I went to a outdoor concert venue here and it was a great time!! Even on the hill seats there was not a bad seat in the house. Casino was over the top busy but they handled it well. Parking was smooth and overall crowd control was great. Buffet restaurant was great and the gambling had alot of selection. Had a great experience

We love going to Soaring Eagle, both Waterpark and Hotel. It's a nice getaway that's not too far from home. It's always clean and nice, but they have really impressed me with customer service this time. We reserved a room at the waterpark for my daughter's birthday. The weather was going to be questionable, but we decided to chance it. Woke up the morning of our reservation and it was terrible conditions; Too dangerous to make the commute. I called to give a late cancellation, and they charged us no fee due to weather conditions. We will definitely continue to visit all Soaring Eagle properties.

Was a great time. The renovations they have gone under are wonderful. Cant wait for the back sports bars to open up.

The people I had met there several years ago while staying at their home with friends in common were such great people to spend time with.

Smells like poverty ( cigarettes) so disgusting. My eyes burn after 10 minutes

Saw a great, outdoor comedy show with the fantastic Amy Schumer! An entire night of fun, drinks, casino gaming, and a great dinner! Awesome date night with my wife and I!

There were no smiling employees. They raised the price of rooms due to a concert. Was in a jacuzzi room, light in jacuzzi not working, bed skirt dirty, and the dated formica in bathroom was gross, worn out. No continental breakfast, way over priced.

Was there for a concert indoors. Ate at Isabellas great food great prices for inside the casino. Concert was awesome, music was clear and crisp. Only wish casino was non smoking. Was going to spend some time on the slots but the smoke was terrible left 15 min after the concert.

We stayed 2 nights Wednesday and Thursday we were in room 3050 under staudacher..there was a fight in the hallway that lasted over 2hours of people yelling which I did call front dest about they say there were handling it but it took awhile not happy about not getting any sleep we went there to celebrate Roberts birthday. Also when we were checking out we asked for a shuttle to car they dont run until noon. We feel it should run at 11am when it check out time. Robert is disabled he had to walk to car. We just thought it would of been provided which was told to us when he got dropped him off when we checked in when we got the shuttle. Well that was our visit thought you should know.

Everyone was helpful the minute I walked in, applying for the players club card was easier than any other card sign up I've encountered. I was a little confused that there weren't ireworks when I went on the 4th of July though

Soaring Eagle is by far the best casino in Michigan. A very similar casino experience to Las Vegas or Atlantic City. My only complaint is that whether busy or slow they only keep enough blackjack dealers to keep tables full. This makes it very difficult to find an open table.

Nice pool n hot tub great food n entertainment n nice rooms

Went there for a concert, never again. No covered seats available for reserved seating, only porta potties available and only beer and 2 types of shots for alcohol. Also had to pay 10$ for parking.

I frequent this casino a lot for their slots. I feel like they're constantly making improvements which can be a pain but they're only keeping up on appearances. The slot floor has a great selection of games which always has me coming back for more. I swear it's like I find different machines every time!

Gaming is great new slots going in all the time good table games very good restrants also you can lost track of time easley also rooms are 5 star .

Will definitely be going back this summer for a few days. Everyone I met was nice and the rooms are beautiful, nice restaurants and bars

My husband & i stayed at the soaring eagle resort in mt. Pleasant a couple of weeks ago on our wedding night. The experience was extremely disappointing. We stood in line to check in for quite a while behind another guest, while all along the other reservation employees were clearly not paying attention & on their cellphones. The jacuzzi suite was very nice & clean. My real disappointment comes in when we went to check in for our couple massage the next day & they had no record of us in their book. I booked our couple massages in the midst of the pandemic. When i made the appointment the girl told me they were only open Monday thru Friday until 5. The spa was not open on the weekends right now. My husband & i changed our wedding date to be on a Thursday just of this reason. I made the appointment for Friday at 4pm. When we went to check in at the spa they had no record of our reservation. The man at the counter told us he might be able to get us in on Sunday....I thought they weren t open on the weekends? The man just stood there and said sorry & went back to his computer. I was so fed up with the whole experience, we immediately checkeD out of the hotel & continued our honeymoon somewhere else. Obviously the left hand does not know what the right one is doing. Very unorganized & unprofessional.

I just love spending a little money there because sometimes I walk out little bit of money and sometime I walk out a little more money than I walked in with I never hit a big jackpot but I seen people hit big every time I go in.

I love this place just wish the non-smoking section was up front instead of the back. Being a former smoker it felt like I went back to smoking. I think the need to upgrade the ventilation system like Fire Keepers. For me the drive is the same distance. But I really like Soaring Eagle.

