Ive only been there once but it was nice. I will say they give the best fireworks show ive ever seen.

I was here for the outdoor concert series and it was a really good time. The venue is set up really well, at least in the seating section. They have a grass hill, and it looked okay, but I probably wouldn't want to sit there. The sound was awesome, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Never been here before but I would definitely come back here for another concert.

Very clean establishment. Well kept bar and bathrooms and enough ashtrays to lose and find a new one every 3 seconds. Only thing I would change is the payout rate on the slot machines :)

Service & people are great. Stick to card games or lose your money though!

Very nice place. We were not happy about the jets not working in the hot tub and kids out of control in adult pool area. We stayed in room 179 and the room was very clean and set up nicely.

It's a fun place to spend the day. The staff is always nice and helpful.

We visited Soaring Eagle to gamble. The front entrance is all tore up but valet may still be operational. The casino seemed to be flawless, staff constantly cleaning and tidying up. They had phenomenal beer specials... $1.25 PBR's! Can't really comment on the odds because those won't really change.

Really well kept up and staff is incredibly friendly. Only spent a couple hours there but still had fun.

Room heating was broken it was either to hot or to cold, everything else was alright.

Shrimp at bar changed and portions got smaller. Oh..plus room service way to expensive!!

Not as much fun as it used to be. Very hard to take in $100.00 and win enough to stay a couple hours.

I loved our room. Had a great massage and facial. I wish they would get new slots. All and all, wonderful time.

Beautiful inside, nice water features the lights aren't overwhelming like most casino's. Even with all the people smoking the place didn't have an overwhelming smell of it. It was a second Casino I've ever taken my wife to and she absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back.

Booked 4 rooms in March for July and asked for first floor patio. But said most important was that they were close together. Checked in today and not one room is anywhere near another. This happens all the time - we come every year and have this problem every time. UPDATE: Booked 3 bedroom suite at The Retreat (was Greentree Suites but Soaring Eagle bought and updated them) in May of this year. And they did it AGAIN...all 3 of us called and were assured we had the 3 bedroom suite. But when we checked in we had a 2 bedroom suite and the other couple was not even near us! I guess they'll keep doing it cause they can. But beware! You will probably not get what you book!

Went to a concert at the outdoor concert area. Excellent place to see a concert. Seems like they are getting bigger artists all the time.

My son loves the area for child care that you pay for them to watch your kids. There is allot for kids to do, it's huge. It's nice that they give comp points and you can use them to buy things in the gift store and food even though both are over priced. It's nice when they give a free room during the week

Over priced, calamari that was over cooked, and looked like it came out of frozen package, a good and tender prime rib but 10 dollars to high. Whipped garlic potatoes very tasty but seemed premade. Carrot soup that was pretty to look at but to carroty.

Ate at legends diner. The food was excellent, and the service was good, but the floor and walls were filthy. That's probably why thy lost there 5 star rating.

Staff was friendly. Took the kids to the arcade and they had great offers

Great food, good prices, outstanding fun when you're winning. Started off the Year great still working with the casinos money. Rooms were pricey but it was nice to stay at the casino.

Great..but too much smoking. For a non smoker it was too much

I win 98% of the time at this beautiful resort. The food is excellent and the atomosphere is warm and inviting. A must visit if you're in Michigan

It s fun. It is being renovated and gaining new technology. Extremely wide selection of slots. Pick your poison!! Table games are okay and usually interactive. Some slots are oddly placed and almost literally out of view..UNLESS..you have the EAGLE ACCESS app. You can view all their slots on a map in app. Some slots no longer available. Jigs not up. Again, pick your poison, there is something for everyone.
The EAGLE ACCESS app offers rewards, fun objectives, plenty of messages, and incentives to log on at random times in the day. App does need an update to keep up with IOS speed and accessibility. I have faith that it will.

Food: no buffets please.

Hotel is accommodating and comfortable, clean. Nice pool, nice outdoor whirlpool and fire place seating.

It was a great place. Lost some money but it was a great environment.

We had a lot of fun! The slots are fun to play and they don't seem too rigged against you like some casinos. We stayed in the hotel with the larger hut tub. It was very nice. The staff was professional and friendly. I would recommend!

The Matchbox Twenty concert was amazing. We haven't yet had a chance to enjoy the casino or resort. More review to come.

Have gone here mostly for gambling. I have never stayed in the hotel. The buffet is pretty good. I would suggest going for the buy 1 get 1 free day

Never ever again. Players club would not issue replacement card with same exact id I used when I walked into the casino. Save your money.

This is an awesome casino. I ve been here a few times but I was just recently there to buy concert tickets. This will be a new & fun experience because I ve never seen a concert there before.

The concert was great but the room was dirty. To busy to report when we got in. And was compensated nothing once we did report.

Really good competitive prices for drinks. I did not like how easily the cards are demagnetized. It didn't make sense to see people going to get them reset multiple times a day. Had fun. Want to go back

It's a great get away..even though I always lose..I have fun cause I set a limit.

My wife and I enjoyed the buffet and we gambled a bit. Wish they had more $5 blackjack tables.

I've been going to this place for a long time and it just gets better.

RV park said you can use the hotel pool but it's only the one at the water park, so good luck getting in there the place is always packed.

Going through some major renovation at this time but still a wonderful place to visit.

I got a spa tub room for my birthday that was kind of... Blah. Stain on the floor. Other then that, room was okay. Concerts are pretty good in the summer.
