I love the buffet and such a good variety of food. We go there often.

I always enjoy being at Soaring Eagle, the people are friendly and polite.

Lots of new game's to play , along with great music to listen to as you are winning.

This for the Legends Diner. Service was poor. Never got a refill on my drink. Food was average at best. Server took my money and took 15 min to return with my change. I will not go back.

Great place to go to have some fun. You can get the best deals on concerts and rooms. Also, if you stay at the waterpark you can get a free shuttle to the casino which is convenient and nice.

Had dinner at legends. Food wasn't as hot as I would of expected. But we didn't have to wait long for our food and waitress was excellent. Gambled some but not much and picked up some concert tickets. Will be back soon.

Had a wonderful time with my family!!! Service was great and we had top of the line room. Ppl there waa awesome and we will be returning soon!!! Great entertainment and had fun at the bar and casino...

Soaring eagle casino is a nice place the only thing is it is very Smokey from the people smoking I don't smoke so it makes a difference but it's very nice place

It's well lit, well kept up, bar service isn't too slow, and food is good. Parking not hard to find.

Ascend restaurant is awesome chef Jared Miller is really got it a great service going on there I don't gamble but the food is great up there.

We have been going to this casino since 2008, they keep making nice improvements to the building but we went up yesterday and we were glad we didn t get the hotel room this year, the lower bet tables were all full, many of them multiple people weren t even playing just saving a spot. They used to do the win chips every 6 months but have discontinued that (one of the main reasons we went there instead of firekeepers) also refused to give my husband his free $10 birthday chips to play at tables due to his licence expiring 2 days before. We used the free slot play and got our free pop and left

I am not personally into gambling but the facility is always clean. There are plenty of security that makes you feel safe when gambling. The food in their restaurant is delicious and worth the wait in line to get in. It's always packed with people but it's a big enough space to where you don't feel cramped.

Very nice staff and my group had fun playing blackjack.

Nice hotel & game floor is pretty large but non smoking area is in the back, not that has any less smoke there. HVAC system is lacking proper ventilation. Accepts 18 & up so it can be crazy busy. Love the video 5 player blackjack machines.

Went to see Disturbed and Three Days Grace. Sat in the grand stands and had a great view of the stage and it sounded awesome.

Had a great time with my wife on Valentine's Day 2020. Great food at Aurua. Prime Rib was very juicy and I am not sure the rub they put on it but it was amazing. But Aurua's desserts are the best around. I had the carrot cake. Rich creamy cream cheese frosting and real chunks of carrots and nuts. Other than the cheese cake, and the little turtle bites, this carrot cake is one of my favorites.

Better experience than the water park hotel. The room was quite, beautiful and very roomy. Felt at home. The outside hot tub was amazing. Great atmosphere and very friendly people.

We were here for the Brenda Lee concert. Soaring Eagle entertainment center is roomy, good sound and lighting. Friendly, helpful staff, and Brenda Lee put on an excellent show.

Very clean. Taking appropriate precautions without any inconvenience.

Missed the first 3 songs of the concert we went to see, because they opened the doors to late and had to search everybody. They need to learn to get people in a little faster. Other than that, I like the casino part of it.

Went there for a sno-cross event. The parking lot was nothing but mud. Made for a giant mess, smaller cars were getting stuck and everyone there was muddy as hell. Otherwise I have no complaints. The outlying parking lot used for outdoor events should be paved.

I'm glad they are updating but the construction is lame. That's not even a big deal, what is most disappointing is the lack of amenities. No room service, half the restaurants are closed, no pool... You can't even use the outdoor hot tub. Boring. The room was disgusting. Smelled horrible, AC didn't work, wall paper peeling off the wall. There were flies in the room. The rooms are too expensive for so much walking, nothing to do and no room service. It truly takes all the fun out of staying at the hotel.

Played in the casino. Had a few drinks. Service was great. Staff was friendly.

Excellent surprise roadtrip. We went for the crablegs and got si much more. We met friendly staff and other guests. The shuttle guy gave us a ride to the casino and right back to our car. Awesome!
The place is well maintained and the crablegs were tasty. They don't need butter. We will return.

Loved Soaring Eagle just wish the 420 Expo would have been better glad it was free. The wife and I had a great time at the casino and a great dinner at the buffet! Awesome way to take care of Veteran's. Thank you.

Rooms are quite nice. Staff have all been friendly. Food is fantastic!

Was at a concert there and the set up I felt was awsome. We had lawn seat on the hill and had a clear line of sight of the stage.

every month get a free room and they never have the rooms. always say they are out of free rooms and try to upgrade for extra cost. have gotten 1 room each month for a year and only stayed twice for free. and the rooms we did stay in were facing generators. but do like the casino.

