The Casino itself is fun and the amenities are great....just wish Starbucks was inside....but we came tonight for the Dane Cook show, which was awesome, but the only thing I didnt like was originally i thought it would be more theatrical setting...but instead felt more like a lecture hall. Couldnt see Dane hardly at all and no place to put beverages. So, like I said, casino is good but need something better for audiences

Always good fun. A dedicated nonsmoking section in the works which should be great. Environment is awesome

We had to move rooms two times. The third room was better. Other than that it was good time.

They have stopped sending mail offers although my wife gets them. Last year I wagered more - why do I no longer get offers?

Staff are always pleasant, rooms are always beautiful, comfortable and clean. We had a problem with our blower on our heater in our suite stopping this time and they repaired it within a half hour and gave us a nice discount on the room due to the inconvenience. The casino isn't very populated, so it's not hard to find machines to play (and hit jackpots!) and you're not sitting on top of a bunch of people like it is at the Detroit casinos. The food is also really well prepared and reasonably priced.

Soaring eagle has a ton of options and things to do. The only bad thing about it is you'll stink horribly of smoke from just walking inside.

This is the only casino I actually win at. They offer great entertainment besides gaming too. Parking is not bad either.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful room, very romantic stay. Service was outstanding throughout the entire hotel and casino. The Aurora Buffet was amazing. All an all the best stay anywhere ever.

Like the slot machines, too bad bonuses are far and few between. Most games you spend more than $20 before you get a bonus. Their rewards are a joke.

Clean rooms, lots of activities for the whole family. Plenty of great restaurants.

Paid $300 for a room for 4 adults... Get pur swim suits on.. And guess what!? Pool was shut down. Never received notice prior to getting to the pool doors. They could have had it posted on website when i reserved. Or AT LEAST when we checked in.
Also, casino wasn't great... Poor ventilation. Came back to the room clothes smelled like smoke. Just stunk for us non-smokers probably wont go back for awhile, if ever. Definitely not for $300.

Great place to blow off a few hours. No comped drinks though. Also smokier tham hell. You will stink when you leave.

I attended a concert in the outdoor arena! I attend many! I love it here

Very smoky so if you have any lung issues I do not recommend going here.

280 dollar room .look out the window to see many dumpster, then turn on the hot tube the cold water valve broke spraying water every where. I will never go back.

Facilities are well maintained and the staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Lots of dining choices, from economical to extravagant. Definitely will come back next year.

Food and entertainment could be a lot better for how much money you throw away there

Anyways fun to go and blow some money and occasionally win some money. The dealers at the tables are always really nice and helpful.

Everyone at this casino were the nicest ,politest, most helpful people I have ever encountered at a casino. Management deserves kudos because they sure did hire nice people

We spent about three hours there, I thought I had a $10 meal credit, but couldn't get it, we paid full price for lunch buffet. The food was very poor, the chicken was very hard crust and the meat was dry and red in places. The red potatoes were cold and couldn't believe I found an eyelash on them, I think this was the last time we eat there.

Great customer service all around. From the players club, to the buffet, to the tables and the fine dining. This is by far a top tier casino in Michigan. The property is always improving adding outdoor arenas, new resort locations and the like. Never have to wait for most games, and the staff is always there to help.

I stopped in there because I was near there for work. They keep it very clean in there and seem to be very accommodating.

Not the first time I've been there, not the last either.

Casino is very nice with multiple locations inside the building to eat. There are quite a few bars as well scattered throughout the Casino. We went to a comedy event and got rained out but the hotel was gracious enough to refund our money. Overall good experience I would definitely go again.

Payouts are nothing like it use to. The players club card doesn't give what it is to

Very comfortable rooms. Jacuzzi tub in the room was huge. Outdoor concert was amazing. It had great acoustics. One of the best sounding performances I've heard in a long time. The steakhouse was soooooo good. The dirty vodka martinis were very flavorful. Lots of casino games. Had an amazing time!

So glad the Aurora buffet brought back their seafood buffet. Endless crab legs!

*BROWN WATER CAME OUT OF FAUCET*
I have been coming here just about every other month with my family for close to 5 years (no exaggeration) and each time the service gets progressively worse. With the construction going on right now it s not worth staying there, even if it s a free room. Upon arrival this week we had 3 consecutive negative interactions with the staff at the front desk, the deli, and at Isabellas. Being a long time patron and having spent tens of thousands of dollars here we have seen firsthand the decline in service, amenities, and perks/payouts. Soaring Eagle used to be the family trip we looked forward to- they used to have an amazing reward/points system, great food and spa, plentiful and significant wins, great concerts, beloved staff/servers we d ask for by name. Now going to Soaring Eagle feels like a task- deal with the dreadful staff, navigate around scaffolding and dust from the construction that s been going on for years now and isn t expected to finish until 2022, hope you win something, and try make a memorable experience for yourself because it is very apparent this is no longer a world class resort. THE MORNING WE CHECKED OUT 2/26/2020 BROWN WATER BEGAN COMING OUT OF THE FAUCET, I WAS EXTREMELY CONCERNED BECAUSE I HAD JUST DRANK OUT OF THE FAUCET, AFTER TELLING THE STAFF ABOUT IT THEY SIMPLY STATED WE LL SEND SOMEONE UP. Having a background in property management I was disturbed that they didn t treat this as a bigger issue (perhaps it s a common occurrence they try to downplay) After our most recent visit we re finally convinced that Soaring Eagle has peaked and that not much more can be done to improve their decrepit infrastructure. I only hope they can become profitable again so they don t have to pass their construction costs on to the gamblers.

