I was there for a 6 hour conference. We were given a $10 coupon towards food, and $10 of free slot play. I don't know if it was provided by the casino or paid for by the company putting on the conference. Either way. It was a nice gesture.

The rooms in the hotel are getting a little run down and are getting in need of a little remodel.

So I stayed the night and was there for 2 days during which I saw 2 slot machines cleaned. Hello...COVID?? I'm not surprised that the same weekend 2 employees at Legends diner end up with Covid. This was disappointing, I expected better.

I wasn't impressed with the room or the food. It was definitely not worth the inflated price. The casino itself was nice and clean. Lots and lots of security....more so than the Detroit Casinos which I found odd. Must be a reason though.

It's a nice place to visit if you've got plenty of time. Waiting in line to update our player's club cards took more than an hour. But once you've done that you're on your way! The hotel rooms look very nice although the beds are less than comfortable, not enough blankets or pillows for two people in a king sized bed (3 pillows), and the paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling like crazy, probably because there's no ventilation fan. Overall it's very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful native American artwork!

I didn't play the games much. We were there for an event and really I thought the security there was top shelf in the face of the event staff who were merciless chodes. Really when you think of casinos you don't really think of the security as being part of the experience, but in this case they set an example. Good jobs.

Very nice casinos, the maintenance/staff personnel is ALWAYS polite. All is done by them to clean areas. It is the ones using beverage machines, restrooms and other facilitues----WHO DO NOT PICK UP/CARE as MUCH as COULD BE. I ALWAYS leave where/what is used-as clean as I can. Overall, pleased. But WII NOT sit by a smoker. That is good there is a non smoking area too.

hard to find people when you lose them in crowds.floor and aisle setup confusing. could use signs or re payout to help find out where you are. ive been to vegas and there casinos are bigger and suprisingly i dont get as lost.

The buffet was good, variety was good, service was good. I'm only giving it 3 stars due to the smokyness. People who get headaches shouldn't even consider the casino as an option. Also, it wasn't worth $30 a person.

Prime rib buffet is horrible. The worst Prime Rib I've ever had PERIOD. Very poor selection for the price. Employees looked like zombies and no smiles it was like everyone just lost their house payment. Only reason I gave 2 stars is bc I walked out with more money than I walked in with.

We came here the Brad Paisley concert. We haven't been here before so this was interesting. Have been to Vegas so we decided to check it out. Much more smoke than I expected. The bartender poured a great Jameson and cold beers. The venue was really good for a concert. Our seats were 3rd row! Uploading pics.

It's a casino. The rooms are nice, but even the non-smoking rooms reek of smoke. Although, that's generally expected in a casino. Never seem to win money, but it's a casino. The outdoor hot tub is pretty legit and the bars are priced reasonably.

The Casino is being upgraded and they are doing a good job. The staff is not too friendly but not rude if management could make the staff more friendy and attentive it would be a better experience.

We travel to Soaring Eagle on a number occasions. We have tried all but one restaurant, the steak house. The reason, because every restaurant appears to serve the same food items and the steak we have had at Isabella s is not that good. I don t know how to explain the food. Everything tastes processed/brined? On a personal level, I am SOMETIMES negatively effected by salt/preservative products in that I hold fluids so bad my body swells. This happens every time I eat here. We actually have found some great local restaurants close to the property that are outstanding. They really need to up their game. The new sports bar area had a few other choices that are somewhat yummy and in a pinch okay: Burger and the Wings. Wish they were hand packed. SOARING EAGLE USED TO SERVE THE BEST BEEF SANDWICH. THE ONE THEY OFFER NOW IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE ONE OFFERED IN THE DAYS OF OLD. I remember dining at Isabella s when it initially opened and enjoyed the Italian selections on their menu. Not so much now.

They always have great concerts and always fun to gamble a bit. They also have some new restaurants and they are excellent. I haven't stayed in the hotel, just too expensive, I don't know how anyone could pay what they want for a room for one night. They need to bring the cost of the rooms down a bit.

We stayed in room 2006. It was great. We did not win today, but tomorrow is another day! The staff has been very peasant. Our room was a suite. It slept 6 of us. We had a king and 2 cots and a couch. Very very roomy! We received this room on comps.

Had a GREAT time with the family. There outside hot tub is the best but I highly recommend children not to go out there out at night unless supervised because of adults do drink out there at that time!

The resort property is beautiful. No doubt about that. I am a non smoker and the 1st thing that hits you when you walk in is the acrid smell of cigarette smoke. I've been to Vegas to several of the Casinos and never smelled smoke this bad. We were there to see Cheech and Chong. The chairs they had were basic chairs with a little padding. I was hurting badly after sitting in them for 3 hours for the show.

We bought general admission tickets as soon as they were available but still had to sit on the far far left up near the entrance of the theater. We could not see the stage. The big screen tv's were a big help, at least I could see what was going on. The sound system was awful. I didn't hear much of the show when Cheech or Chong was talking. I could hear them playing music however.

The bathrooms were dirty with paper towels littering the floor. Water on the floor and on the counters.

On to the Buffet. Save your money. $19.95 was $13.95 to much. The "Tuscan Chicken, while cooked well and was juicy. But had absolutely no seasonings at all, just some bread crumbs on top. The fish, even though it was swimming in juice was dry and tasteless. The NY strip was dry and not a good quality cut. A lot of connective tissue. Very chewy. I had to saw it with the butter knife in order to cut it to eat it. The fried seafood Taquito (sp) was nothing more than fried cream cheese. The turkey was dry The catfish had a very heavy batter with little fish. The mushrooms were good as was the broccoli. The orange colored vegetable oil they call a cheese sauce did not taste cheesey. The creme brulee was very good as was the cheesecake.

So, the main entrees really were bad. The vegetable and dessert were good. I spent $19.95 for some steamed broccoli, mushrooms and creme brulee.

All in all, it was very disappointing experience. I will never again eat at this restaurant. Management was maximizing the dollar they earned by serving garbage. I would like to see Gordon Ramsey take this kitchen over.. They will never again make any money from me.

The hotel room was clean enough, the staff for the most part was friendly and attentive to our needs. The water park was fun for the kids and not overly crowded even on a holiday weekend.

However, the room we had was 85 degrees when we got there and 78 when we left 2 days later. And that was after they replaced the air conditioning unit.

Maintenance had to come back and repair the toilet the next day when the arm broke off inside the tank.

I also can't recommend the restaurant at the hotel, service was slow and the food was far saltier than it should have been. Do yourself a favor and drive the two miles down the road to the casino.
