My friend and I went to the casino for the first time and thought it was so cool! Besides the overwhelming smell of smoke, we had a lot of fun. Would definitely go back and would love to stay at the resort we've heard its really nice.

We ate at Isabella's restaurant and the food was good but our service was only okay. The waitress didn't seem super intersted in what was going on and had a hard time answering a few of our questions about different dishes. We didn't spend much time in the casino as we decided it was way too smokey for us. The bathroom (ladies room) was clean when i used it.

Everything was fine until I went to get my car from the valet. They brought the wrong car out to me and insisted it was mine. After 45 minutes in the very cold today, they brought (found mine) to me. I realize this can happen, but they could have at least gave me a $10 food voucher for next time for my troubles. My mother, who is 82, sat in the warming house this whole time. Plus, I lost, so it did not make for a good day. Other then that, I do love the casino.

I never win big, but Soaring Eagle is definitely the HIGHLIGHT of Mount Pleasant. Awesome setting with the two different areas of games such as the main floor and slots palace. The hotel and concert venues were also fun and well organized. The staff is very friendly and works hard it seems like. There's a lot to experience with Soaring Eagle that I'm ready to discover. Looking forward to the next trip.

Too much smoke for me! I am sure it would still be a popular place if it were a non smoking casino. Couldn't you make a certain area a non smoking place for the smokers. Even the elevator ride had a gentleman with a lit cigarette in it. As someone already with Cancer, that is not good for me!

My wife and I went to the Keith Urban concert last night who put on an amazing show, he is a fantastic artists and was great about engaging the crowd. We honestly had a blast during the concert. My complaints come before and and after the concert.

We didn't realize that you couldn't bring camp chairs into the concert, walking through the parking lot a lot of people had them so we grabbed ours, after going into the casino and asking how to get to the concert area carrying the chairs, getting on the shuttle and talking to the driver, and passing countless staff it wasn't until we got back by the parked motor coaches that an extremely rude red headed female security guard approached us and told us chairs were not aloud and we could either take them back to our car or throw them away. The kicker to this is once we were in the concert area after I hiked back to my car... there were people with chairs and using them.

During the concert even though there is a no smoking policy people were smoking all around us right in front of security and they did nothing about it.

After the concert security funneled everyone out through the one entrance like cattle all the way back into the casino through two double doors, at one point some concert goers got smart and knocked over the barricade and started walking around the building as opposed to through the gaming floor. Security was freaking out because they lost control of the crowd, they were running back and forth yelling at each other trying to figure out how to stop the flood of people that were going that way... basically completely inept and unprofessional.

So once they funneled everyone into the middle of the gaming floor I witnessed security giving the mother of a minor a hard time for being on the gaming floor... right by the door we had all just been forced through because they gave us no other choices as a means of egress. So after forcing parents to walk their children through slot machines and gaming tables, security was harassing the parents to boot. There was also no clear exit to the front of the building once stuck in the middle of all the slot machines, which I'm sure is done for a reason however when you have a 2 hour drive to get home and all you want to do is get on the road, it is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Honestly I think two monkeys could have came up with a better plan than what their staff had in place.

My last complaint is the traffic. It took nearly an hour for us to get out of the parking lot and it was a free for all. From the lot I was parked in, near C14 there was only one exit which happened to be the only exit for the rest of the casino. Instead of having people controlling the traffic and allowing blocks of cars to go and keep traffic flowing there wasn't a single staff person in sight and the only way to get into the stream of traffic was to just cut someone off unless someone was nice enough to let you in. This is a flaw in both traffic control and design of the parking lots.

I have been to a lot of major sporting events and concerts at a variety of venues and this was by far the worst as far as how inept the security was, how poorly laid out the plan of getting people out in a timely manner after the event, and the overall attitude of staff. My wife and I had when arriving thought it would be fun to go to both the Toby Keith concert and make a weekend trip out of coming to the casino in the future... you can now rest assured that no artist is worth putting up with the shortcomings of this facility and it's staff, and as a matter of principle we have no intention of spending any of our hard earned money at this facility.