Gaming floor was clean. Free soft drinks, very affordable cocktails and beer. House definitely has the odds on slots!

Great Casino, the military benefits are top notch (hero program), and we enjoyed the Bingo for Memorial Day.

Very disappointed in that the machines are very tight. Tired of driving 2 plus hours to lose my limit in less than that time

Outdoor concert venue is great. Intimate and never far from refreshments.

If you are wanting to have a good time without going to jail I recommend going to another casino. They will watch you receive over poured drinks then set you up to the local tribal police. If you plan on going here, DO NOT DRINK!

The buffayet was over priced $25 not again for that price

Really enjoyed myself, won a little, lost a little. Everybody was very friendly!

I started going to SE(soaring eagle) when you had to stand in line for hours at the slot palace. When the new hotel and resort was completed l was invited as a guest to stay at the hotel. My players card number was 309?. My wife and I would attend the resort every week, then twice a month, then once a month. Now we may go once a year. During the good years I was a platinum player. The reason for the decline in attendance was because the winning percentage of the slots were turned too low and the staff workers that we became acquainted with were completely disgruntled with the leadership and found different jobs.

Bad smell, crowded and the machines seemingly don't pay out the 98% they're supposed to. There are better casinos in the Mitten.

Outdoor concert venue is great, they have great bands there all summer. Drinks are a bit pricey though.

It's ok... None of them pay.. Normally speaking... Place is big so don't lose your partner.

Lots of fun nice room good food went to the buffet and the diner both were great elecisent. Word of advice get your drinks from the bar not one of the drink servers they aren't as good

I had to cancel my reservation and so many questions needed to be answered. I was driving and could not immediately get my credit card numbers or casino card number. It seems there could be a better way to cancel a room reservation.

Great beds in the hotel, casino is always doing something

You get free money but they make sure you don't win plus you end up spending your own money in which if you don't have a gold card they will also take.blest scenario is to stay away

Attended for a conference. Very nice facilities. Food was very good for a conference. No complaints, will go back again.

One of my go-to casinos. Needs to update the hotel part of the resort. The hot tub outside beside the campfire is my favorite part about going to soaring eagle!!!

Very clean atmosphere on the gaming floor very good experience

I got an invite for 1 Christmas present from soaring eagle just like everyone else..Stood in line for 3 hours..Couldnt stand no longer..I watched people taking 6 to 10 gifts for their one pick per card holder..
When I gave up and was scanning valet ticket, there was a women with 2 of everthing..She had so much she had to get a wheelchair just to haul her gifts to valet waiting..
She was bragging that she was in and out in 35 mins and was just a great experience..Whar 15 to 20 other people that had stood in line started to question her about she said just walked in side door by ticket booth in hallway fallowed the line..I'll tell you what she didnt talk at all after that..Held head down and had the valet help unload the wheel chair for her..Tipped him 1 dollar and he had to take chair back inside..
What a mess!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER ERVER GOING TO GET MY FREE GIFT AGAIN..
I talk to people I knew that were in line and stayed...4and a half hours they were in line..
As soon as security left entertainment hall it was a free for all with the line I left at a stand still 20 feet away from the goal..They watched as 100 or more people went in side door rt next to computers and presents..Some waited from 930 am to 2 or 3 PM in line ..

I cant understand putting all of that work 0n 4 people..Should have never unlocked side doors..I got 9n line at Hotel elevators.Got to front door and was sent half way to the poker room on the gaming floor..All the way helping the elderly couple up and down stairs with their walkers..almost 4 hours of my life I'll never get back..
At least my conscience is clear..Had good people around me for the most part..I hope that they all hung in..As for me my back surgery few months back wouldn't let me stand up any longer..
You wouldn't believe how greedy some people are,
taking more than one with 1000 more behind them..
cutting in and out of line. Just be plain rude and unpleasant..After a few hours I understand but people should treat each other with a little more curtsey and patience..
I wish o could say I'll never go back and it would make a difference but it wouldn't..I will say I'll never stand in line like that again..Maybe they should put a time on each card and then have more than 4 people to help 2000

It's a place to go & enjoy yourself. We don't get enough credits anymore to go there. It would help if we could win something to keep playing once in a while. Machine seem to be set awfully tight.

I stopped in on my way up to Hart, MI. I first went here back in the 80's when it first opened. It was run in a little garage type building and boy has it changed. I had a great time and didn't leave broke so it worked out good. Fun place to stop.
