Overnignt stay was great. Only issue when staying there is they start vacuming the halls like 7am

Are trip to Soaring Eagle Casino was a nice getaway it's very clean everyone is wearing masks it's is the safest place around we had to drive over 100 miles and I would do it again , and it's no smoking keep up the good work we will be back.

Beautiful room staff was wonderful, wished the machines were as nice.

Horrible customer service. Was told that free play didn't expire for 24 hours, but when we went to use it the following morning it wasn't there because apparently it expires at 4AM and the supervisor would not honor it even though THEIR employee made the mistake.

I came here today to have a good time and ended up pretty poor. I think this casino is rigged. I put 100 dollars in machines to gamble and winnings were awful I understand it's gambling but should of been more fair.

Saw a great show here and then plated some good slots.

I really like the atmosphere in the dedication to Native Americans and their products that they make never wanted anything from here but I like the atmosphere the only downside is that everyone smokes in here. And the ventilation isn't necessarily that great but I guess that's what you deal with when you go into a casino I suppose.

Great place...lots of fun...nice hotel rooms and the casino has many things to do. We visit at least twice a year.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Good package deals available. Has restaraunts located inside the casino, including the buffet (which I recommend).
Also offer additional military active duty or veteran bonuses.

I love soaring eagle, with over a 50 stays as of this year postcovid, I feel safe and secure every time I go. I constantly see people consistently cleaning and wiping things down. Several of the employees are above and beyond employees. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a safe entertainment evening.

I love playing the slots at Soaring Eagle, however ,I hate the smoking . There is a small non smoking section but there aren't enough machines and you can still smell the smoke. We would have stayed longer but the smoke got to us.

This is my second favorite casino to go to in Michigan. MGM Grand being the number 1. Great space, excellent slots, good atmosphere and sufficient guests to make the energy palpable, but not crowded feeling like Motor, Greek town, and Gun Lake can get.

Nice machines, not real Smokey but the machines didn't give enough to stay very long.

Odds of winning here are slim. sl it's are too tight. 1 credit is 25 cents bit only pays out 16 cents per credit. Not as nice of a casino as other's

There was alot of weird stuff going on that wasnt supposed to be allowed.

Friendly staff and good food and drinks at prices that are reasonable.

Very nice place. Well cleaned and didn't smell too much of smoke. The non smoking room was a welcome sight. Employees were helpful.

The service was great our room flooded due tp a mechanical issue but they gave us a free upgrade.

There is a pretty good variety of slot games. The drinks are reasonable priced as well.

I lived in AZ by NV next to casinos and this casino is way better then any of them they have a fountain station help yourself to drinks but if you want beer or cocktail have go to 1 of the bars they do have people that walk around ask if want one which is good very clean to unlike NV casino

Buffet was awful. Security guards followed me around for no reason harassing me all 4 days I stayed, I drank 1 beer while sitting at the bar playing a slot, & was stopped by a security guard to tell me that I "should get a designated driver" because she "seen me drinking at the bar" I informed her I had a room there. & never witnessed anyone else being told this. I felt very uncomfortable & not relaxed at all for the remainder of my time spent.

Decent sized hotel different places to eat love the decor.

This is a nice place for many reasons. There is gambling and shows for the adults along with a water park and hotel accommodations for the kids and the family! It's a nice place to visit for both Michiganders and out of towners alike!

I was severely mistreated here as an employee and harassed by a couple girls in legends diner talking about their sex lives on the floor

Average casino. Table minimums were inexpensive for being Saturday.

Nice atmosphere, very clean. I personally don't like that you can still smoke in this casino (so if you smoke, you're good)! And I have been there several times over the years and have never won but a few bucks. The buffet is expensive but the food is great! The gift shop is OK-not what it used to be. They added a sandwich shop-sells hand-dipped ice cream too. They have a hotel, play area for kids, a couple other shops, and an attached hall that holds concerts, shopping events, large corp. parties, etc. I don't care for the concerts there too much because the way the seating is laid out; if you are seated towards the back, you can barely see the floor show. The events, like the shopping events and the corp. parties are laid out nicely and you could easily spend half a day shopping or participating in the party events.

Me and my wife In joy the outside concerts. And the slot play at the casino is amazing.

Always have a good time, even when I'm losing money :) Staff is friendly and drinks were good. We will for sure be back!
