Attended the Kane Brown & Chris Young concert. Had a great time, some things were pricey but as expected.

I didn't like the idea of...when you win free games the total of your winnings exceed 1200$ you have to pay taxes because the total free spins counts as ONE spend .

As sad as it is and as long as I visited the casino, I have never won . Literally

Attended Four Tops and Temptations concert, great venue. Everything was great. Everything was clean, all staff friendly, food good, grounds were inviting. Wonderful experience.

The non smoking section is now open. It's nice that there is a drink machine and change machine inside. Wish it was larger though, it's very small.

Rooms are really very old and worn out wallpaper peeling off walls floors very tattered not worth the money they charge.

Had a wonderful time at Soaring Eagle. We went and saw Criss Angel and it was a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly, restrooms were clean and before entering the show, one of the employees told us we could purchase drinks in the casino and bring them into the show..saving us a few bucks and the hassle of standing in line.

The casino was very nice, the food was wonderful, and you're allowed to smoke inside the building

Had a fabulous time with my boys at the Water Park!! They also said the restaurant right there in the hotel was the best ever..lol..we asked waitress to give compliments to the chef. They enjoyed the arcade, but the cool thing we did was save our points and at checkout..we visited the main casino hotel and played at the large arcade there for an hour or more and they cashed in all arcade points there. They also have an excellent ice cream shop around the corner from that arcade!

I went there for a country concert. It was very nice. The outside venue was wonderful, you could see the stage anywhere you sat. The music was great and concessions were easily accessible. Also the entire place was very clean which was nice

Went to soaring eagle for an outdoor concert and it was a blast! Will be definitely going to more in the future here.

Had dinner at the Aurora Buffet. Dinner was great as was all the staff.

I was visiting for the first time on July 27th. I went and played in the high limit blackjack. Playing religiously the Royal Suited pairs on June 27th I won $1125. I returned on July 4th. Unfortunately, when I hit the Royal Suited pairs the first time, the pit boss was very rude saying; you wont hit it again. The table looked in awe like huh? Approximately, 15 hands later I did.his final sarcastic remark was. It doesn't matter you will give it back anyways. I stayed one hand and left. I returned on July 7th. My third and final visit. Im very sad that this is how you get treated if one wins. I will put my experience on social media. I know friends at my local news maybe they need to do a story on Soaring Eagle. I felt stressed even when I won. It should fun entertaining. One should not have to worry the backlash hurtful comments if you win.

Is a casino and I did not win I lost all of my money that's why it only gets two stars!

Had a fun time at the casino. Didn't end up winning but the staff were very helpful when questions came up about games being played.

Siniikaung Steak & Chop House, best steak in the area, always our favorite when in the area.

Had a big selection of machines to choose from, bathrooms were clean and very nice, plenty of bars made it easy to get drinks, great atmosphere. Downside was it took forever to get on a blackjack table on a Tuesday night.

I love the cleanliness of this hotel and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Games are awesome, would be 5 stars but I think I still stink like smoke from this place

The casino as a whole was great! Our 3 year old absolutely loved kids quest and staff took amazing care of him. Had to give 3 stars though due to the new year's Eve event being disappointing. We had fun but a D.J. and appetizers are not worth $50 tickets per person when a nightclub is on site.

Great time. We've had dinner at the steakhouse a few times. The rooms we've gotten have always been nice.

Attended the concert at the outdoor Amphitheater. It was a fairly nice setup but leaving was a bit of a challenge because they force everyone through to small Casino entrance doors. I understand why they want people to have to walk through the casino floor to leave but a larger entrance area would be nice.

A quick day trip with my mom, she had a great time and that's what's important.

Rooms are very run down. Smoke in the casino sucks. Very few table games.

Room was nice and clean. Only issue was upon checkout, when I called the bellhop and they ask for my car's valet number to have my car ready but they didn't have the car ready. I waited outside for 10 minutes and had to go back in and talk to someone to have them got get my car.

Machines were extremely tight at least all I played

water tasted terrible (you know how you accidentally taste water when swimming don t take me wrong) and all the rides were closed. i m not going there again, sorry.

Invoiced price was higher than "all in" price was quoted on phone. Room wasn't ready when they said it would be and they would not issue us Water Passes while we waited. Fold out couch in suite was the absolute worst sleeping experience I have ever had. There was a 20 minute fire drill where everyone had to evacuate pool area and rooms.

I've visited Soaring Eagle for the casino, my last visit was for a concert. Overall it's a great venue and by far the nicest casino I've been to in Michigan.

Great place to have fun more towards the younger crowd.

Always have a great time whether we are there for a show, gambling, Romantic getaway, a trip to the water park. Just wish there were more rooms available when they have a concert or show.

Large assortment of slot machines in a massive cabin. Clean bathrooms and good gambling atmosphere. I was not very lucky but would go again.

Everything was right in the square block of Mount Pleasant on the Reservation of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe's Casino, Water park Hotel & Resort! Love the different types of activities for kids, & as well as adults.

Casino part was great staff was nice only down fall the smell of smoke but that's just what you get with a casino

A friend had some luck, not big on casino play. Guess I'll watch, and enjoy someone else's fortune, or misfortune.

We went for food and to gamble. We are at the Legends diner and our service was horrible! Our server wasn't vey attentive and wasn't able to multi -task. It took a long time to receive our non - alcoholic drinks and they were not refilled in a timely manner. Our server did not smile during our encounter at all. Table games personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I won a little bit on the tables and a little more on the slots. Besides our dining experience, our visit was great.

Whenever I get the opportunity I frequent this place. I enjoy spending time with wife family and friends and on occasions such as anniversaries birthdays we stay at the hotel. I have been to Gun Lake Casino FireKeepers Casino and other casinos around Michigan. I find Soaring Eagle to be the best out of all the casinos I have gone to. Win or lose I always enjoy the time spent.

Outdoor concert featured tons of bugs and major bottlenecks walking and driving out.

Bought tickets to see Ratt Band.
They cancelled the show would not give refund. Told us we could have free tickets to latter concert.
They never had it.
Told us we could pick a different concert for free . Only problem was they wanted us to drive 3 hours to get the tickets.
So we lost out!!

I was attending a concert and staying overnight. The room was beautiful, the grounds were beautiful and the concert was run perfectly! I saw the Hollywood Vampires and security was very good.

the area we dined at was well cooked and had a very nice staff.

Absolutely fantastic place for a getaway. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tubs are a treat. Especially the out door hot tub at night. Casino is as you would expect, an a la Vegas swag and there are so many great food choices right off the floor. And as a kicker they have expanded their play area for the kiddies with lots of fun games and prizes. I come here often and I'll keep coming here.

The casino service was not good, The only way you could check your coat in was to stand in line to sign up for the players club. Why? It put us off from the start. We do not recommend anyone to go.

Fun place buffet was what you would expect for a casino...customer service was good and bad. It just depended on the person.

They tight can't hit nothing but I play holdem anyhow
