Love this beautiful casino. I've won many times here and the buffet is amazing

This is a great place to visit and stay with extremely nice rooms a wide variety of games to gamble and much more including food places and amazing drinks.

Nice staff, fun gambling, great rooms and pool/hot tub. Love the outdoors hot tub and fire pit. Always a good place to visit.

I really like that they have so many events there at a reasonable price

It was nice I used one of my free rooms the only complaint I would have is they where out of regular free rooms in the days I really wanted but they had upgrades I feel they should of upgraded my room due to no other availability instead they just offered me to upgrade an pay 91$ or not be able to use the free room then! So In order for me to get my February free room I had to schedule it for the 29th or lose it! Other then that i was satisfied!

Bathroom stalls could use a fresh coat of paint. Filled with marker and scratch graffiti. Other than that, everything looks great

Soaring eagle is a very fun place. But when i go with my parents in the smoking area it is very hard to breathe. So i do not recommend it to anyone with asma.

We recently went to a concert there n it was great. Though ZZ Top used the casinos acoustics I believe n they sounded terrible!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!! Though Willie n John Fogarty were FANTASTIC

Clean , covid19 protection, miss the buffet, nice restaurant, plenty of room and slots to play

Slot machines weren't very good. Huge lines at player's club. $5 blackjack is nice.

My fiance and i went for a concert. The place was beautiful and the staff was friendly

So I am giving Soaring Eagle 4 stars because they have good shows and handle the crowd well. Only reason it isn't 5 is because parking was a bear and i felt like the casino was "smokier" then most I've been to.

Would of been better if I was luckier to win but maybe next time

Only 2 roulette tables open, limited to 3 players per table! Never got to play

We always have a great time when going to a concert. After the concert we go in and have dinner then sometimes we even do a little gambling.

It was my first visit to Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. I had a great time and would recommend.

Nice casino and rooms. Not a huge place but a good size. IT'S A CASINO. not a place for children or people who complain about cigarette smoke. Only places in Michigan you can smoke is casinos . If u hate smoke, there are 10 thousand places in Michigan that don't allow it

Nice clean place to play! Enough machines for everyone.

The room was very plush and the Jacuzzi was the best one I've seen yet. The rewards for the play and stay package were well worth the price.

If there was a casino as close as Soaring Eagle I would go there in a heartbeat. Watch too many kids spending their student loan money and the locals wasting their rent money and then getting mad at the machines.

Gaming floor has changed since my last visit. Constant construction at the casino. Kind and attentive staff.

we stayed this past weekend and it was amazing. loved the restaurants we ate at until we went to legends diner and there were 2 hairs on my friends plate. the lady (we assumed was the manager?) was a little rude about it because as we mentioned it to her, she repeated what we said but rudely. we said she was going to eat her fries but there was some hairs on her fry. and she rudely said she s going to the grind to eat her fries? like what?? and she came back and said she took her drink off because if she took her meal off, the drink would be expensive? we didnt ask for anything to be removed. we just thought it d be hygienic to inform her of someones HAIRS on her plate. other than that, everything was enjoyable!

Decent stay, if you aren't going for the casino there isn't a lot to keep you busy.

Wont go back paper /concert said rain or shine LIE ONLY GOT TO SEE half the concert ...after they cleared the hill everyone left then they said the concert was still going on. Took an 1/2 to get down the hill then to be told they are already playing didn't even get to see lady Annabelle. Wont be back

Machines are all so tight. Play slot and dont even earn as many points as my husband. Going down to Detroit and play there. Do so much better.

We had a blast. We saw Kane brown and did some gambling. Can t wait to go back.
The hotel rooms are comfortable too.

