careful when purchasing gift cards. They have two different cards and both can not be used for the casino. Bought $200 in gift cards as christmas gifts and found out they were only allowed to be used in the store, spa and for food. They would not switch out the cards for some reason and would only say its against their policy.
I didnt stay at the hotel but went to the casino the staff was very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible loved it

Could not , rolling carts down hall..all night. Can't use the TV remote from lying in bed you have to stand up to use it. Pillows way too hard.
Need to get a better ventilation system; smoke is horrible. We use to go often but lately we have stopped. Have heard a lot of people (including us) that never win anymore; pay out is horrible anymore and the slot machines are expensive to bet on and not as fun anymore

No games were paying out at all. At gun lake, and turtle Creek, most machines will let you play for at least a half hour before they take your money.
Great entertainment and we are at the buffet. Prime rib has great. The overall selection was varied and very good. Price seemed fair.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Perfect getaway for both adults and kids, access to Water park,RV park and casino via free shuttle service. I will be coming back and staying at least a week to enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Bartenders don t know what they re doing. Don t serve people waiting before other people. Try to say must play a game to be served AT the bar yet watched TWO other people get served who did not pay anything or wait in line. Hire more competent people.
Love this casino and have been going every year since it opened many years ago.. Very clean, rooms are extremely nice, buffet is huge if you would like to try a large amount of great foods.
Went to the aurora restaurant. It had a nice staff, decent food and we were never low on drinks.
Great rooms and conference rooms, but smokey smell throughout.
Not a smoker not a fan of smoke either could barely breathe in here.

The staff were diligent in their work, making sure you were in a safe environment. They were constantly cleaning up, disinfecting all areas of the casino. Safe distancing between the customers and the staff. Gave ,ALL, masks and made sure that everyone kept them on. Took everyone's temperature and had safe organized separation, with designated entrance paths to follow. Thanks for doing such a great job. I believe they have done a GREAT job .
Great location for concerts, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The gaming floor is always packed yet wait staff is always nearby. If you are looking for a great family vacation check out the water park.

Went to the bingo matinee session. The workers are all very helpful. Plenty of monitors to see. Can hear the caller very well. GREAT overall experience.
The location is far away from my home. My room was private and far away from other rooms. My stay there was overall good because you can do stuff for the whole family.
Typical non-hookup casino camping. Free unless you gamble. ;)

I had a good time. There were several options for food. I ate at the Diner location and thought it was pretty good. Quite a variety of casino games. The layout was pretty straightforward. Slots were arranged a bit haphazardly towards the front and rear corners, but, overall, it's pretty easy to locate whatever casino activity you might want to play. All in all, a fun experience.
Went after they reopend after being closed due to the virus and they are doing a fantastic job keeping the place clean, safe and was very enjoyable as well!
Casino is great as far as casinos go. Personally I think their rooms are overpriced and could use some more updating for the charges. It's still a smoking Casino so be prepared to smell like smoke all night. The buffet is okay, the steakhouse is pricey, the prime rib sandwiches are the best. Definitely check out there outdoor concert venue you can see some good acts at fair prices for Mid Michigan.
My wife and I came for our 34th anniversary getaway. Great service, clean rooms, and smiling faces from all staff. All around great experience. Thanks for a great time.

Very big compared to Manistee Little River and more expensive. I experienced the machines to be tight today being senior day. It truly is a Resort!!

Love going here, you can play for a while on the slots. Its not confusing to where you get turned around and lost. The buffet is really good. Over only stayed there once and it was really nice. All over highly recommended! Great time!
This is a nice casino with plenty of slots and live table games. Drinks are very affordable and they have several dining options available on site.
I went to soaring eagle casino to gamble for my 18th birthday, and everyone was so helpful setting me up and explaining me how to play. I had so much fun and highly recommend it
Too much smoke!!! After about 30 minutes my eyes felt like burning embers sucking the life out of my soul. I guess if you are a gambler it's worth the risk of lung cancer, but to go there for an event or dinner, it's not worth it.

Used to love this casino. Always had fun playing but the payouts have gone down hill. The machines are so tight lately you cant even hit a cherry to try and stay a float. Won't be back.
