All around ok place. The architecture is immaculate bit the people there is what makes it lose a star

Went see a show. 20 mins ahead of time. The line was about 500 foot long. Got in to show 15 mins after start. Poor visability due to design of venue. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere if you want to see a show. Poor organization and you'll be un-impressed.

Best casino in the state of Michigan! Cheap drinks, large variety of slot machines, lots of tables including ones with a min. $5 bet! Many restaurants with great food. Highly recommended.

We wen for a bachelor party to gamble and visit the bars we had a great time

Saw Shinedown, Buckcherry, Pop Evil, Red Sun Rising and Like a Storm in their outdoor venue.

Pros: Staff were friendly and responsive. Great views from the reserved seating area. Casino in general is beautiful.

Cons: Reserved seating was very cramped. I have broad shoulders so it was rather uncomfortable. The sound system lackluster. I have heard all of the bands at various venues and the sound system was an issue. The snake(s) running to front of house made a trip hazard in the reserved seating area. After the show funneling 10,000 people through a casino is absolutely ridiculous. I understand the desire to promote the casino but really?

Went to the concert. Willy Nelson etc. Not enough metal detectors ! Lines too long! Too much smoking on the hill!!!

Lot of new slot machines. Had fun but lost. Employees were very nice and helpful bringing drinks. Place was clean and inviting.

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was a little small but perfectly fine for sleeping.

I attended an outdoor concert at Soaring Eagle and it was outstanding!

Arora buffet is soooooo good. Best buffet I've ever ate at. The atmosphere here in general is good

We have been coming for a long time. Always spend our anniversary every year. We find all staff courteous helpful and act as though they like what they do. We win we lose but go away happy.

It was awesome. My wife, daughter and I went to gamble and have a few drinks. We gambled for about 5 hours on 100 bucks! Would go again

They have added several new games in what was once a large open area and the drink station is always great when you just need a quick refreshment

Very clean. Non smoking area is to small. Machine's are too tight.

It was so nice to be able to return to Soaring Eagle Casino, had a wonderful time as usual. I had missed being able to just pop in when schedule allows it. It was nice to see they have done a lot of work to keep everyone safe and they are always cleaning and disinfecting areas there were and are players in. You need to check it out if you haven't yet. When you go have a wonderful time.

Didn't win enough to keep playing, and the buffet was gross, all the food was dried out and old.

Each year we bring my father-in-law up to the casino for his birthday. This is become one of our favorite family traditions. Although the members services workers never look too happy, the rest of the staff always seems to be at least nice. Aside from that the place is kept up really clean despite the overwhelming smoke that you can find on the sides near the slots. However the smoke-free environment takes care of that for us. The people on the floor are always nice and friendly, the money changers are always nice friendly fast and efficient. And our favorite part the Oasis is always top notch.

I enjoy this casino because of the level of service and amenities at all of there properties

My room was out dated and wall paper was peeling off the walls. My room was very cheap so it kinda cancelled itself out. Lol

Went to Soaring Eagle on Christmas night. Won money, had great food, and is a fantastic Christmas tradition.

We went to eat supper. We ate at one of the grills and the food and menu choices were good. The casino was beautiful but we didn't have time to stay.

Was a quaint place! Went on my hubbies birthday AND our anniversary month... So he got $20 extra to spend... Was a good time for a few hours!

It is a beautiful, inviting resort with a fun atmosphere, and welcoming attendees. My only complaint was the odor of cigarette smoke which was expected.

It was a busy night after an event. The bar lines were long. The alcohol was cheap, but also didn't get much per drink. I understand that people can smoke cigarettes, but I've been spoiled by not having to deal with it in most establishments. This is not one.

I like Firekeepers better, and perks are better at MGM.

I have a great time every time I'm there. Lots to do..especially with the bar open now!!

They have never been crowded very good atmosphere and offer a lot other things besides gambling

The deli and slice had good food. The slot machines were paying out a little better.

Outdoor concert venue but the best part is you might want them to the band inside the casino

I love this place. Me and my family always go here for a little get away for a couple nights. It's always super clean and has many restaurants at different price ranges for anybody. We always get the Gas and Gamble package when we stay. You get $25 dining credit per person, per night, $50 gambling credit per person, per night, and a $50 gas card (1 per night) to any mobile or Exxon gas station. It's the best deal around and makes it super worth it!!!!!

Its fun and excitement always. I am single so I go to the soaring eagle when ever I want to.

A waste of time a rip off if you win anything over with what you started with take it and run!! Casino is very small instead of a hotel they should have added more gaming area.I get free rooms and now i see why because you won't win here! So they can keep they rooms and everything else

I'm an avid concert goer, first time seeing a concert here. So extremely disappointed with the seating I will definitely not be back unless they remodel. I love the concept, food trucks and drinks were great. But the price you pay for a concert you can't even see is a joke. The tv's they installed for the hill area is shocking that people are okay with it and still attend concerts here. I wish I could give no stars.

Hotel was nice and clean a bit out dated but they are in the process of a major remodel. Be sure to ask for a room away from the construction or prepare for an early wake up. Isabella's was wonderful and service was top notch. Casino was a bit smoky but better than most, unfortunately the slots were very hungry and didn't pay much.

I played several games and overall had fun. It was way too smokey, and the win conditions for the games were not easy to understand, but the free pop and large variety of games was nice.

Beautiful Casino with wonderful Native American jewelry store!

A buddy of mine and I stayed at the resort on Friday, May 26th of 2017. I was able to book a room in the non smoking section with two queen beds. The only complaint I have with the room is the fridge inside the room did not get very cold.

Clean rooms, nice staff and beautiful architecture.
