Fun getaway for a weekend. Decent price on drinks and food

Fun place, great buffet and gift shop with Swarovski crystal jewelry and some purses and clothes. Go to slot machines. I prefer quarters or below. Would love to explore staying overnight and enjoying the spa experience

Was a Lil upset electric in our room messed up ...they did switch my room but I had to pack up all my things and move them myself. But as always pool was great and hot tubs rock!!!

It is amazing every time we visit. We drive from about 4hrs away one way and its been worth every min of travel. Can't wait to come back again this week... 6/1/2020...

Could of had more pop machines, machines a little tight but we had fun for our first visit.

I have been to a large number of casino's around the word and spend a large amount of time in Vegas and Reno. Soaring Eagle not very friendly or entertaining. They are so tight put a piece of coal in their rear and pull out a pearl. Whoever runs the place is not very good at it. People should be excited to go there but they are not. People should hope they really win big but know they have very little chance at Soaring Eagle to win big.

Didn't win, like always, but still fun playing slors.

I really enjoy going there. Usually at least get to play awhile . Win free event ticket so.etimes which is nice.

The buffet is good... but the desert area is Amazing! definitely worth the drive. 3/26/19 Update....we just went last weekend and the buffet quality and selection has went dramatically down.. the desert area it's still impressive.. however, lost some of its luster, as well. hopefully they'll work it all out and it'll be back to five stars soon

Went with our union from work, had a great time. Have not been to a casino for about 20 years. So glad that I went . Lots of slots, table games. Had a great time.

We love Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. I will start by saying this would have definitely been a 5-star review if we would have not had so many issues with our room. They have a variety of restaurants for every budget. The food is very good at all of them. Their outdoor hot tub is my favorite of anywhere I've ever been and we travel a lot. We were there with a large group this time and had 7 rooms for 3 days. I must admit I was DISAPPOINTED with our room. We had the Superior Room. Our first room had the air conditioning leaking all over the floor. We called the front desk who sent maintenance, he said it looks like a cooler leaked all over the floor. He asked if we would like to have housekeeping, and suck it up and put a big giant blower fan in our room, we said no thanks we'll see if it dries up, even though we told him we thought it was the air conditioning since it look like the wall had previous damage. That night I got into the soaker bathtub, which was amazing. But yes we had problems with that as well. It kept turning off every 15 or 20 seconds even though we had set the timer. After about 15 times it finally stayed on. Our leak was even worse in the morning it was literally sopping wet in the whole corner of our room. I went downstairs and they moved us first thing in the morning and sent maintenance up. He confirmed that it was the air conditioner drain hose leaking everywhere. We packed all of our stuff up and moved. It was kind of a pain because we were unpacked since we were staying for 3 days. We got to the new room everything was great. When we got back into our room in the evening I went to turn on the fireplace and it wasn't even hooked up??? I did not complain because I did not want to have to move again. But why did I pay money for a nicer room if I couldn't enjoy the upgrades I paid for? Besides that we had a wonderful day and we will return. However, I was upset over our room. I understand you're beginning to renovate rooms, but don't make it look like I'm getting some great room and nothing in it works. I would have just got the standard room in that case.

Good payouts people are nice service is good. I'll be back soon.

Love coming here to play some games, have a good night's stay, and eat at the restaurants. The steakhouse is very good but pricey, Legends is right next door and that's very good as well. We have been coming here for years

I just got a job starting in june usher for concerts

Way too crowded, couldn't get on any black jack tables, more need to be open. There were a few $25 tables open with about one person at them and we safe one that was open that no one was sitting at. The management can see that I'm sure so why not lower the bet on those tables so people can gamble? Aren't they making enough money as it is? Also they have several $15 tables and a lot of them are full but not all but we also don't choose not to sit at those either, too much money. They get higher demand for the $5 and $10 tables, so why not open more of those? The drinks are too expensive also! Of course we drink them, no choice, but we don't drink as much. Lower the price a dollar or so or offer specials. So we ended up leaving earlier than planned and didn't spend much money.

The food was great at Legends diner. Fast and friendly service. Beautifully updated!

We went to see a comedian. We ate at the Lounge and the food was ok, not anything special. The show was amazing, but the food was just ok.

Had a great time. Was able to find and play $5 table games and had a blast!

Was here for our 1st indoor concert at Soaring Eagle Casino. Great time, good seats and was well received by the audience! "TOTO" rocked the place.

They took my money... LOl had a great time and the food want bad at all, we ate at the buffet and Jessica was our server very nice lady she made sure we never had an empty glass.

