. There has to be another way.

It's ok....it is just always to smoky. I wish there was a completely smoke free casino. The facility was clean, workers are friendly and helpful. Played for an hour and had to leave to get fresh air!!

My husband and I came here for a show. I have no words for how horribly managed this venue is. We arrived at 4:45 for a show that opened at 5, and started at 6. There were lines at all the entrances of the theater so far back, you could not see the ends. No big deal. We decided to sit and wait until the lines went down, but at 5:45, the lines were just as bad as they had been an hour before. We finally made it to our seats at 6:15. Much to my dismay, the seats were not theater seats, and were just a bunch of (admittedly well padded) regular chairs. As is the bain of my existence, I'm 5'2" and two hulking dudes were sitting directly in front of me. Since the seats were not raised, I could not see. The show itself was great, at least the parts I could get a good look at. And then, the came the chaotic mass exodus. Clearly there is even less of a plan for getting people to exit in an orderly and timely fashion than there was for them to enter. Complete cluster. I would be thoroughly embarrassed if this were my venue. In closing, this venue stinks! Literally, everyone smokes, which I completely accept, acknowledge and realized before going, but it's nonetheless disgusting, and did nothing but make an already frustrating experience worse. I solemnly vow to never return. Positives: Parking was convenient. That is all.

I always love going to the Soaring Eagle. Even though I don't gamble they have much more to offer.

I have always enjoyed myself when I have visited this casino. With any casino you win some you lose some. The only issue I have with the casino is they don't see to get many of the newer slot machines. Other then that table games are fun and they have a nice poker room as well.

Bought expensive concert tickets and they didn't let any one in until band started and ended up missing 4 songs.doubt I will ever watch a show there again.

Beautiful on the inside. Very clean. Restrooms were nice and clean also. Not tight and confined at the gaming areas. Plenty of table games also. The bars are open but there is still no self serve drinks due to Covid. That is ok seeing how they had an employee staged at a drink station in the center of the gaming area for coffee and soft drinks. I seriously want to spend a weekend there at the attached hotel. Can't wait to go back.

Huge smoke pit, I hate it every time I come I forget they allow people to smoke in casinos. They were supposed to be opening a smoke free wing?

Ok, if dated hotel. I'm not a gambler, I was there for a conference, so it was hard to overlook the mediocre food and cigarette smoke.

We went to Soaring Eagle on Saturday to celebrate a friends birthday. We were only there a couple of hours but had a nice time. My husband had a couple of drinks as did our friends and they never had to wait longer than a minute or two at any of the bars or carts walking around. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This place is huge! And was a great place to wait out the rain on our motorcycle trip. Garage parking was free and a blessing. The play was fun, and kept us entertained. The coffee and soda was free and very appreciated. Can't wait to return and try my luck again!

Had a great time at a con that they were hosting, layout was good was able to check out everything there and walk around in the casino afterwards.

Very depressing place, so many slot machines everyone looks like zombies. Didn't hear many pay out. Hotel rooms are subpar had to get house cleaning to give fresh sheet as mine were dirty when I arrived, wall are thin nothing special about this place at all just overpriced novelty.

The casino was very nice. Don't use the kids game room the cost was expensive for the amount of games.

Went on a Monday afternoon with friends to gamble. Not lucky at all this trip. Better luck next time!

Very nice casino with an excellent buffet. Rooms were clean and cozy. Best casino around.

Since I've been going there some 30 years ago Soaring Eagle is always taking care of me and my wife. We've always had a good time.

2 for Tuesday at the firefly buffet are awesome! Food is always great, and so is the service!

Outdoor venue was clean and easy to get to. Very nice size for seeing live music.

I would rate the hotel 4 star and the casino 2.5 star. I dont smoke and the no smoking section is clear in the back. Not a great plan chief
I have won some money here too which is fun but as we all know better plan on losing and calling it entertainment

It was a great experience. Casino had games I had seen before. Hotel was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Clean, good tables. Had a $5 caps table at 10pm on a Saturday. Not too smoky. Would go again.

It was awful. You can not win anything or even play for a min. Your done the minute you walk in the door. They don't give you anything just take away.

ALTHOUGH I'VE GAMBLED AT THIS RESORT MANY TIMES, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER WENT THERE FOR A SHOW. THE CONCERT WAS ABSOLUTELY OVER THE TOP! WE WERE WAY UP FRONT TO ENTER THE SHOW. WE GOT OUR WRISTBANDS AND THEN WITH THE HELP OF SOME SECURITY PERSONNEL WE WALKED UP TO THE FRONT ROW AND WE SAT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE! WE GOT BACK STAGE PASSES AND HAD OUR PICTURES TAKEN WITH THE STAR OF THE SHOW! NOW, I CAN SAY THAT THE LODGING, THE GAMBLING AND THE SHOWS AT SOARING EAGLE CASINO AND RESORT ARE ALL AS GOOD AS I'VE PERSONALLY SEEN IN LAS VEGAS!!

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the spa was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the $30 in taxes and fees. I booked a room for $209 and ended up spending $239. Maybe I don't stay at hotels often enough but that fee was surprising!

Surprised they still allow smoking but overall o.k.

Machines are super tight. Worse than the Detroit ones. Food is good. Good access to beverages..

Had a great time. The casino was busy but there was a slew of games to play and both me and my wife won a couple bucks. Had a few drinks at the bar and had great service and the drinks are fairly priced.

Beyond wonderful Casino to visit. Wide variety of things to do from gambling to swimming, spa, food - sweets, kids room with daycare and spacy super clean rooms. This place will take care of your every need! Attentive staff, always remodeling section after section to stay current with style and comfort.

I frequent Soaring Eagle although recently I attended a event called Mediterranean Eats & Beats - swept off my feet, completely blown away by the amazing, stunning quality of each individual aspect of the event. Refreshed high standard food, relaxing atmosphere, a truly outstanding business to host, stay, kick back and enjoy yourself.

To note every time I visit this establishment staff walks the ground and makes positive things are done right. Within my photos you will find me and Tabitha, she kindly visited us at the end of our event making sure all expectations of Soaring Eagle are met to your needs.

It's a fun, clean gambling experience. The food is great, and they offer many types of entertainment (I.e. concerts, stand up performances, etc.)

Everything is over priced. Do yourself a favor. Stay and eat someplace else and only gamble here!

I purchased tickets to the beer brats and burgers event on July 20th as a surprise for my mother for her 60th birthday to see her favorite artist Eddie Money. I found out on my own today that he will not be performing. It would have been nice to get an email so we did not drive all that way just too be disappointed. I understand things happen but a simple email or announcement on their website that things have changed would have been nice. Now I have less than 3 weeks to figure something else out.

The casino was nice but the food was not good at all the rooms wasn't all that the refrigerator in the room do not get cold will our don't and that was in room 4091 I have to say overall I have to give it a 3
