Always a nice getaway to relax or little excitement,like any place gonna get the good with bad

Just played slot games. Players club lady was very nice and helpful. (employee of the month)

Casino has had a face lift since the last time I was there. It's got a nice atmosphere and plenty of slots and tables to donate your money. ATM is a guaranteed winner.

Had a wonderful time when I was there and was very exciting for me, because it was my first time ever in a Casino !!

They were GOOD to a Vet! Moved us into a fireplace/Jacuzzi room at no extra charge. Most staff are great (one or two are really awful). The considerate ones know what customer service is all about..and get tipped accordingly!

The hotel is a great place to stay for all ages, nice swimming pool, hot tubs inside & outside. Theres kid game room there & a daycare also & then the casinos game floor for adults. Theres a few places to eat there with good food. We always have a blast there. down the road from the casino theres the soaring eagle water park hotel which is fun for all ages & you can also just buy wristbands for the day for the water park instead of getting a room. They have buses that go from the water park hotel to all the casinos. The main casino also has a non-smoking section for people who dont smoke & dont want to be around everyone smoking.

Casino was clean and bright, good atmosphere, felt safe, lots of security and they didn't seem to look over people.

The casino isn't to bad. We had a good lunch when we where there. My only concern was the casino allows smoking. Not my cup of tea. Good luck.

Overall the place was extremely nice. The only problem with it I had was the smokiness of the air, but that was to be expected.

They didn't even give us a food voucher.always did before..long ways to drive when they were tight and didn't feed us.

The rooms are great, the food is fantastic and the people are friendly. We also get to visit the money we left behind each time, ha ha.

Lost money....Hotel room walls are thin you could hear everyone that passed by at night. Room was comfortable and nice beds.

Workers aren't very friendly to you and the food isn't that good

I just visited the Soaring Eagle for the first time. It seems like a great place to have fun. I attended a concert here. I had a fantastic experience.

One of the best casinos I've been to. Lots of things to do for all ages. Arcade is fun for the littles and gambling floor is pretty fair with payouts.

Never enough tables open. Had to wait for a table while half were closed.

Winning! I have been going to Soaring Eagle for about 2 years now, and I always have a good time. I do not always win. When I do win, it's a good win. You can't win every time, but it is a good place to gamble. I would give the casino 5 stars but the food has gotten worse recently. Friendly staff, and a safe environment..better than Las Vegas for sure.

Fun place a mix of crowd ,just be aware the it is speed traps in the way out so make sure you don't drink and drive ,cops here have no tolerance and would write you a ticket I got two tickets for going 5 to 10 over to times in the roll so I'm done going there

Five Finger Death Punch outside concert. Great sound, great performance.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The waterpark is cool because its small enough to sit down at a table and watch your kids play. There's 2 big slides that are very fun and young kid friendly. A big hot tub, pool, arcade, sauna, steam room, THE arcade is small but great prizes when you redeem your tickets. The restaruant has amazing food. Definitely a good vaca for a small family who has young kids. There's also a shutter bus who takes you right to the casino. & the casino has something called kid quest there babysitters while you gamble. Trained professional's. Theres a cost though of corse. 5 stars

Love visiting the casino, fun games and decent staff. The only thing I don t like is that the security can be pretty rude at times and ruins the experience.

Concert venue was awesome. I appreciate soaring eagle ability to draw in a variety of big name acts.

They've went downhill a little, but usually fair play. The eagle has cut back on free rooms and comped play. BIG time. The little "slot palace" place across the street is a lot of fun, offering many vintage slots along with some new ones. I have left with well over $1,000 several times from the slot Palace , but the main big Casino not so much.

Won't go again! Isabella's was a great place to eat. Not any longer!!!

While they can be a bit pricey, they always put on good events

The shower head loose :could not move it up for a tall person was not good. The toilet paper was very thin got to use more then then you need and they want you to save on water and there towels for 300 dollers it's a lot

I attended an outdoor concert. This is my third concert at this venue. General admission/hill seats are very reasonably priced. Set up is nice.

Typical Native American casino. Decent restaurants, nice enough hotel rooms and one of the better players clubs in the state.

They seriously need to upgrade their air cleaners. The stench was horrible. The food was not cheap and not particularly good. The show was very good.

The comedy show we saw was great and the casino looked like fun, though we didn't gamble. Staff was nice. The only complaint is the indoor smoking.

Good food... can't win any money because too many projects going on and customer has to pay the tab !!!

Their new buffet was a real disappointment compared to the other casinos in Michigan. Gaming is always a disappointment also. I would much rather drive a little further to one of the other choices

Atmosphere is nice 6 bartenders on staff takes 25-30 to get a drink let s see how long dinner takes to get .

Nice getaway and not too far for lower Michigan. Prices are outrageous for staying in hotel onsite, which was reason for lost star.

Bands were late, no umbrellas allowed in lawn seating, no handicap parking unless you want to pay for valet. Too many drunks, no traffic control for after an event. Won't be going again.

It was a nice stay, a little dated and smelt of smoke throughout the entire location. I was there for a convention.

Went to the casino side to gamble. Always a fun night!
