Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Reviews

Tried electronic bingo this time, didn't win, but had a great time with the family.

They never change! Was super fun and won a couple bucks

Lost as normal but had a good time with my daughter. I never seem to win at the Soaring Eagle Casino.

Machines way too tight during daytime. Yes it's a casino and the house always wins but if you go between 9pm-6am you will notice the machines actually pay out where as the daytime your lucky to win your money back because they just don't pay out.

Went to see Hollywood Vampires. It was a great show. Had a real good time.

Nice atmosphere people were freindly. I DIDN'T WIN ;-(

I like it very much good get away. More black entertainment and more people will come up here

Ok casino. The casino floor was dirty compared to other michigan casino's I've visited. Most chairs have burn holes in them and it's pretty smoky.

Had a great time with my family. We played the slots and watched Disturbed live in concert. The casino was excellent. The concert was amazing. It s very clean and the staff are friendly. Everything is new and up to date. It s a great atmosphere. I d recommend anyone who wants to have a great time to go and experience it themselves. I must add that they did a great job coordinating the whole event and I hope to visit again soon. Great job guys! Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed the night and it was great. Crowded at times but good. The staff was friendly.

Had a lot of fun. It was clean. Employees were friendly. I would visit again. The parking is a little confusing with the older slots building but we were able to figure it out. They give good comps.

Came for Steve Martin & Martin Short show, loved them and the show but didn't love hotel stay and casino experience. Our room checkin took an hour which was reserved three months in advance. They should have more employees scheduled at their 4o'clock check-in time! This goes for the Players Club area too. Also not impressed with seating during the show which was banquet chairs that are placed one right next to the other with no place to move them. Seems they only care about making money by packing in as many paying customers as possible. Rooms are dated and don't accommodate new tech needs (not enough outlets and no usb ports to plug into either). Long lines to play casino games and all restaurants had at least 30 minute waits. The worst thing was the air quality because of the cigarette smoke. It bothered our eyes so bad we couldn't even use the $50 in casino play that we got in the event hotel package we paid more money for! The resort needs to make more effort in notifying their guests before booking that smoking is allowed in the majority of the indoor public areas. Most Michiganders aren't accustomed to smoking in indoor public areas due to laws banning it!

Beautiful resort rooms are drastically cheaper during the week. Staff was amazing . I can't wait to go back .

Love my comp rooms and love playing bingo and finally made gold.

The concert venue outside was nice but not as wheelchair friendly as it could be. The staff was very uninformed on where handicap seating was or how to handle wheelchair access.

Great place to hangout with the family and mabye win some money...

Beds are hard as rocks and the sheets have so much starch and bleach they hurt your skin to try to sleep

My husband and I decided to spend our 10 year wedding anniversary at Soaring Eagle. This was our first time at a casino. The staff was extremely helpful to us noob gamblers! We spent nearly 7 hours having a fantastic time on the slots! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We ate at Legends Diner located in the casino, and the service they're was good too! For was responsibly priced! We had a very positive experience here and can't wait to return!!

It was a lot of fun played all day most of the night. Hotel room was great , good view a really nice stay.

Enjoyable place, whether you stay the night or just stop by for an event or gambling.

Great place to gamble and see amazing concerts. Arcade is fun for children and adults.

So you have to wear a mask ok so we brought our masks. No you have to wear the one they want you to...SMH

No vegan options available without a reservation or paying $20 for one item in the buffet. :(

Wow talk about one armed bandits, lost $50 in twenty minutes on penny slots. Horrible odds usually, but dang ppl.

Felt like I was in Las Vegas! Great atmosphere and lots of good slots.

Very nice buffet and the casino was a lot of fun. The RV park is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Can't say anything bad had a good time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a concert and we were very impressed with our stay. I feel that Soaring Eagle is better than any of the casinos in Downtown Detroit. I also appreciate that they cater to all ages.

Excellent casino. Not many casinos have $5 tables anymore

Ate at the buffet and enjoy the vast choices offered. Especially enjoyed the fresh carved turkey. Little bit of a wait for seating but we did have a larger party.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The casino is always well maintained and very clean.

The restraunts are very good. Just look at the menu, before you decide where to eat. It can be very pricey.

There is lots of parking, although, if you are looking for handicap parking, you may have to drive around the parking garage a couple or three times.

Unless you're a smoker, don't do it! Didn't gamble, just went for the bufdet
Buffet for lunch on a Saturday, not great, just save your $20/person and go to KFC. The entire building smells like a pack of cigarettes, nice atmosphere, but couldnt get over the smell. Have a good day!

Great place to go for entertainment, great seafood buffet on Monday s.

Outdoor concerts are the best. The indoor events are cool too. You'll get lung cancer from the indoors though. Maybe find the nonsmoking section.

Saint Patty's Day Bash. Fun yes could have made the rules more Clear on the Costume Contest over all good time.

It was a lot of fun, but do not come here expecting to win. Just enjoy ur time and if you do happen to leave with extra money then take just makes it even better.

The event room is very spacious and great for parties. The dance floor is a bit small but still big enough to cut a rug on. The wait staff are quite friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a great place to have a work function.

Went to a concert and spent some time out on the casino floor. Had a blast just wandering and looking at all the different machines to play on

My favorite all time casino. They have great comps and great premium play. The casino is beautiful and the staff is very accomodating. The hotel rooms are spacious and reasonably priced plus they give premium play for hotel stays.

Employees are so polite and all truly seam to want to be there. They always laugh at my hubby's corny jokes, even though I'm sure that they've heard them a thousand times. I never win, always wind up in negative numbers anywhere I go. But at least there I'm able to play much longer with my money.

wow your hotel was nicer than I stay in New York and cheaper . it was the first time I have stay there . your staff where very nice and helpful. hope to stay there again to all you out there that say you wont go back because you don't win is dumb because if I did that I wouldn't have won BIG MONEY

Excellent players club benefits to military. Bring your ID, or DD Form 214. Pick from many slots, blackjack, roulette, and enjoy the night.

There's a lot of old games here that's why I give it 4 stars. Other casinos in Northern Michigan have better games imo

Though the concert started late and the seats were kinda close together, it ran smoothly and was definitely worth experiencing!

It was a bit to smokey( I know it's a casino) but I still had fun.

Warm welcoming atmosphere, wonderful gaming floor, beautiful hotel! Definitely a vacation destination!!

Be well advised this is a full feature and very nice Casino!!! Be sure to bring lots of money. Gaming tables, poker and of course slot machines. Did I forget to mention, please be sure to bring lots of money? Great value for your entertainment budget dollar!