One of my favorite places to go. If you love to gamble and be in a fun atmosphere this is the place for you! I always have a good time when Im at Soaring Eagle. I always stay at the casino and not the waterpark (no young kids) but there is a free shuttle that will drive you to and from each hotel. The rooms are very nice, and reasonably priced. The gambling age is 18 since it is on a Native American reservation. Whether you need a place to stay because you are visiting someone at Central Michigan University, or just going for a fun get away, I would recommend Soaring Eagle to anyone. If you gamble, who knows you might end up with a nice chunk of change in your pocket before the weekend ends.

I expected the rooms to be a lot nicer. They smelt like smoke, the bathroom sink smelt like sewage and not very cheap for the conditions. I'd rather stay at the Hampton down the street, much nicer and cheaper.

It's a casino so expect the regular gaming fair. Also they still allow smoking indoors, I assume because it is on Reservation land, and it is thick in the hallways as well. Just to be forwarned and informing if you are a smoker.

Lost some money at the casino which is to be expected but had dinner at one of the restaurants and it left much to be desired. Staff was very friendly but everything took so long from being seated, about 30 mins to get drinks after seated, food sat and got cold and wasn't very good. Experience was OK.

I love this place! Excellent casino with a nice variety of places to eat. Cyber Quest is a nice place for kids 12 and under. Very nice hotel rooms and there is always great entertainment. If you're a Veteran there is no place I have ever been around the country that will treat you with such respect. The give you a hero card with spectacular benefits.

Went for a couple hours to play slots. Very easy to lose money playing slots and this visit was no expectation. I did appreciate the shuttle service to the other Soaring Eagle hotels so I didn't have to drive and find parking.

A wonderful facility. I was there for a conference and the meeting accommodations were great. The coffee was weaker than Superman sitting on a lump of Kriptonite. The coffee shop is better but McDonald's has better joe.

Really don't care for this casino. Probably because I didn't come close to winning anything. Service was slow on drinks and didn't have slots that I usually play like at MGM. Haven't visited for several years ,but we were in the area so we went there. Will avoid it in future. Prefer Turtle Creek up that way.

July 14th 2018, as the casino is under construction currently, I noticed as we entered it smells like carpet cleaner. Which later I realized it was much more. I got a severe headache, nausa and dizziness and blurred vision. It did not dawn on me until this morning that it was from chemicals being used for the work of construction throughout the casino. Beware if you have any issues,. Really put a damper on our day I normally enjoy this casino. This is the first time that I have been in a place under construction and be affected this badly. So be aware of the potential of a bad reaction. Very upsetting. Warning signs should be placed. Mold (whatever if any toxic chemicals).

I come here all the time. Because of the players card I get free rooms. Last visit they upgraded my room for free. The restaurants are all good. However their steak house on the gambling floor is heavily over priced

Visit was great!! Just have one suggestion. Need more signs in hotel lobby area with signs pointing the direction of restaurants, store, pool etc since its laid out so big it seems like signs would be helpful. Only complaint is someone was pushing our door bell at 7: 23 am. When you are gambling until 3 am 7:23 is too early. Otherwise. Enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at your facility. Thank you.

The hotel portion is nice and clean. The facilities are bit dated like the washroom had a soap bar and no body wash. Found it strange.
The casino is and restaurants are good and we tried buffet and was decent.
The only complaint as suggested by others smoking. Too many smokers and if Young people and kids are expected they should try to reduce smokers. Right now non smoking section is right next to smoking and no one bothers about it. The also makes the dining experience horrible.

It seemed the majority of the slot machines were older, compared to the Casinos in Detroit. I also felt like the machines just took your money and didn't give you time to play and have fun. Out of $400.00 we spent, the largest pay out was $27.00. Not enough fun and themed machines!

Had a very enjoyable time. Played bingo and then hit the slots. The bingo employees were sooooo nice and thoughtful. The casino employees kept everything so clean. They deserve a 5 star rating.
