Not much for food and the machines were very tight. They should have all their losses back by the end of the week. The employees were great.

I had a wonderful time nice atmosphere people was hitting that was sitting around me but in the end I was able to get my money back. The police are everywhere going and coming there.

We had a good time at our meeting and then had some drinks and gambled a bit. The staff was very courteous!

I have been to two concerts with in the last two months and I would come again I think I would love to come and eat some time and maybe play some slot machines.

A place you can spend a few hours have some down time a decent meal not so much in the lunch bar in some of the higher in rooms are really nice

My first time there, we will be back,, had a blast, can't wait to take the kids to the waterpark

Soaring Eagle had table games, slots and bingo. Their slots pay out good and so does bingo. There is an arcade called Kid Zone that will watch your children while you are gaming. They have good food at reasonable prices. The hotel and hotel rooms are exquisite.

Sometimes you win. Sometimes you loose. Lots of slots to choose from.

Worse reservation staff ever!! If u have a prepaid credit card don't bother with these people. They won't accept them. Plus after they figure out you don't have a major credit card they threaten to hang up on you. Never been so disrespected trying to book a room in my life. At the end of the conversation I lost my cool and I feel terrible but the lady was so nasty. Now I have $400 loaded to my card for a room I was going to get for my Birthday. Can't get the cash off it and sitting here extremely upset over the whole thing. I have gone and stayed there many many times but I am never going back there again. I guess you gotta have $$$ to get in now......

Great place to go if you're in the Mt. Pleasant, MI area. Multiple food choices that are all amazing. Great staff. And they have another hotel with an indoor waterpark.

Checking into the hotel was a nightmare. They did not get my rates correct, and we're extremely rude, even when I came down with questions. The casino felt like a trap, lost a hundred bucks in an hour, drove an hour away to their other casino, saganing, and won all the money back. The only pleasant part about the whole experience was the checkout, which the lady was extremely professional. I don't know if the lady checking us in and answering our questions was having a bad day, but for what you pay for the rooms, they should be WAAAYYY more professional than they were. Hopefully this was a fluke, because I would love to go back and have a good time.

Gaming experience was wonderful. Excellent food and service at the Legends Restaurant.

Another hotel charging a "resort fee" aka scamming guests. Beware that you will be charged an additional $20 per night here for .... no reason at all. I've made it a point not to stay anywhere that charges these B.S. hidden fees and i recommend everyone do the same. That's the only way this scam will stop. For any hotel refusing to waive these fees, just book an airbnb instead.

The concert was very smooth getting out of the parking lot was easy

Very nice rooms, good indoor restaurants, fun gaming and gambling.

The hotel felt a little old. The casino was very smokey.

Very disappointing, then have gone down hill in the last couple years. The rewards program is horrible now. Probably just gonna start to go to the Detroit casinos, they are closer anyways.

Won $470, and that was fun! Huge selection of machines, bars, restaurants and fun!

Been spending lots of money and won nothing. Many of the other guest have indicated the same results. I am not going to donate any more money to machines that return nothing. So sad for all.

I absolutely love attending the concerts at Soaring Eagle Casino. The outside venue is well kept.

We went to shipshawan, the event was small, there was free samples. The food was good, the bathrooms were decent.

I'm really not too crazy about this place they took away the veterans room they only allow one room per year has to be on your birthday month. I think that will hurt their business. They've taken out a lot of the machines that we used to do OK on and replace them with newer machines That Really are hard to win

This casino has the friendliest dealers of anywhere I go, and the brand new poker room is top notch. Not only do they have a drink station with Chex Mix and mixed nuts, they also have FRESH DELICIOUS pizza and subs complimentary for anyone playing poker. The bars that are scattered throughout the casino have decent prices as well. Some people complain they don't pay out as well, but you shouldn't go to a casino EXPECTING to make money. You go there for the experience. And this place provides a great experience.

Rooms are nice. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The food at all the restaurants I've eaten at is mediocre at best. So very many old people. Brrrrrrrrr......

The location is convenient to get to and the facility itself is beautiful! Clean, well decorated and kept, with lavish taste. The casino is really fun there and all the service prompt, polite, and attentive. There are even some nice shops inside the building and a few options for restaurants at a range of prices and tastes. Definitely would recommend!

