Thankful for my weekend stay! Very nice of the gentlemen to carry up my luggage when I did not valet park. Very accommodating. Hope to have another stay at the resort.

I personally almost never go, but I live in town, so my perspective is probably pretty bad. Gambling is fine, and the drinks are pretty good.

Beautiful place, fun atmosphere.. but I never win here.. point blank

My visit was for a trade show pertaining to my line of work. Experience was enjoyable and the atmosphere was as well

Had a great time. The room was very nice. The Legend food was delicious.

Very nice casino, the smoke is hard to take, but other than that, loved it.

Place is always so clean! Disvovered the non smoking room tonight and that is where I will be from here on out! What a cool idea!!

We saw a show there and it was fun. I hated that they let people smoke everywhere... Even in the show area.

Be sure to keep enough money to be able to get home

Went up for our anniversary with friends and had a lot of fun. Food options were all excellent and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and overall had a great time.

What a racket. No fun. Most machine have up to 30 lines. No fun just rip off

We went to see an event. The room was not the best setup for a live event as it was impossible to see the stage if you were not in the front center section, but they did have leave screens up for the rest of the room.

The July 15 Weezer concert was the first time I have ever attended a concert at the Soaring Eagle. I really enjoyed myself. The parking was easy and cheap ($10 event parking that was 30 seconds away from the seating area) and traffic while exiting wasn't bad. As someone that lives in Mt. Pleasant, it was pretty nice to be home and in bed before I would've even left the parking lot at a place like DTE.

The staff working the event seemed professional. They seemed to bust a lot of people for standing in the entry/exit rows of the seated seats, and also busted people for livestreaming or recording large chunks of the concert. They seemed to give a lot of warnings too, so anyone willing to comply with the rules was allowed to stay.

Overall, it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to seeing Matchbox 20 in the fall.

Good casino but they really need to redo the points program, probably the worst I have seen.

Their machines are too tight and also at the beginning of the year they took most everything away I was getting $30 in food I was getting free rooms I getting gas gifts I don't get any of that stuff anymore so instead of driving 40 minutes I drive up to Little River and I get free rooms I could gifts and I can win money there or we just got back from spending three days up at Kewadin and Bay Mills I get free rooms at both places so we quit going to Soaring Eagle we just took some friends there that's the only reason we were there yesterday

A lot of smoke, but that's expected. Lots of table games which is a nice break from the slots. Good table-side drink service.

It was a good experience but came out with no winnings.

Love the atmosphere at Soaring Eagle! My only negative comment would be the Legends Diner. Bad experience with the food and service.

Definitely the worst pedicures here ever. Basically just trimmed my nails lotioned my feet and painted my toes. No scrubbing of the heels no warm towels no exfoliating or foot soaking longer than 1 minute. Save your money. How ever the massage was fabulous as well as the hotel and accommodations so I gave them a 4 star

Nice casino love playing the slots. Could have looser slots. Buffet good. Plenty of room to walk the whole casino.

Great food at the restaurants. The service is decent. The machines are kind of tight. But my wife and I absolutely love the day care service provided on property.

Every time we go to Soaring Eagle it's always a good time. Staff is usually very nice and accommodating. All around good time.

I had a great time. Plenty of machines. Comfortable seats. I was there for a show that i enjoyed comfortably. Decided to stay and play afterward. Im a non smoker and they had a non smoking area but because there were so many people there that also stayed after the show, it was overwhelmingly smoky.

I'd give this place 0 stars if they'd allow it. The buffet was horrible, steak was tough, chicken noodle casserole was runny, most of the food dried out and tough.

Concert venue is 2nd rate with a 3rd rate sound system that's in need of some upgrades. You can't see the stage from the back half of the venue cause the slope is so flat that you can see over the people. Need to raise the stage another 5 feet. The sound is horrible back there to. It's so muffled and quiet that you can carry on a normal conversation back there. In fact the guitars are so lost in the mix you forget your at a ROCK concert. Upgrade your cheap sound system. Saw Foreigner at DTE and even being on the lawn the sound there was 100x better.

Not sure why people keep supporting this venue. So many better options in Michigan.