It's a casino, don't expect to win. Be prepared to deal with 2nd hand smoke on the main floor, they do offer a Smoke Free area of slots. A lot of slot machine choices, a bunch of card tables, drinks are rather cheap for a casino. Restaurants are nice, I prefer Aruora, the buffet is decent, nothing spectacular.

Soaring Eagle is my favorite casino around here. I love how spacious it is as well as the slot machine options available. I always have a great time here!

Since COVID-19 set in, I won a gift certificate on New Year's Eve Bingo and I tried several times to redeem the certificate and not once could I get it redeemed and being that Governor Whitmer has the casinos shut down I am not able to use my gift certificate, if I don't get to use it, I will have no choice but to turn Soaring Eagle into the BBB of Michigan for not honoring their gift certificate.

Casino is great but lords help you if you try to get a room last minute on a Saturday afternoon!! LMAO. only available room was over $600, an executive king, apparently! And couldn't accept an anniversary gift if a room on the house due to NOT having out marriage license on our persons, cause I usually NEVER leave home without it!?

I'm a little bummed they got rid of my favorite slot machine but they're putting in a non smoking area!! That's super exciting since smoke from Cigarettes actually uslly bother me.

The seating is poor- there isn't enough of an incline to facilitate proper view of the stage from all seats. If you want to see, get front row seating. Other than that, the experience was good.

Outdoor event was nice. Free $10 casino voucher and 30% off food.

Mid range at best on this review. It's been about 3 years since our last visit here. The casino seemed to be clean, and updated, which is a pleasant change for us as we are used to the 3 dirty, broken down casinos in Detroit. Soaring Eagle is laid out nicer than a lot of the others casino's as well. There's a lot of space to move around and not continually bump into others. We did not try our luck on the food for this visit. As for the drinks though, be careful which bar you order from. The bar next to the Legend's diner had 2 of rudiest bartenders I've seen in awhile. I guess they thought I was high maintenance because I like my beer cold?? I asked her to please grab me a bottle that was already on ice, and she rolled her eyes and walked away. She was tipped accordingly. The machines where not to bad to us, I did see one really nice hand pay. Not a bad overall visit.

Love the layout. Customers are always first priority. Clean rooms, nice pool.

I went with some friends for the 4th of July. When we arrived everything appeared great. I love bathrooms and I felt comfortable to place my bare feet in the shower. I normally wear flip flops. My comfortability decreases DRASTICALLY when I saw two pale yellow stains on my pillow. Nope. Nope. Nope.

Need a larger non smoking area with a non smoking bar or upgrade the ventelation system so that one can actually tell the difference between the smoking and non smoking sections.

Another bummer of an evening at this casino. No free games, very few hits of any kind unless you played the multi machines or bet higher amounts of money. The place was clean, room between active machines.

I never seemed to win anything here! Casinos are no fun since they took away the coin operated machines.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The casino is not enclosed so the surrounding area smells strong of smoke. My room had no electrical plug or USB charger near the 2nd bed.

Short Family water park vacation. Shuttle service to all their different properties, casino was fun, Slot Palace had bingo and water park with grandkids was great.

Attended a training seminar at the Three Rivers conference room. Room was very clean, food was yummy, rest rooms were nearby, and the service was excellent! The employees did a great job with keeping up with refreshing glasses, food, and clean up.

As soon as I walked into the doors I was greeted by a security guard on duty. The place was clean, the environment has a good vibe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and didn't smell like an outhouse! Parking was easy and there is no smoking allowed in the building which is great! The casino is very easy to find and is close to restaurants if you don't want to eat there. There are plenty of slot machines to choose from. I don't know about their hotel rooms tho, I never stayed the night but from what I heard they are simply beautiful and spacious. And you can request room service anytime of the day or night. I would definitely recommend Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort for a get away or just to have fun.

Went here for an indoor concert. Seating was great, it felt close to the stage even a few sections back.Sound was good!

What soaring eagle has done to the slot machines is like making a donation to the indians. It is ridiculous that they switched everything over to cards. They know how much you have in the machine. They just figure how to slowwwlllly take your money. That is the reason why they are growing so much. The profit that they make off the machines goes to the other parks that have been built. So, they can continue to take money from you that way. They take advantage of people that just want to have fun.

The casino has been updating lately to give it a real 'Vegas' feel - I love it!! The payouts are not super great but the staff is friendly. It's a great date night out :)

Stopped by to take a look because it had been a lot of years. The casino is still a blast! We were amazed to see the dollar blackjack tables WITHOUT an auto shuffling machine! Tons of new slot machines for the girlfriend too! It wasn't too busy either. The only thing that would have made it a 5 star is if they had a few more open tables with different games, but overall, I'm kind of bummed I don't live closer to enjoy it more often.

Had a group with us and we all had fun and won big. We had the buffett which did not disappoint. Very pretty casino. Great Birthday celebration for my daughter. Staff were very friendly for our first time visit.Thank you!
