Fun place. Dealers are friendly. Games are fun. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because its hard to find a seat at blackjack tables, especially the lower limit ones.

I mainly attended the performance outside. The performance was great with great food at reasonable prices. There was too long of a wait inside to eat at one of the restaurants. The bathrooms were easy to find and clean.

The staff was very helpful and nice i had a good time.

I don't usually gamble but i had fun, will have you go back to check out the arcade.

Buffet not the greatest but casino is clean and machines are updated.

Very nice casino for not being in Vegas. They have a couple upscale restaurants all the way to a deli and a coffee shop. The staff is very friendly. The only thing i didnt like is their snacks in the deli are overly expensive because that's a good place where people can spend their comps. Nice rooms.

Room we had was excellent - comfy bed, large room and bath - large double shower.

Our last visit we were unable to stay on site due to the last minute travel plans.

We had a very good time anyway. Great fun and food.

I picked a slot for the wife to play which was multi denomination and I chose the $1 denom. 5 line 12X's pay. She hit on spin number 5. It was her biggest win. See the photo.

The reason for this post may seem petty but.. I wanted to review the cafeteria which serves chicken salad sandwiches. It has been a few years since I ve ordered a chicken salad sandwich and they used to be very generous with the meat. Not only have the prices gone up (which granted- that s expected) but the truly disappointing part is the price for what you pay for now. I ordered a sandwich yesterday for 7.95 for a whole and wow... the amount of meat in it was miserable. The whole sandwich didn t even fill me up. They must not even put HALF the meat in it that they used to. If you re going to charge $8 for a sandwich, it should at least sort of fill you up. I was still hungry after eating the whole thing.

Hotel was lovely and so clean. Casino slots were tight. Restaurants Isabella and the steakhouse excellent.

Machines are real tight on giving free games! Far and few in between. I loved the cash wheel (?) With quick hits that was in non-smoking, not there any longer! Ughh!

I called a couple of days ago to book a room at the casino hotel and talked to Darlene in Reservations. She was awesome and truly a pleasure to deal with!! She was so helpful and is a perfect example of how to treat a guest. I've never had so much fun booking a room. Thank you so much Darlene and I will be booking more rooms in the future.

I always liked this casino until I won a 1000 dollar jackpot and they took away my promo money and my food vouchers and my free room. they won't be seeing me or my family ever again

Beautiful view from super clean updated room. Extremely delicious dinner with very courteous staff. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

It's alright. Light on blackjack tables in favor of gimmick games, but to each his own. It's smokey, which sucks, but that's a casino for ya.

Went up north to soaring eagle for the day with my girlfriend. Ended up losing a decent amount but we came with money to lose so big deal there. Food at the diner was alright did not expect much. Overall a good experience.

The staff at the casino spa and hotel we're very friendly.

The Spa's exactly what you would expect for a day of pampering. Received the athletic massage in the facial which were both wonderful. Also enjoyed the wet sauna in there Spa which I would rate is five stars. Compared to the hotel it is very modern and luxurious.

The casino is small but has all the games you'd want to play. Many updated and modern slots. The downside to this casino is that smoking is openly allowed on the game floor. I did not notice smoking anywhere else in the hotel.

They do have a brand new sports bar in the back of the. It is modern and new and they often have live music or DJs.

The reason it is not five stars is that it was under some construction in the rooms are a little bit dated. Also, one of my big pet peeves is that when I want plug in my phone I don't want to have to unplug something else. And that's what I had to do if I wanted to plug my phone in near my bed. An easy fix would be to upgrade the lamps on the nightstand with a plug in the base or USB in the base.

I feel like the food has gotten better, so that's a plus. They are always kind to us/our organization, and the rooms are better than any other casino - hotel outside of Detroit.

Beautiful rooms, I was lucky enough to have a nice view of the center courtyard. The building is large enough to accommodate a large number of people, though built in a way to make it still feel cozy while still having a classic casino feel

stayed at the hotel And Mount Pleasant Michigan. I stayed in a suite and it was really nice.The customer service was good.