The moment you walk in you know this place just feels right! It s excellently managed and it shows. Excellent food, staff and huge variety of games to choose. I found everything at Soaring Eagle to be an excellent experience you will too.

Great place to gamble and have a meal. Very large gaming area and 4 or 5 places to eat. I only wish I could win more often.

We booked an entertainment package and a play & stay package! I was surprising my husband for our anniversary! Whst a nightmare! The lady at the players club booth wouldn t allow me to get my premium play! Everyone including head of security and gaming commission said Durban to my bday being on a holiday I had renewed my license (never have before) online to make sure it was renewed for our stay! She still wouldn t mind you my bday is Christmas Day! She wouldn t allow it til I showed my birth certificate & ss card! Even though I had all the evidence on my email & screen shots! So we went home to find them and couldn t find my ss card! We got back at 7am. So they told us for all the issues we would have an upgrade for the entertainment night. So we didn t even get to stay in our room the first night. The stress of it caused my lupus to flare up and I was covered in hives from head to toe. Got super sick. I had to cancel my massage in the spa & we got to the boys to men shoe thinking it had a few songs left for saying they had only been an hr since the concert began! Nope ! I had taken a prescribed version of Benadryl and took them. So I slept and then tried to get ready!

We never received a refund as promised! I fact they charged us for 3 nights! We were only there for 2 days not 3! When my husband called they offered us a few things such as free nights in an upgraded room/suite, credits to use towards the spa, a feee entertainment package and tickets of our choice on 2 separate occasions! Also would give us premium play for this. As well as all the pay & plays for the entertainment package!

It s been nothing but a cluster F! We spent a lot of money in the casino during that stay! Thousands locked in our safe! We never got to sleep in our bed trying to figure out everything!

The person who offered us this never came around of sending anything to let us know they were fixing the situation!

I told myself I d never return again! As we get treated Amazingly at Greektown casino in Detroit! We would rather take our casino fun to Greektown from now on. Not only was it screwed up they didn t try to make up for it! Until this is fixed I d never go back again!

Great place, excellent service, and helpful employees. My personal problem with the casino is I spent to much money on slot machines, but other than that it's a wonderful place to have a great time and just relax.

Has everything you need. You can stay at the casino the entire time. They have good food, live events, lounges and of course all the gambling you can imagine. There's also a arcade for little ones.

My husband and I went to the Soaring Eagle Casino for a concert. The venue was cold (cold air blowing so hard it was burning my eyes) people around us were saying the same thing and some even going back out to their cars to get coats- the sound system would go from being really quiet to very loud- drinks were expensive (common for concerts unfortunately) overall not worth the $50 each that was paid for the tickets

Need to give better comps for all the money I put in them damn machines.

My friends and I went to the casino, and it was pretty cool.

Dealers were too inexperienced and slow in the poker room. They had 2 cashiers open on a Saturday night. Wasn't great.

I ENJOY MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND JUST HAVING A GOOD TIME.

We went to the Soaring Eagle to eat at the buffet. The employees are super nice and accommodating. The food was excellent, a wide range of choices, salad, soups, meats, potatoes, Chinese, and so on. Plus the desserts, yum!!!

Outstanding customer service. My hat's off to the valets and the front desk staff.

Its is a very well maintained place of buisness. Very friendly staff. The bartender was rude. Ofher then that really nice place

These machines are sort if like government. They suck you dry. Usually you play and some wins, not tonight. Not a thing

We don't gamble here much, but there restaurants are nice and they have a couple nice venues for concerts.

We went to Soaring Eagle for a Nickleback concert and it was a great venue, reasonable drink prices, and small enough to be intimate. Would go to another concert here!

Well I go to concert and park and go in,and come out to my car messed up,my front left bumper and turn signal out... Someone hit me and ran and security has no foutage at all and has stopped looking... What a joke cameras were turned the other way!!! But it's great if you want to worry about them serving drinks to people then they drink and drive and do a hit an run and get away with it!! All the time people drive out of there drinking and if something happened and someone got hurt there would have been no camera watching!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went their for an event... It was to see Jeff Dunham. It was well worth it I loved every minute of it.