Nice and clean. Not over crowded. Got a room with 2 queen beds for $101 (casino club membership needed for that rate. Wednesday nights in new bar "Ascend" free comedy show!

Could loosen up the slots. Never seem to do very well here. Nice looking business and staff very helpful

I really enjoy staying and playing at the casino, but I have how they have changed the player club cards.

I m November I saw tickets were available for a show Theresa Caputo. I am seeing the show alone so I decided to treat myself to a seat up front. I thought the price was steep but was like ok I did get up front. Long story shorter...
I printed my ticket up the other day to see that I had downloaded a ticket with someone else s name and he was charged $85 ; I myself paid $217.50- that a $135 difference if you were wondering.
I contacted the Etix.com the ticket broker for Soaring Eagle shows and events.
They actually resold me an already sold ticket. Not what I was looking for. I would have never bought that ticket ....
I have contacted Soaring Eagle but still no call . So I figured I d warn anyone who reads reviews

First time in years, place was clean and beer was cold

I had a great time! of course I went midday on a Tuesday so the table limits were reasonable would rather go here than Detroit

We always have a great time, rarely win lol, but still nice to get away. The breakfast buffet is worth the price after a long night of fun! We attended a concert outside and it was a blast, really tight quarters, we were front and center which was great for viewing but for the price and how close we were to one another we would go the cheaper route and get Hill seats.

I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that had a jacuzzi that I enjoyed to the fullest! It was so very nice of the resort to do that for me. I have always had a good experience at the resort. Clean rooms, great food, and great casino fun and winning!! I'am there at least once a month sometimes twice. It's a great get a way and I will continue to visit Soaring Eagle ! Thank you again to the resort for a wonderful surprise!!

Nice place and I've been several times. However, they seem to over serve people on holiday weekends, and I'm talking like it's only 7pm and there's just too many drunk people at that point. Seems that regular weekends are good though. I recommend, the parking is decent and it's a nice place.

Beautiful Lobby! Had dinner at Lucky Restaurant(?) And the food was good and lots of it!! We went n seen Tim McGraw at their outdoor theater! Excellent show n venue!

I was not,impressed, though I won i had no fun the vibe was definitely off.

The staff was really friendly and the room was clean.

Nice theater and outside stage. Hill concert tickets are cheap but it's not a great view. I rarely won any money when I come. The rooms are very nice and it's worth getting a whirlpool in your suite. The only issue we had staying the night was the at 8 AM room service came to clean our room and woke us up. Nice place overall and I'd stay there again.

I have worked in the slot department at soaring eagle casino and resort for 22yrs. I feel we have great guest service and would suggest my friend and family come join the fun. The food is very good at our newest bar/restaurant Ascend. Located in beautiful Central Michigan.

This past weekend my wife, myself, and another married couple we re close friends with visited your establishment for the first time in ten plus years. We are all very frequent gamblers who go on multiple trips a year wether it be to Las Vegas, other Michigan casinos or our local Metro Detroit Casino. In all these trips, we have never been treated with such utter disrespect and outright rudeness than we did Saturday night. We were paying guest of the hotel, usually play relatively high stakes with gaming $4,000-$5,000 in a 24 hour stay. Our wives decided to play Let it Ride to start the evening, they like to pool $400-$500 and take turns sitting at the same seat while myself and other husband play higher stakes One dealer, Judy, became extremely rude and sarcastic with both of them. All previous dealers had no issue with this, but as soon as Judy came to the table she was rude, quiet, and sarcastic all at once if that paints a picture. My wife simply stated she was going to switch out and let the other guest play, Judy said no, and my wife stated oh, Im sorry they didn t have an issue earlier or at our home casinos. Judy s response was let me find a sign, oh wait, we re not at your home casino, this is Soaring Eagle . My wife, extremely embarrased, got up to avoid even more embarrasment or disrespect. As paying customers, paying for hotel stay, playing all night long, I just thought this was completely unacceptable. If the drive would have been closer (2.5 hours), we would have immediately left. This email comes on the encouragement of the pitboss. I pray this is an isolated incedent with the dealer Judy, but from the words of other players at the table it may not be.

Like Casino lay out, sort of a big circle, makes it easier to find others and give others your location.

Here for our Anniversary. We will be back next year. Very friendly. And Slots are really loose. Give it 10 Stars