Went there for New Year's Eve but quickly ran out of things to do if you're not into gambling or have tickets to the New Year's Eve party. Very good places to eat I actually was employed there myself a few years ago but it seems like they do too many overhauls of their system. They have changed their cards and points system way too many times.

No drink stations or servers, very few slots, poorly setup, poor payouts

Everything about Soaring Eagle was great besides (ironically) the casino itself! Main floor of casino you're allowed to smoke so if you have breathing issues or children don't bother coming! Just to get to the non-smoking casino room you have to pass through the smoke filled main casino floor, which is ridiculous for those with breathing issues. Their casino access card is also finicky and I had to wait in an hour long line to get a new card twice! Food is alright too but the service is beyond slow. Luckily the staff and the hotel room were fantastic and salvaged at least some of my trip.

Super expensive but workers are all very curtious. They handle large crowds very well. Fun for events indoor and out. Food places are hit and miss on how good they are.

Fireplace didn't work right away but they fixed it. Food was great. Bed was comfortable. Pool/spa was really nice. Overall layout of the casino was nice and clean.

Great food and rooms are excellent wish we got tickets for shows that would be even better when coming to gamble.

We visited the Buffet and had a great time, as well as the arcade.

Quality hotel and resort. All sorts of activities and events made the stay enjoyable.

Went here on 7-14-2018 for my 21st bday and we found bed bugs in our hotel room at midnight! We didn t even get our full refund or a free night stay or anything! We then had to find a place to stay at 1 am because the manager took like 45 min. To get everything together! It was very irritating and ruined some of our plans for my bday...

Well run event. Lots of staff available for questions. Sound system very good.

Buy one get one free buffet on Tuesdays, which just happened to be Christmas! Was pretty good food, had fun playing slots, even though mostly lost.

Best casino in Michigan. Centrally located. Great accommodations, restaurants, and friendly staff. Makes a good getaway without traveling far.
They really take good care of our Veterans too.

Ummmm. Social Security checks blown. Just take the money flush it down the toilet. That's the gambling side. Room is sick Jacuzzi in bedroom.

I came here for a wedding and I had a great time. I went and had a hot fudge sundae at 3am and it was amazing. 5/5.

Great casino... used to frequent here when I was a student at Ferris State University. Lot of sleepless nights spent at their poker table. Good times & bad times.

While I was glad to see a lot of changes to streamline service, I was a little disappointed that the cigars we're gone from the gift shop. However, the room for collosalcon was well put together, clean, and staff were friendly and hospitable with what few questions I had. Definitely more family friendly than it used to be, the arcade has since been updated and is slightly more modern now.

The location is very convenient, just minutes away from shopping etc. Also rooms are very clean and nice but very dry, need better air circulation. Service is alright, very busy place and not enough workers

Went to auroa buffet. I was not disappointed. The dessert bar is amazing. Chocolate fountain!!!

Fun for all. We stayed at the resort and ton the kids to the water park and arcade. Thanks for supporting military too.

Very good if you want to gamble(tables and hundreds of different types gambling machines), eat(small quick food diner, buffet, larger speciality diners), relax( rooms, spa, pool, large fire place ), even convention hall

The machines in the no smoking area are old and barely work. The payouts suck and not worth the money. Not satisfied.

Love this resort everything is so organized and clean. My only complaint is it is a smoking casino and I prefer non smoking.

The gambling areas, restrooms and other facilities are always clean and excellently maintained. Staff are courteous and quick to provide assistance. Everytime we go we have a great time. Now if only the slot machines would pay out more often......lol

Machines are still tight. The rooms need to be updated. But, still enjoyed my night away.

This use to be a fun place to go. Now its extremely expensive and the casino area is always so loud, they have the machines turned up way to high for the music part but EXTREMELY LOW, LOW, LOW, for any payouts. I believe that they have the lowest comp earnings in all of Michigan. This place just got to greedy, and has no care for its patrons. I would not recommend going here.

Drinks are cheap. The room wasn't exactly worth the money but was worth it to be in the casino. Friendly staff.
