Clean casino. Could barely smell the smoke. Had fun, slots not bad. Played 4 hours and left with what we went in for

I attended "Bacon & Bourbon" with my son and daughter-in-law today. What a great idea! What a value...Bourbon, food samples & two live musical artists!

I stayed overnight at Soaring Eagle in mt pleasant. The room was clean, but I feel the sheets could have been softer and the bathroom was freezing. The shower head was also a large disappointment. It wasn't as refreshing as I was hoping for.

Normal casino, staff stays out of your way, mainly filled with 65+ seniors who chain smoke. No virtual tables or roulette and normally a $10 minimum for table games. Ton of slot machines and free pop which is a good plus. High roller area and non smoking area are also good perks.

Outside the water park, which gets old rather quickly, not many family friendly activities here. If you're an adult coming for a concert or the casino, I'm sure it's great. Just not for us.

Good place to lose money. And having fun doing it. Wish there were more drink servers on the floor.

Dealer loaded the deck. Watched em do it, heard them make a comment about it. Machines are rigged, everyone knows that, it's fine I don't care but cheating in black jack and poker is bs tho and more people should know that they're doing it

Otherwise atmosphere is great, the restaurants are pretty good, etc. I'll still go here with my friends on our off nights, I just know not to gamble now

I used to love going to this place for concerts and the like. But now they are so expensive I can't even think about getting a room there.

Love this place its so much fun and the dealers and staff are so nice and easy to get along with and have a great time

Has some good restaurants and of course it's what you would expected in a casino

The soaring eagle casino is a lovely place for people of all financial levels to come and have some fun.

Went to concert. I'm am 35 weeks pregnant and had an issue with smokers in the public areas. Not enough security to tell people to 'put it out'

Mostly there just for the buffet which is really good. We win some cash out then go eat. Casino is nice also.

Four stars only because social distancing is preventing staff from greeting you the way they should to make sure your visit and stay is top notch.

Hard to stay long or enjoy much with the heavy fog of cigarette smoke. Horrible ventilation.

Non smoking area had ashtrays and smelled like smoke. But other than that it was a fun time.

Fun place to go and relax and have fun. Should let people win more, machines seems very tight.

Everyone was really nice and friendly. Everything was very clean and there were no issues.

Went there to play the slots at the casino. A lot has changed over the past year, not all of which are good. I still had fun and won a few times but the machines are getting a little too computerized and the wins are not very frequent. Hard to hit a bonus round or free spins. The buffet could be better for the amount you pay as well. The main reason for my high rating on this place is because I have a long history with this casino and will definitely be back. Hopefully things get better with time since almost every time I go there, I see something new.

Not as good as it was, very few machines under 50 cents. Food is not as good as it was. They got rid of the roast beef cart.

I wouldn't leave a review like this but i literally waited more then 30 min last night to talk to a table games manager and called this morning and left a message and never heard back. Was playing blackjack. The dealer wouldn't have been qualified to deal go fish. It was single deck. The first time through the deck, he forgot to check to see if he had a blackjack. He let everyone hit and then he said oops i have a black jack. The next mistake is even worst. The dealer has a 3 showing. His other card is a 6 so he has 9. He hits and his card was an ace to give him 20. This guy says 10. WTF a blackjack dealer who doesn't know aces are 1 or 11. But it gets better. Even though 2 people said you have 20 not 10, this idiot hits again and gets another ace. The moron says11 and hits again! By this time I'm ready to leave and i say hey this is the 2nd or 3rd time you've messed up. The game is already in your favor. He tells me to calm down. For a casino with the cheapest table being $10 a hand, you should have competent dealers. Not ones burning the whole deck in single deck blackjack when the have a blackjack. Or at least ones who know aces are 1 and 11. Shouldn't be asking to much

Huge complex, and they are still adding on. Inside there are lots of slots. You can still find a few one cent, minimum 9 cent per line machines. Lots of well stocked bars everywhere. Many dining choices. I even got a cute t-shirt at the gift shop. Be sure to stop at member services for players card to earn points. Go luck to you.

No matter if you like to play the slots or go swimming with the kids this casino has it all. A great place for concerts too.

Machines are too close together in the main casino. If people are playing end of row games it is hard to get to an inner one. Slot palace wasn't as crowded but mostly has older machines.

They have just updated their high stakes, poker room, sports bar, and non smoking area with more updates on the way.

Beautiful casino, great entertainment shows. We appreciate the RV parking.

Room was nice enough, seemed a little dated. A little disappointing to have the jacuzzi have directions for more advanced features then were available

The casino is great. It's currently undergoing renovations. They have swapped out a lot of older games for much newer unique games. The gaming floor is large. There are plenty of places to eat. The hotel is nice. The rooms could use a little updating. They also have a bingo hall and small casino across the street. Worth the trip!

Solid establishment. Not very accommodating to people who are just trying to gamble without spending a lot of money. Very few low minimum tables to play on.

Fun times
Free nights at the hotel and a few dollars to gamble for free with my access card. Gotta love those free nights out!

I lost $30 gambling. I'm kinda bummed, but it is not a bad place.

Where else can you go & spend $1.65 for a vodka/tonic/big lime AND have fun talking to the bartender??!!

Had a great stay, rooms were clean, staff was very helpful with our questions about the area. Would definitely return.

We love Soaring Eagle. Want to go so bad but health problems delaying visit but soon we may be able to make a trip.

I will never attend soaring eagle casino ever again. Upon giving my Identification card to security as normal I was told I that I wasn't able to enter due to my id not being mines. That there wasn't enough proof that the id couldn't have been mine. I drove 3 hours to get here just to be told I couldn't use my state issue I'd because it didn't look like me. Last time I will ever be here.

Hard to find 1.00 machines. There all mixed up . Lots of penny machines

Beautiful room, beautiful meal and we even won on slots.

I actually worked here, most of them do their very best to ensure the guest is happy with their visit. They offer amazing concerts that are super cheap and hard to beat. The dining options here are crazy, there are like 10 different choices including pizza, burgers, and awesome pastas.

Casino in the heart of Mt. Pleasant Michigan, great service, great rooms

The Soaring Eagle in Mount Pleasant one of the best casinos I've ever been in they have great food the president and all the people are fantastic people they're polite courteous and help you with everything when you ask for the help thank you so much

We had fish and steak dinner. I heard that a few people had scales and bones in their fish. The steak was excellent. Facility was excellent. The Monte Carlo evening was a pleasure to attend.

Soaring eagle water park was a great family environment, my kids loved the water park, the rooms were nice and clean and the rates were very fair... great experience

They raised the rates for the room because of the concert. I was charged $230 for a regular room and the room was disgusting. There was an entire box of food left in the microwave for who knows how long. It smelled awful, so I called management and they did not resolve the issue. All they did was refund $50. I will not be returning.

Pricey and you might as well burn your money if gambling. It's just as mesmerizing. Concerts are the reason I go.

The only reason why I gave them a Two is because the waitress and wait staff were awesome. But the quality of food needs help. Frozen burger was horrible. Casserole potatoes horrible. Fake English muffin. Good french toast. Out front awesome. Outback needs a lot of help

Visited to gamble. Disappointed in the size of non-smoking area. Should be reversed.

Genius! Unlike some other casinos, Soaring eagle has a restaurant that is open 24 HOURS! Great food, great customer service. Family orientated. I was allowed to bring my 2 year old grandson in the restaurant with me. My Jacuzzi hotel room what GREAT! I slept like a King. THANK YOU S.E.C.
