Hotel is under construction. Major hassle. The drinks are really cheap. The casino is very smokey. Nobody seems to be happy here. Craps tables are nice. Restaurants are decent.

Always have a great time. Staff are very friendly and informative. Food is good. Restrooms are already clean that is a big plus for me.

Outdoor concert was nice! Casino was clean and everyone was friendly!! Would definitely come back!

Customer service at the deli was horrible. The prime rib sandwich lady totally skipped me and started to wait on people behind me. Pizza station needs more than 1 kind of pizza. We did well on the floor but customer service was terrible.

This was my first casino experience in my life and i was absolutely amazing! All the staf was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Everything was clean, organized, and constantly taken care of. My wife and i had planned on getting a room for the night, however they were completely booked so we spent all night ~10pm- 1pm on the floor hitting the slots up. It was a long night/morning but extremely worth it. We are already planning a second trip( with a room this time, lol) for our anniversary in February! Wish i could give more than 5 stars to be honest.

Do not eat at Legend...Very, very poor service and rude waitress. H.Amon needs more training.

Not Vegas level quality. But clean enough and a decent selection of entertainment.

My wife an I have been here several times for shows. The casino is nice except for the smoking. After an hour and a half show I race out to breath fresh air again. I really don t get the smoking thing because there are so few people actually smoking that the are just alienating the majority of the people in the casino. I would spend more time if they change it to non smoking.

Didnt like the drive or losing but over all it was awesome. And wi) be coming again.

I enjoyed a nice cigar and watched the Golden State and Houston Bball game.

Resort is going through some remodeling. No real impact to guests.

Very nice area, everything is well kept. Theres a few pokestops and gyms there for Pokemon Go, so thats cool!

I was here on business... quick in and out. Can't wait to come back to chill! The rooms are lovely!

On my first visit, Brittney and Scott at the restaurant (counter) were amazing to say the least . They made certain that my fiance and I had the best meal. It is because of people like them that make a place memorable. Thank you Brittney and Scott .
On my second visit which was not even a week later because I enjoyed myself so much my first ever visit. Soaring Eagle has such wonderful uplifting people working at their establishment. Good job from the human resources department.. it made all the difference in the world.
On the second visit at the restaurant (counter) I wanted sausage gravy and biscuits and Darcia made certain that it tasted phenomenal. It was sooo good. Thank you Darcia for being such a good cook. Felicia, Brittany, Darcia and Scott are by far such valuable employees. They deserve some type of accommodation or at least recognition of their customer service capabilities because they all were AWESOME to say the least. It is because of people like them that will keep me coming back to Soaring Eagle. 5 !!!!

I went they were selling beds to public I drive 1 hour to get there and they said no public can purchase but didnt advertise that Nywhere I really needed a bed a drove all the way for nothing. Sandwich was good. I got deep tissue massage but the lady barely put pressure disappointed in the massage I was expecting it to be deep but it wasn't. Was my first time here and very very disappointed I am a veteran and was in need of relaxation but everything I went for didnt turn out..hopefully they'll offer some sort of reimbursement but I doubt it... since I'm not a tribal member. Very disappointed

It is a nice casino everyone win when we go besides me I am unlucky..... Lol

This just happens to be the only casino in Michigan that allows 18+. Otherwise we would have gone elsewhere, it wasn't bad but there's nothing else to do if you don't like gambling. No bars with a DJ, no bands inside, not even music playing anywhere. Staff was great, very pleasant and accommodating.

Came from Holland Mi for a get away. Nothing special. Won alittle gave alot. Will come back but not spend money on staying the weekend.

I had a blast! I was learning a new poker game criss-cross. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. I was very happy it was open and could get out.

They make you wear masks the whole time you're inside. You have to smoke outside but even that is ok just so that everyone can still have some fun stuff to do

Great fun atmosphere. Rooms are nice. Food options are good. Pool area is very nice.

So much fun. You can eat all kinds of different foods, swim, spa, water park, gamble, use the valet. Most everyone is friendly and will greet you with a smile

Casinos in gerrnal are awful hut this one is nice very good ventelation for smoking and you only have to be 18

Its close to home and my boyfriend won 2,500 on slots last year. Fun place.

The Soaring Eagle was wonderful brought my wife here for her birthday we enjoyed the whole time and everything was great the pool the room was excellent we enjoy the casino and the restaurants inside thank you again we will be coming back

Great place! Much more to do than just gamble. We went to a comedy show here. Valet parking was great, and so was the staff.

Fun and exciting. Plenty to do, eat, drink, shop, and play.

I love that the non-smoking section is in its own room with a separate entrance and drink station. I would live it even more bbn if I ever won!

Huge, beautiful casino, but the machines are just wound too tight to actually win very often. Also, I forgot that it's not smoke free.

9/19 in writing this, I know that establishments aren't required to offer free WiFi, but the reason people visit casinos is because they plan to dump money at this business. As we were told by an employee, the Wi-Fi offers spotty coverage on a good day (she meant a day without a zillion visitors there). We were there on a night of a sold out concert, there was NO Wi-Fi signal. With as much money as this casino makes, I wish they would bring the Wi-Fi up to snuff.

Very fun, staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are ok. Would be nice to have a spare blanket and pillow available in the closet. Beds are a little firm but that's all personal preference.

Went to see impractical jokers, had a good time, casino is well maintained and very clean, after the show the tables had 10 dollar buy ins which made it all the better, only casino I will be going to from now on

I would have gave 5 star but the burger I had was not that great. Now maybe the other food is delicious I would have 2 try something else next time. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great also we had a blast last night. I will definitely b coming back wit my family and friends this is a great place to visit so people when I say they got everything for u an the kiddie I mean everything from game room to swimming pool for the kids love this place I will b coming back real soon.

Walls are really thin. I could hear the gentleman going pee next door. Toilet paper holder was detached from wall. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Unit was clean and wedding/reception hall was great!

It's a casino, what else is to say. Some good concerts, gambling, food and drink.

Great concert with Counting Crowd and Matchbox 20 the other night. We've also seen Lionel Richie here this summer. The outdoor venue for concerts is great as well as indoors.

Went to the outside venue for a concert. It was a great time but is weather dependent as there is no shelter. The restaurants are nice and not overly pricey with quality food. Didn't win any big jackpots but played for several hours without losing money. The Hero club is great for veterans and includes nice perks.

It's ok was winning pretty good then you could tell the machines knew when to stop the luck only go once in a blue moon. It's a nice place

I've only been for events, not the casino. I enjoy myself, no matter how close or far we are. Good sound quality. I'm not a smoker so that was the draw back to walking through the casino. Maybe I'll go to play 1 day.

We ate at legends, it did take a while to be seated but once we we're we had exemplary service, and the food was really good. We got to sit in a quiet booth and really enjoyed our experience.

I had a great time playing slots before going to have a smoothie and a snack. The service was great, and the food was even better. I stopped into the Lilly lounge for dinner and had an AMAZING dinner, served by a friendly and efficient server. It was an all around great visit.

Had to complain in there service. Not very friendly at the roulette table.