The Soaring Eagle is convenient to get to. The staff are friendly, it is busy during events. We didn't stay overnight. We went for Shipshewana on the road.

Have come to gamble a little, but mostly to see shows. I prefer the outside venue. Even the "bad seats" are still pretty good seats. If I am eating I like the buffet. A little something for everyone!

It's good place to be if you've got time and money to waste.

My son and I went there for a show and we were very impressed!

The rooms were nice and clean, big comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful! Had a wonderful overnight stay!

I always have fun there,I wouldn't go if I didn't!! Lol lol. I see only one fault with Soaring Eagle, and that's the price of their Buffet, which I thought was a little too pricey!!! But, food for thought though!! If people didn't waste food the prices wouldn't be so high!!!!!! And that can pertain to anything in life!!!

Nicely remodeled and extra parking with new structure. Nice rooms literally brand new. Casino loterally blows in trrms of winnings but hey who expects to actually walk out of the casino ahead?

Went to eat at the auora buffet. Line was long but moved fast. Good food

Room charge was for 250.00 pernight. Room smelled, there were just heavy sheets on both the queen beds. The room was very okd and there were normal tv chanels that were not vuable due to the casino not paying. The beds were ripped and very uncomfortable. 3 generations of family come here and to top it all off my wife got food poisoning. We called to get extra pillows twice and they never showed up. Dont stay here. Stay somewhere else.

Room was fantastic. Food at Legends and Isabella was super yummy. Casino floor was really smokey tho.

Love the aesthetic improvements, still needs to add more table games at various minimum bets.

Had The Thanksgiving buffet! It was amazing and so was the staff!

WE ATE AT THE ASCEND RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND SERVICE TOOO. BOBBY THE MANAGER AND STAFF, TOOK VERY, VERY, VERY GOOD CARE OF MYSELF AND FAMILY, WANTED TOOOOOOOOOOOO THANK EVERYONE, ALWAYS AND FOREVER, AMENNNNNNNNN.

Had a corner sweet with a two seat whirlpool tub and a fireplace - room was so nice I felt like I was trespassing and was going to get caught ! The restaurant was very nice as well. Didn't gamble as I was there for a conference.

Everything smells like smoke. The lobby, conference rooms, elevators, hallways, and rooms. I stayed on a non-smoking floor, and kept needing my inhaler. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. It could use some repairs (missing grout between tiles in the bathroom, bent window screen, loose wallpaper). I would not have stayed except I was here for work.

Had a great time at the casino on the gaming floor.

I had dinner at Isabella's and the service was great along with the atmosphere but honestly my food was run of the mill.

Not much to do, outdated rooms, no live entertainment like brochures and websites say, and don't stop to take a break the staff will tell you to "keep moving"

We saw Vince Neil as part of the casino's summer outdoor concert series. The venue was nice and the sound quality was loud enough to be heard back to the top of the hill. It was clean and the beverage servers were very attentive.

The Donny & Marie show we saw there was spectacular

Staying in the First Class King room was great. The mattress was very nice, and the rooms were quiet. We used the Gas & Gamble package which was an excellent deal. The Casino was a little of fun, and morning coffee was wonderful.

Very clean casino and plenty of slots. The slots seem to be really tight the last couple of times I took my wife there. It was her favorite casino but not anymore. We never even got to a bonus round. Was just a waste of money..

You win some and then they take back. Same as any other casino. Very nice pkace,clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I can guarantee you that Soaring Eagle has reduced the odds on the machines. They do not pay like they did 2 or three years ago

Don't walk out and in too many times. They'll follow you. Don't carry a backpack you'll look too suspicious! Never regained losses. A star goes out for free pop.

Everything you need for your stay under one roof. We had so much fun.

I hadn't been to this casino in quite a few years... This place use to be clean! Is it all the cost cutting? The place was filthy!!

First time attending outside concert. The music was good but the view from the hill was obstructed by display lighting schafling tower and bleachers. They need to rethink the setup. I will not be attending an outdoor concert there again if the prices are so high for the hill.