We booked a handicap accessible room and we were not pleased. The room itself was tough to get into, there seems to be a lip by the door that makes it hard to get over in a wheel chair. The room was incredibly dated. I understand that it's just a room but with how much money this place makes, you'd think they'd make it worth the $500 they charged us for ONE friday night. We booked this room to attend a concert at their outdoor venue and that too is not very handicap accessible. The gravel and uneven grounds make it tough for those in chairs. We had handicap seating and was disappointed that nearly all 300 people seated behind us had to directly walk in front of us all evening if they had to go anywhere. Pretty tough to enjoy a show you can't see. I dont think we'll be back to stay at the hotel or attend any future events. I can find a closer casino to home to gamble if I want to do that. I'm good on going back to Soaring Eagle, HARD PASS!

I attended a Weezer concert at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, it was easy to get into, everything went smoothly and I had a very enjoyable time. I sat on the lawn and had a great view of the stage. I would definitely go back for another concert

What can one say about a casino..it is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant. Only issue is of course the smoke that travels through the air, but that is expected. They do have a new nonsmoking room, small, but it does exist. Will be back for sure.

Terrible. Bugs everywhere and horrible staff. Skip at all costs. Very dirty

Machine had a button issue called workers over man reset machine said it had errors but left it up to the lady if I got a refund she said NO I WIll Not Go Back

This place is huge! Came here for a show which was amazing. The only downfall was there were about 50 people smoking right at the exit from the show. There was so much smoke I couldn't breathe!

Cheap PBR, but good luck with the slots. I don't know many that have walked out ahead. Visually its very nice and clean.

Recently stayed in handicapped room, need for my 82 year old mom,,,, CLEAR TO THE ABSOLUTE END OF A LONG HALLWAY!!!!,, 11:30 pm disturbance in the hall,, security men had no consideration for other guests even when situation was in control,, won't stay again

I just got home from this resort.The people seemed nice but several of the machines seemed to need servicing. The food was alright but you have to really walk around to find the more reasonably priced food but even then be careful, I went to their cafe that is located next to the buffet which was closed and had breakfast and has been sick ever since. They allow smoking inside the casino and they could have a better separation of smoking and non smoking sections in the casino area. Otherwise the rooms are nice and comfortable, the place is beautiful, the service overall is friendly and the areas for the kids are pretty neat.Just be aware that they have timers on the television and in the bathrooms. The tv kept shutting off about every hour even though the sleep timer wasn't on and there is a panel in the bathroom where the lights in there only stay on for fifteen minute intervals,which was actually a pretty neat energy saving method but the tv thing got old really fast.

Very good hotel and very good dinning and loved the arcade there swimming area is awsome and has a outdoor hot tub and rooms are medium sized with good beds and showers and went there for two days and my family loved in it was awsome.

Easy to get to of the highway. Tons of parking which is definitely needed for a popular place. Very smoky, just like any other casino.

Great place to spend some time, Veteran friendly with a lot of perks! Easy access parking. Great food at great prices, and a warm comfortable place to stay with lots of entertainment! Enjoy and have a great time! You will find the staff very helpful and easy to find!

I went to the Soaring Eagle Casino for an outdoor rock concert only. The main event parking was in the grass without markers which would make it hard to find your car in the dark. Instead we parked across the street from the main entrance in overflow parking for motorhomes which had markers, but we walked about a mile from our car to the outdoor concert. Don't forget to leave pocket knives, your own drinks, and metal chairs in your car because they don't allow them and make you go through a metal detector. You also have to remove everything from your pockets and open your purse. This security check point lasts an hour and a half while in cramped crowds or longer. If going to a concert outdoors come very early and find your seat, drink good stuff from your car because beer in a can or glass costs $6.25 each or pucker in a vial for $2 each which does nothing! You definately want floor tickets which cost more and are still seats in front of the stage, best view!! Traffic was heavy, tons of people, and smoking area is outside of the concert seating area where the beer tents are. Merch was very expensive, nothing under $40. If in the grass for your seating bring a blanket and bug spray those people didn't look too happy. Someone had a heart attack while at the concert and the response time was slow among staff just in case you're bringing someone at high risk, bit all the staff that help you find your seat are very helpful.