Lovely hotel and casino complex. Loved the pool and hot tub. Just beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of places to eat. We stayed in a regular king sized room which was a nice size and included 2 chairs an ottoman and desk. There was a refrigerator, safe, single serving coffee machine, no microwave. The bathroom was very nice and had a warming light in the ceiling. The bed was comfortable and the room and hallways were clean and well lit. The hotel and casino is fairly big so bring comfortable shoes because it's quite a hike from the hotel to the casino. My sister, who is on a walker, was able to rent a very nice scooter at the hotel to get around. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes. We took it over to the Indian Museum. There is a nominal charge to walk through the museum part. We're seniors and the charge was $7.50 for both of us. All in all, we had a very enjoyable time at this hotel.

Veggie Wrap at Ascend bar was super delicious even though the DJ played inane noise masquerading as music

Family had a great stay at this beautiful resort! It is just wonderful inside. The waterpark is something to see for sure. Kids LOVED it! I highly recommend a trip.

Only reason for 3 stars is personal experience. Ive been multiple times and have always walked out in the red. The last 3 times ive been, I have lost at least 60 bucks in about 20 mins. I understand that this may just be my luck. But i have been successful at multiple other casinos. Maybe the eagle just isnt for me. Staff is great. Food is great. Facilities are wonderful. I just feel robbed every trip.

Always like going there. Very beautiful and clean place and the food is remarkable. All their employees that we came in contact with we're very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Went to go see the drag show and it was amazing tho food at ascend is good, loved the fries. Definitely would recommend the triple chocolate cake at the cafe/deli place. Really nice inside!

I absolutely love this casino. The staff is lovely and the floor is clean. There's an arcade for little ones and also an arcade for older ones. Alone with places to eat inside and free drinks.

Wish I didnt have to walk thru smoking area to get to non-smoking.

Loved it! The only thing that was a bit annoying was while leaving the pool we were told that we needed to bring the towels back down to the pool or leave them there or my room would be charged. So my children and I went all the way back to the 7th floor freezing and dripping all over because after getting back to the room,showering and getting pajamas on who wants to carry a pile of wet towels all the way down again.

Always fun to go with family & friends. Lost, but still had a great time!

Smoke filled and stinks of it. Loud and bright, I guess everything you would usually want from a casino. But it's dirty and the decor is old, so I did not find it very appealing.

Beautiful atmosphere and great food and service.....large choices of slots and tables....favorite place to spend an evening out with the wife

Casino needs better parking lot shuttle service! Husband & I are seniors so a quick ride on a shuttle would be appreciated. And, we are tippers!

The event halls are large and nicely decorated. Good place for hosting large events.

Saw a concert for disturbed and 3 days grace. Was a fun time! Also was given free $10 to play with at the casino! Was definitely a fun time!!!!!

Nice rooms, a bunch slots, massive outdoor heated hot tub and huge indoor pool. I really like staying here after a round of golf. A free night and free buffet for 2 for veterans during their birthday month. Veterans also get $20 free play every month and a $10 dining credit monthly (+$25 dining credit Veterans Day). Just left in November with extra money in my pocket, and stuffed with turkey and all the fixings from their world class buffet...always a great spread.

Went to the casino with my aunt. Clean, had free drinks, and lost a lot of money. It was a good time.

Very friendly employees. They were doing some renovations but we never heard any noise. The room in the hotel was very nice. I ate at the Aurora Buffet for Dinner one nite & at Isabellas for breakfast 2 mornings. Both very good. There is a Spa & very large pool area but I didn't have a chance to use them.

This place...husband and I have been to 2 concerts here. Outdoor summer series..great time. Sat on the hill and drank beer as we listened. They get good musicians..popular. They give Veterans a good discount and FREE play.

Awful. Every time I go the lines are so long. We waited over 45 minutes just to be able to get players club cards. The smell of cigarette smoke was awful and the non smoking section is so small. We also ate at the chop house. Another bad experience. Our waiter was awful. She didn't bring us bread until we already had our meal. We were hungry and dissapointed at the poor level of service for the cost of the meal. I would expect more from a place like that.

The hotel was beautiful and the employees in the casino were very helpful.

I had a suite here, not impressed. Couldn't check in until 4pm, even though I called the day before and that morning and asked for an early check in because we were going to the water park. So instead they gave us a late check in. The room was completely devoid of anything standard to a suite, like dishes, cups towels, ect. We had one towel and a shampoo. No robes nothing. The casino is just as bad as they are super tight slots and I've never won a dime there in 20 years of occasionally visiting. To me it's been on a downhill slope since then. Restaurants are not good and there are never drink servers around. It's a clean and safe atmosphere though if you are a senior or a group of ladies that's not a concern.

Had a great time Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. I got this just before leaving Sunday afternoon.

Very busy and fun. Service was great. Would definitely go back there soon. Probably be back again on Friday.

First time at this casino. I visited about a month ago. I went to a show, Teresa Caputo Live.

They have a reward program, when you sign up you get $10 and you are able to check your coat.

Soaring eagle gives great benefits to veterans and this allows us to plan a fun affordable trip every year with friends. And every year it is so much fun!
